After her father threw her and her mother out of the family, Ling Fen decides to work in small restaurants to earn some money for their family.
Her adoptive brother, Gong Xu also works together with his sister but because they fight too much, they are fired from one job to the next, and this way none of them can keep a single job they are hired in.

Her initial dream is to own her own hotel franchise but she does not have the capital to start.

On the way to her dream, she meets many challenges on the way but is able to avoid them in time.

She also meets the boss of the Li Group, Chen Li who ends up falling in love with her and protects her along the way.

SUPER CHEF FEN FEN

Ling Fen had underestimated the size of the Star Hotel. From the outside it really did look small but inside was another story. Xiao Lu had personally given her a tour of the whole building which in her eyes seemed endless and endless.


Just like she had analyzed before, the decoration was quite homey and the private rooms on the inside were decorated in ancient Chinese style giving off a pure and cool vibe.


The kitchen was very spacious. She was introduced to the staff. The head manager was called Jiang Bao, the chefs she found, one was called Yu Lili, a very beautiful young lady, and the other was Ou Tingzi the other chef was the elder Zhuang Li Yu but he was not around at the moment.


Ling Fen found out that the old man was only in charge of special orders and therefore he came only once or twice a week. Her new co-workers were very friendly and in no time they had formed a strong bond amongst them.


The popularity of this hotel was really quite high and in no time, customers had already started piling in. some called in to make reservations already yet it was still nine in the morning.


Luckily, Ling Fen had worked in many hotels already so she was quite used to this type of work. The other workers just watched in awe as her hands moved speedily and in no time, her meals were already done and they looked quite pleasing to the eyes too.


"She is so good…" Yu Lili whispered to Ou Tingzi when she saw how fast Ling Fen worked.


Ou Tingzi agreed readily. He had never met someone who was this fast and who could cook food so well. The aroma wafting in the kitchen right now was the evidence needed for her prowess.


Xiao Lu came to check up once in a while and even he did not want to leave the kitchen due to the aroma.


"Oh yeah, I will be having a guest later so prepare the usual for us alright?" Xiao Lu informed the three chefs in the kitchen.


"Yes boss." Ou Tingzi answered as he winked.                                                                            


Ling Fen was taken by surprise. The interaction between this boss and his employees was quite weird.


Yu Lili continued with flushed cheeks, "Young master Chen is coming today?"


Her infatuation was quite evident in her tone.


Ling Fen was taken aback by surprise, who was young master Chen?


"Ha! Lili ah, you still have your hopes up?" Ou Tingzi laughed while Xiao Lu joined in. some of the waiters and waitresses had also come and were currently spread around the kitchen and they too were laughing softly. Ling Fen loved the atmosphere.


"Ou Tingzi, just show me which woman in this capital is not infatuated by young master Chen and I will give you 100 Yuan right now. Just by hearing his name even this lot blush like crazy." One of the waiters chimed in and everyone laughed.


Ou Tingzi did not continue, there was none.


Xiao Lu looked at this group of employees and sighed, "If you keep speaking nonsense, I will take you to work for him." He threatened softly.


Young master Chen Li, leader of the Li conglomerate was as handsome as he was dangerous. Many people found it hard to work with him due to his overbearing nature. Xiao Lu on the other hand was gentle even until now many wondered how these two opposite people came to be friends.


Xiao Lu laughed at them. There were not many orders at the time so he let them chat for a while listening to them.


Yu Lili turned to Lin Feng. She was the only one who was not speaking and she seemed to be deep in thought.


"Sister Fen, what do you think about young master Chen?" Yu Lili asked Ling Fen.


Ling Fen, who was deep in thought, was brought back from her imagination with this question. She stared at the anticipating crowd. Even Xiao Lu who was not interested in other people's stories perked up his ears.
