Eight years later, Z city

Majestic Residences,The residential skyscraper had 70 floors. It wasn't the highest apartment building in the city but it was the grandest, most expensive and exclusive one – it was the epitome of a luxurious city residence.

It was one of the most sought-after condominiums because of its superb amenities, contemporary style and design, and prime location.

In a silent penthouse, water is running in the bathroom. it is a two-story unit occupying the topmost floor with breathtaking views of the city and the coast.

After twenty minutes, bathroom door opened and a man's upper torso was exposed radiating heat after his shower, a towel wrapped lazily around his well-defined hips. Tiny beads of water made their way down his body . Perfectly tanned skin. Sculpted muscles in perfect proportion. His firm chest was a healthy glow with chiselled abdominals and long, masculine legs. With a body like that, any person would readily believe that he was a model who walked on runways and did exclusive photoshoots for high-end magazines.

Within thirty minutes, Jacob Anderson left the penthouse. He got into his Bentley car and drove to his work.

In a condominium at 68th floor of the same residence a phone is ringing continuously in a bedroom.

Hiwa woke up and answered the phone without seeing the caller ID.

"Hello"said Hiwa while yawning.

"Hey little sister. it's already seven thirty, are you still on the bed? Don't you have work today?"asked Neo.

"I got off late from work yesterday and today is my dayoff so please let me sleep Neo"said Hiwa while rubbing her eyes.

"okay fine, but have lunch with me"

"Hmmm okay, bye" she hanged up and once again enter dreamland.

Neo chuckled looking at his phone and continued reading his documents.

At top floor in CEO's room Jacob is standing at floor to ceiling window and staring outside , knocked sound brought him back from his thoughts.

"Come in"

His secretary Peter brought some documents and black coffee.

"Sir, here are the documents about the E country's deal"said Peter and left the room.

He started reading documents while sipping black coffee. His phone rang and he looked at his phone with warm gaze, the instant he answered a melodious voice came from other side "Hello Jacob"

"Hello mom"

"So you know that you have mom, how come you forget about me. Don't I mean anything to you?" said Rose Anderson angrily.

"Mom, I am very busy at work " he said while signing the documents.

"When are you not busy? Come home and have lunch with me?"

"Later mom" he replied while checking his mails.

"You're coming and that's final, no more excuses" she hanged up.

At nine o'clock , Hiwa woke up from the bed. She put on her prosthetic leg which has proper alignment and designed specially for her. If not for putting a prosthetic leg she sometimes forgot that she had problem with her leg.

She went to her gym to do fitness exercises. Amputation gave her one thing she hadn't anticipated, a new appreciation for her body. she realised her health wasn't guaranteed and needed to use her body while she could.

After thirty minutes she got freshened up and ate some fruits and milk. Today she wore kaki jeans with black crop top along with black leather jacket. She brushed her hair into high ponytail.

By 10:30 am she left her condo and reached her Ducati Scrambler bike along with necessary things in her backpack....
