Illusion World

calm down...Its okay... let's listen...I concentrated on what I thought, where my ears and all I could hear was heavy panting, painful wails, grunts, loud heavy footsteps, and an ear deafening sonic boom that produced catastrophic resonance to my ears...Just where am I?


It sounds horrendous. Perhaps... Could this be? A battlefield?! No, I can feel the gentle current flowing, in waves as though caressing my lovely self. It feels calm, but sounds chaotic? What is this place? Don't tell me if I sniff, a delicious scent will waft over my nose but when I open my eyes it will look gut retching? Okay! Let's be serious... I'm not filming a movie here. A movie? What's that? I clearly knew what that was not so long ago. Am I forgetting something? To think of it...I don't know who am I? How strange. I don't know anything. Wait! How do I know that I don't know anything? I must have known something before. That's not the point here. First things first, let's figure out where I am. It sounds like am in a battlefield, but it feels like am also in a small lake of some sorts. Let me try opening my eyes.


They won't budge open!! am I blind? Impossible! You eyes, will open today if it's the last thing I do. I refuse to remain blind! Eh? Was I blind before? Nevermind that...I struggled to open my eyes and my vision was hazy...too blurred, I can't make out anything. I close my eyes and shake my head. As I open my eyes again, I noticed the poor lighting; and, my still hazy vision showing nothing but a never ending bluegreen space and... bubbles?  "Bubbles, bubbles" I ponder. Ah huh! Bubbles means air in water...and air means I can breathe underwater?! Daebak! I applaud my self. Wait how did I know that? I'm a genuis!


Since it seems I am underwater, I just have to swim to the surface.


After what seemed like ages I reach the surface. I smell an orchard. I can't mistake this fruity smell. I look around only to be spooked. Just what on Earth is this? How on earth can this water be so red? It's like blood. Don't tell me I am floating in the red sea. No that doesn't seem right...I vigorously shake my head and turn to my left. What in the world? A shrill scream escapes out of my mouth and I pass out.


"That's what am saying, why did you have to bring her there... now look! What are you going to do? I bet she won't survive long" the overseer complains.


"If she dies it's not my fault, my job is to just bring her here..." the Redeemer says dismissively as he looks at his partner only to notice him looking at him disapprovingly. "Don't look at me like that...you... don't tell me...I would be blamed for this? Unbelievable! I did not sign up for this." he laments loudly but relents in the end. "Fine, I'll just bless her... I'm doing this just this once... hmmphf!"


"Look she is waking up, I can't believe she fainted just from that, she won't survive in this world I tell you" the overseer notes.


"She will, trust me. I have blessed her after all"
