Hatching my Partners 2/2

I ran over to the egg incubators and removed the eggs for them, placing them on my bed and sitting so they were in front of me.

A faint glow started to emenate from the eggs and cracks started to appear all over the eggs, then in a spectacular flash of light the Pokemon had hatched from the eggs.

One was quadruped Pokémon with primarily silver fur. The tip of its bushy tail and its large furry collar are silvery cream-colored. It has short, slender legs with three small toes, brown eyes and long pointed ears with dark white interiors, and it also had a small black nose, it was a shiny Eevee

The other was a blue frog-like Pokemon with a white fruffy collar of bubbles of it's chest and back, it had big yellow eyes and had three large fingers and toes, it was a Frokie.

They both looked up at me, Eevee had a sweet smile on it's face "Eeeve~" it called as it snuggled up to me, rubbing it's face on my stomach, while Frokie had a slightly different reaction, he looked at me for a few seconds, as if he was judging me, it was slightly unnerving, but after a while he too hugged me "Fro~ Fro~" he called as he jumped around my bed chasing Eevee, it was like they were playing tag.

After they tied them selves out and fell asleep on my pillow, I stood up and looked out the window, the moon was out and the stars we're shining like torches in the darkness.

'I had been waiting for their day' I thought to my self, I finally had Pokemon, I was finally apart of the world, like really apart of it, I looked to Eevee and Frokie, I wanted to give them a name, but that could wait till tomorrow, I still had a lot to do, I had to get the farm ready before the Pokemon came in from Prof. Elm, And I would need berry seeds, I would need to ask Prof. Oak id he had any in hand in the morning.

I also wanted to start training them, but I knew it was a little too early for them to train, besides, they had just hatched and they were a little too young, although they would certainly grow strong, I didn't have much intention of taking on the gym challenge, I had a farm to run, I could do it once I got everything set up so It would run by itself, but I was never that type of guy, I only ever did it in the games to get access to new areas and new Pokemon, so I didn't know if I wanted to do it, maybe I'd travel around the region and get new Pokemon and maybe I'd travel around other regions too, but that would only be once everything was set up.

I also wanted to name the two newly hatched Pokemons, I knew that I would call Frokie rather Aquarius if it was a girl or Frankie if it was a boy, but Eevee was a little more tricky, I wanted to give it a name that would go with it's future evolution, as I wanted it to evolve into a Leafion I could give it a name like Leaf it it was a boy or Blossom if it was a girl, but hay would be it I could get my hand on a leaf stone in time before Eevee evolved into something else first.

But that was a problem for another day, It was late and I still needed to get some sleep.

I curled up next to Frokie and Eevee and slowly drifted off to sleep.
