A week passed by, each day the ache builds in her chest, when no-one is around she screams without a sound and every night she enters her own hell. Hiwa was sitting on wheel chair seeing sunrise from hospital's window, this became her daily routine. As each day passes not much changes, she still as the question 'What should I do now?' which has no answer yet.


Helen bought breakfast ,They finished their breakfast.


"Hiwa, doctor said that they will start physiotherapy tomorrow." 


"Mama will take you to the park"said Helen looking at the window.


They went to the park. Refreshing air, lively surrounding will make anyone feel better.


Hiwa and Helen are looking at the people around children are playing happily.


"Hiwa, do you remember when you were in primary school you participated in 100m race"


"Hmm" nodded Hiwa looking at her mother who was staring into the distance.


"You were quite chubby at that time and your classmates teased you for participating in the race. Though you were last, you finished the race and fainted right there".


"Later I asked, why are you so hard on yourself? "


"Do you know what you said to me?". Helen asked her looking directly into her eyes.


'I just want to finish the race,  I did it and I'm very happy with it.  Why should I bother with win or lose??'.


'Moreover why should I care about other people teasing me,when it's my happiness'Hiwa said innocently. 


Tears are flowing down Hiwa's cheeks when she remembered the past.


" I was quite moved by your words and very proud of you" Helen said wiping Hiwa's tears.


They hugged each other. "Life knocked you down, will you sit still and get mocked by people or will fight for your dreams and life?."


"Don't exhaust yourself by pretending to be happy for us. You can deceive anyone but not your loved ones" said Helen patting her head.


Evening  Samuel and Neo came to the hospital. Helen prepared all her favourites. They ate their dinner while chatting.


'Nothing changed in her life, their love,usual bantering and teasing. what's their to pity about her life?? when she has such a beautiful family ,a mere leg  can't decide my fate. I'll never give up on myself' she got answer to the question in her heart.


Everything passes away, this pain too passes away. Tomorrow will be a new beginning.....she thought looking at her family
