Chapter 3 : Charu's being kidnapped

"Charu!Charu! We got the lead of the murderer hideout, we succeed to trace their vehicles via CCTV along the roads, we got it after many days of tries and sleeplessness" says Charu"s colleague to her excitedly.

" Yeah, we did it at last. Now we can find the murderer easily and bring justice to the victim" says Charu to her members.

Charu told her superior officers about killer hideouts and she told them she will go to have a look at the place.

"Charu, don't go alone, its very dangerous and stay away from the case. let me handle it, we lost a hardworking officer last time when he went to find another killer a year ago. So I dnt want to lose another hardworking officer. Let me handle it on my way" says Charu,s superior fiercely to her.

A stubborn Charu didn't listen to her officers and decided to went there to Investigate by herself. Then Charu plan to invite Thamizh to accompany her. She called thamizh many times but his phone was unreachable. So she left him a voice note to ask him to come to the hideout location that she sent her and asked not to divulge this news to others as it may be just rumours.

"Hey thamizh, my team have found the killer hideouts, I'm going alone, I called you to accompany me to the place, so when you see my messages don't forget to come there. I will be waiting for you" Charu texts him.

Then charu reaches the location. She waits for him and she tries to call him again but it still unreachable. So she decided to go alone. It was a huge gowdown. She snaps some pics of the gowdown. She text him to come faster as she can feel dangers awaits her.

"Hey, Thamizh, I called you many times, please come faster, I'm freaking scared here, this place is like haunted. I'm damn sure the killer is here"

Then, Charu decided to escape from the place, She later heard some vehicles coming to the gowdown and they closed the main gate.

"Oh! NO, I'm going to get caught today" she murmured to herself tensely.

She calls Thamizh and she realised the goons install line jammer in the gowdown so no calls or messages can be made. She then bravely went nearer and tries to see the goons face. She accidentally steps on the tin can which makes sounds.

This alerts the goons and they realised they have an unvisited guest. so they went to search for the intruder everywhere in the gowdown.

Charu so scared and she start to recording because she believes Thamizh will come and save her and hides the phone under a rag. Later the goons catch Charu and they hit her with a metal rod. Charu scream loudly and then fainted.

"Now what we gonna do with her?" asked one of the henchmen to another henchmen.

"Let's call our boss and ask him what to do with her"

One of the goon, switch off the line jammer and called his boss.

On the other hand, Thamizh just switches on his mobile after his battery drained to zero. He then shocks to see Charu's miscalls and then he saw her messages. He was utterly shocked when he learns that she went to find the killer alone.

Preethi's news channel also got the news about the hideouts. So Preethi decides to find the murderer and bring justice. Her boss restricted her from going to the place.

"I have to cover the news at the earliest than other channels.so I have to go. I'm ready to take the danger whats awaits me". Preethi replied her superior while running with her camera towards her scooter.

"Hey stop Preethi, don't go there alone at least …." Her superior tries to stops her but in vain and he couldn't end his sentences as she went away

Her officers worried about her safety.

While on the other hand, the goons moved the semiconscious Charu into their vehicle and brings her to an empty house in a deserted place.

Preethi reached the location and starts to look for evidence and information. While searching for anything related to the murder, Thamizh come there to search Charu. He then saw Preethi.

"Hey, drama Queen what are u doing here? You didn't get any new victim today to earn money?" Thamizh insult her.

"Watch your mouth, I'm not like you, you are a cheap playboy who will do anything to get the news, last time I saw you with the forensic. Why you got bored with her body or what" Preethi replied to him.

Their silly arguments continue. Suddenly Preethi shouts deafeningly. Thamizh checks on her and stand shocks to saw blood clots on the floor. He then called Charu name but no one answer. Later he called her number and her phone rang. He searches for her but cannot find her then he reluctantly asked Preethi to search her mobile. Preethi agrees for the sake of Charu.

"Hey girl, can you help me to find the phone," Thamizh asked reluctantly

"Am I your maid to do whatever you want" Preethi replied

"Please I need your help, Charu told me about the hideout and she cane here alone so I'm scared what happen to her." Thamizh requested her

"Yeah I will, but don't think I'm doing this for you. I'm just doing this for her in humanity manner. The way you guys treated me last time if any other girl would not help you but I help you because my parents raised me to be a human, not a monster like you" Preethi replied to him aggressively.

Preethi finds the phone under the rag and she said the video recording is still on.

" hey idiot, have a look at this, her recording still on. I think she left a message for you" Preethi tells to Thamizh.

They both check the video together and Thamizh accidentally hold Preethi hand in excitement. Then he say sorry. They both learn that the goons hit Charu and bring her to an old abandon house in a deserted place.

They decided to work together to help Charu. Later Preethi moved towards her scooter to go to the spot but abruptly stops by Thamizh and offers her in his car.

"When will you reach the place with this old scooter? Come in my car we will go faster and comfortable" Thamizh mocks Preethi.

"Don't interfere in my way. I know what I'm doing. Even I reached this place before you" Preethi replied

Later Thamizh dragged Preethi in his car and asked her to shut up and concentrate on how to save Charu. He shuts her mouth up with his hands and they have an eye lock for a while.

" So what's your name girl? Thamizh asked her

"why do you even care. I helped you to save Charu and not to be your friend, so its better if we just concentrate on our mission" Preethi replied him rudely.

" ok miss drama queen" Thamizh replied to her

" don't call me drama queen" Preethi argues

Their silly arguments continue.

They reached the place. While on the other side, Charu was shown with her eyes blindfolded and surrounded by 6 henchmen. One of the henchmen get called from someone.

" Hello boss, should we shoot her now and buried her in our backyards which we usually do to the other victim" the henchmen talked to their boss.

Charu pleads with the goons to leave her. Thamizh and Preethi who stands outside making plans to save Charu at the same time captures the goons. So he asked Preethi to take video from outside while he will enter the house.

Preethi refuses to let him go in the danger place.

"You are making a suicide mission today. I won't leave you to die alone. let me follow you.We can manage together and save Charu then we will continue our fights." Preethi tells him.

"I have to save Charu, Preethi. Or else we will lose her forever. I Will enter the house. If I didn't come out in 5 mins or u heard a gunshot, be prepared to call the police urgently.

Preethi holds his hands to stop him but in vain. He asked her to start record video so at least you can bring justice to us. He went into the house while Preethi hides behind the tree and records their movement from outside.

Inside the house, Thamizh saw Charu blindfolded and tied on a chair, he then sees the goons who are fully covered with the mask so peoples cannot their identity and face.

He called out Charu name. Charu hearing his voice get happy and relieved and she says I know you will come and save me from them. The goons slaps her and point a gun towards her head.

Thamizh stands shocked and don't know what to do. Preethi who are worried about Thamizh and Charu calls the police and asked them to come faster.

Suddenly Preethi heard a gunshot and she stunned by the sound.

Inside the gowdown the goons asked both Charu and Thamizh not make any sound or they will kill them.

"If u make noise I will shoot both of you guys now, if u want to live for extra 10 mins, so shut your mouth." the goons angrily asked them to shut up.

Preethi who go nearer to see what happen realised both of them still alive and she gets relieved. The goon pulls his trigger to shoot Charu first. Preethi comes up with a plan to distract the goons so it will give time to Charu and Thamzh escape from the place.

Preethi sets a police sirens sound, it makes the goons think that they got surrounded by cops. Then they look and realised that there a another intruder so he asked his men to search the entire place.

Right before a goon finds Preethi, the real cops come and start to shoots the goons. The goons escaped while Preethi get to hold one of them and she pulled his masked before he pushed her.

"I will come for you no matter what to get revenge" the goons warns Preethi and flees away.

Preethi get to see the goon face and is scared of his warning,

Charu was free by Thamizh and she hugged him tightly.

"I know you will come for me, I'm not alone when I'm here, I felt your presence in the watch you gift me. Thank you, baby" Charu hugged him while crying in scared.

While Thamizh is looking for Preethi to thank her but she is nowhere to be seen. Preethi is standing outside the house and keep thinking about the warning. Suddenly someone touched her shoulder, she screams in shock.

"Hey girl, what happens to you, why are u looking so tense," Charu tells her while pat on her shoulder.

"Hey it's you, how are you, Thamizh was the one who worried so much for you," Preethi tells to Charu.

Charu blushes.

" Thank you, Preethi, without you, I don't know what will happen to me, I'm really sorry for behaving rudely with you but you didn't keep that all and still help me, Thank you is not enough for what you have done today."

" its ok maam, even I'm sorry for behaviour earlier" Preethi replied her.

Later the conversation was interrupted by Thamizh and he begins to tease her.

"Yeah she was hero, I told you right wherever she is she will seek attention and creates some scenes. that's why she is our drama queen" Thamizh mocks Preethi

"Yeah, yeah. Without me, you would've died now. You have to thank me monster."

"please stop your childish fights," Charu tells them while hugging them. Preethi and Thamizh have an eye lock.

Then Thamizh offers to drop Preethi in her office as her scooter was at the early location.

"Hey drama queen, get in the car. I will drop you in your office."

"OH, Yes Preethi, you left your scooter at the gowdown there. Then come join us, we will drop you at your office" Charu asked Preethi

"it's ok, I don't want to give you guys trouble, I can go myself," Preethi tells politely to them.

" hey drama queen, stop doing your dramas. You said you didn't give other people trouble" Thamizh laugh so hard.

" hey thamizh stop teasing her, Preethi I would be elated if I can do a favour for you now" charu instituted Preethi to come with them.

Preethi agreed to go with them. In the car, Thamizh and Preethi argue once again and their fights continue.
