The other Albion inside my body also told me before that Vali also can use the Juggernaut Drive by using the enormous amount of magical energy inside his body as a replacement for his life force to use the Juggernaut Drive without worries.

Beside that my body is a body of a High Human who are a superior races from a higher dimension so using the Juggernaut Drive will not put a big strain to my body.

But it's different from Issei, because right now he is only an ordinary human who became a part of devil peerage using a special way.

If my analysis is correct, the life span of the devil race that stored inside the evil pieces is more than enough to replace Issei's lifespan which will be used up as the energy to activated the Juggernaut Drive.
