The Secret of the Blood Moon
Ezlynn Sane, an orphan Werewolf girl who recently turned 18, is a gang leader in Chicago, Illinois. She never knew her parents and were taken in other Werewolves who trained her to be the next future leader of the gang made up of the last remaining Werewolves. The world she survives in is atrocious to her and her kind. The members of her gang had survived through cooperation and compassion for each other after the Great War between Vampires, humans, and themselves. Their job is to violently assail Venandis, who are hunters in search of the last Werewolves alive and sell the organs of the Venandis for profit to the black market. One day, a new member joins her gang, with the name of Kieran. As a result of his seductive, impeccable gesticulation, Kieran quickly supersedes the members of the gang and even jeopardizes Ezlynn's position as the Godmother. However, Ezlynn, hungry and ill for blood and a proper challenge, invite Kieran to a formal match for the Godfather position, only to find out her devastating birth secret. With just a piece of secret, Ezlynn's life is hung by a thread, Kieran being the only being she can trust, and kiss without biting him to death.
