CHAPTER 9 :
"I planned to make her fall in love with me and humiliated her for slapping me, but how can I fall in love with her for real, I can't wait for her decision anymore, better I called her now to ask her decision. Thamizh took his phone and called Preeti curiously.
Preeti denies his call. Thamizh started to feel that Preeti avoiding him. Thamizh texts her. "Preeti, why don't u answer my call? Please don't avoid me…my feeling for u is real…try to understand" he sent to Preeti but Preeti never reply to his messages.
Thamizh keep calling and send text messages to her the whole night but still no response from Preeti.
"What happened to that monster, is he trying to make fun of me? How can he fall in love with me, he is a nice guy but…." Preeti worried about this and think how to avoid him after this. Thamizh was curious about her decision, while Preeti worried that this is one of his plan to humiliate her.
The next day morning, Thamizh decided to meet Preeti and ask her decision about his love because he can't wait anymore. At that moment, Thamizh realizes how much he loves her and feels sad for trying to make her life miserable.
"I know that Preeti too loves me, but she just pretend like don't have feelings for me, I must make her trust my love, I have to be more sincere after this I'm coming to my drama queen" he mumbled to himself while driving.
Later he reached Preeti's office, he saw Preeti on the way to enter her office. He called her quickly, "Preetiiii stop…." he called her out in front of everyone. She shocked and turn behind, they both had eye contact.
"What u want Thamizh, please stop following me and leave me alone…" she pleaded him. "Preeti, I already confess my feeling to you but you react like there is nothing within us, what is your decision ? just tell me, Yes or No" he forced Preeti to speak.
"Noooooo….you got your answer now, please leave my office now" Preeti ended. "but why Preeti…" he still questioning her. "I can't trust u with wholehearted, I'm scared that this might be your other plan to revenge me, I'm sorry Thamizh," Preeti replied sternly.
"But…" before Thamizh finished Preeti just walked into her cabin. Later Thamizh left the place and went to his office. He keeps on thinking about Preeti and he can't concentrate on his work. Suddenly an idea popped up in his head and he quickly called his friend for help.
"Hye bro, what's up?" his friend greet him. "Deyh I need your help immediately, can u arrange a group of girls and ask them to pretend to propose me?" he asked his friend, Kavin. "I can arrange for u but, what for bro?" Kavin questioned him. "Later I will explain you everything ok….I will send you the location via WhatsApp, just make sure u prepared the girls bro" he told Kavin. Kavin too agrees to helps Thamizh.
Thamizh called Preeti continuously but she kept ignoring the call. Thamizh keeps on trying. At last she answered.
"What is your problem Thamizh, don't dare to test my patience, I'm still assuming you as my friend, please don't spoil it," she told angrily.
"Preeti just spend me 10 minutes, please Preeti…I need to talk to you…I promised you this is for last time Preeti, please come…" he pleaded to her. She refused first then she agrees to meet him.
"Ok...I will come there once my work finished, but remembered just 10 minutes and this is for last time Thamizh, bear on your mind" she cuts the call. Thamizh then send the location to her by a text message.
Contrarily, Prasad wakes up and noticed Charu still sleeping on his shoulder. He smiles
"Hey sleeping beauty, why you are so gorgeous even you are sleeping," he mumbled himself
After a while Charu woke up and see Prasad is watching her.
"Good morning" she greets
"Good morning. Can you wake up from my shoulder? Its freaking pain." he answered back
"Oh. I'm so sorry. I was damn tired yesterday so I unconsciously slept on your shoulder. She apologized.
"It's ok I already forgave you miss troublemaker. Haha. Come let's go to the house. My aunt must be waiting for us. Come let's go. Later they both went to the house.
"Prasad, where u went yesterday night?" Radha asked curiously.
"Yesterday, I brought Charu to the lake to show the scenery. She loves it. Then we decided to sleep there while watching the stars.
"Oh. Enjoy. Enjoy" she scoffs looking at them.
"Charu go freshen up and come join us for the breakfast," she adds on.
"Ok aunty. Just give me 10 minutes" Charu replied to her before heading to her room.
Later they have breakfast together. Swetha asked Charu when she is going back but Charu gets sad and stay silent. After having Breakfast she went outside to take some fresh air.
"Hey kids can I can join you guys?" she asked the kids to let her play together.
"Kids, even I wanna join you guys play football."
"Yeah. we will happy to play with you guys. But let's divide into two teams. On behalf of my side I choose sister charu. So you will be on their team. Are u ok brother?
"Haha. I'm ok. Lets the fight begins." Charu said to them.
Later they play football together. Team Prasad won the game and Charu claimed that Prasad cheats.
"NO, no, no. it's not fair. Prasad winks at me. That's why I lost my concentration on the game. Or else we will win. So this game is invalid." she argues with them.
"Ya, ya we agree." the kids of Charu's team shouted.
Later while they playing, Charu remembers that she gonna back to the city today and she don't know how to tell prasad about it.
"Hey Prasad, let's go for a walk. Show me your village," she asked
"Come let's go. Even I wanna say something important to you" he replied. They went for a walk around his village.
"Prasad you said u wanna confessed something. What that?" she questions him out of curiosity.
"Even you told me that u have something to say. You say first. Later I will say mine." he replied.
"Ok let me start"
"Prasad, yesterday my superior officer called me and asked why I'm not back yet. I tell him the whole story. Later he informs me that today he will be sending a car for me around 3 p.m., so I'm going today Prasad. I'm really gonna miss this village, your family and especially you. I really had a wonderful time here. Your family treat me like their own. Thank you Prasad for everything." she revealed to him that she is going today.
"Oh. that's good. I'm really happy for you Charu. You have a great future ahead. If the universe permits I'm sure we gonna meet again." he replied.
"Hey you told me that you wanna say something important. What's that?" she asked him to answer.
"No, its nothing," he replied.
"Don't lie, just say what you wanna say before I left," she answers him.
"No. Its nothing. Come it's already late. My family must be waiting for us.lets go." he pretends to be happy and said to Charu. Later in the house. She decided to ask Mr. Dhana about the further detail of the murderer.
"Uncle, may I talk to you for some moment?" she asked him.
"Yes ma. You may. I know what you gonna ask. I'm sure it's about the killer right." he answers her.
"Yes uncle. I know you don't wanna talk about it. But I'm fighting for justice. I wanna put the killer behind the bar for the rest of his life. So if u don't mind, can you tell me about the killer. Just anything, about his outlook, about his wife or his job." she questions him.
"I really don't know much about the killer but his wife has had a relationship with Mr.Krisnanmoorthy," he tells her.
Charu shocked to learn the bitter truth.
"Can you tell me how she looks" she questions him.
"Ma, I don't remember her much but my brother had gifted her an antique copper bangle with three snakes on it. She loves to wear it. Moreover she used to work as HR in matrix construction." he revealed about the women.
"While her husband is a drug dealer. He knew her relationship with Mr.Krisnanmoorthy. That the reason he kill him. I beg you not to reveal this to Prasad. He is happy now. He went through a bad childhood so let him happy now." he requested her.
"I promise uncle. I won't let him sad and I will find the killer no matter what hurdles in front me. The killer also messed with me. First he kidnapped me and yesterday he threaten me. I'm not gonna leave him easily uncle." she tells him
"Thank you for your cooperation uncle. Let this discussion between us only," she adds on. Later her car arrives.
"Charu, Charu" Radha called her continuously.
"Your car is already here," she informs Charu.
"I'm on my way aunty," she replied.
Later Radha takes her aside and thanked her for coming here and changing Prasad for a better person.
"Thank you charu for coming here. I'm really happy like over the moon. U know what Charu, before you come here, Prasad just be silent and don't talk to everyone much. But after you enter, I saw him playing like a child with the kids. I hope he will be like this every day." Radha thanked charu.
Charu confused. Later she overheard Prasad and his brother, Kumar scolds him that he couldn't tell her how Prasad feels towards her.
" Bro, yesterday I trained you to propose Charu but still u didn't make it through." Kumar scolds Prasad.
"I'm going to tell her today, but she told me that she is going to Kuala Lumpur today. That's why I didn't tell her. Charu stunned to learn that Prasad loves her and decided to confess his love to her. Later she bid adieu to his family. Suddenly Prasad hold her hand.
"Please don't go, stay one more day. I Cant accept that you are leaving today," he tells her.
"No, Prasad. I have to go. My family is waiting for me. But I promise you that I will come here soon." she replied.
Prasad cry after she leaves the house. In the car, charu kept thinking about Prasad and the moments with him. Later she realized that her bangle left in Prasad house. When she decided to call him, she just remember that they both forgot to share their numbers. She gets sad.
On the other hand, Swetha cleans her room and she saw Charu's bangle. She kept it in her cupboard hoping she will come soon while Kumar console's a crying Prasad.
"Don't worry bro, she will come for you soon. I can feel it bro. don't be sad." Kumar consoles him.
Later Prasad and Charu miss each other.
On the other hand, Geetha told her parents about yesterday's incident. They both scolded her and reprimanded her from going from the house.
"Dad, I need to tell you something. Yesterday I sneaked out and went to my friend's party. Later young girl, intentionally tried to hit me with her car. Thank god a guy named Vasan saved me in the nick of time, otherwise I would've died now.
"what are you saying Geetha, yesterday you were in the house the whole time. When did u go out?" he questions her furiously.
"No dad, I'm sorry. It was around 11.30 pm."
"Are u stupid Geetha, we asked you to not go outside, but you didn't even obey me. don't ever talk to me, Geetha," he answers her angrily.
"I'm really sorry dad, I thought the guys were just kidding. Please forgive me dad. I won't ever do like this ever again." she pleaded him to forgive her.
Preeti reached at Nirwana Cafe as he told and wait for Thamizh. "he ask me to come here but he still not here, I cant love him..is he playing?" she was so worried.
"Sorry for late…naah this is for u Preeti" Thamizh gives a beautiful bouquet with Dairy Milk chocolate to Preeti from behind. "hrmm…thank you" she took them because she don't want to argue with him anymore.
"So tell me faster, what is the matter now? I have to go home…my parents will look for me" she tells strictly. "Preeti…y don't u understand my love towards u? I believe love is a magic after I met u…and it happened to me…please accept my love… I swear that I'm not playing and this is my true feeling" he explained his love to her.
"Thamizh, please don't force me…im not in love with you…try to not spoil our friendship….im just started believing you but now I feel like you are taking advantage of me" she tells while bows her head. At the same time his friend Kavin was there with a group of girls at the corner table in that same cafe as they planned. Thamizh quickly gives Kavin signal and Kavin ask that girls react as he told.
"No…Preeti.. I never had…"
"Hye handsome" a group of girls interrupted their conversation. Preeti looks confused and asked Thamizh "is that your girlfriends?" angrily. "No…I don't know them" Thamizh pretend like he doesn't know anything. "who are you girls, what u want?" he asked them confusedly.
"I'm in love with you…you are my world Thamizh, I follow u to all the places but you never have a look at me? Why you make me like this? You are the reason for all my happiness and without you my life would be so dull. I love you. You are always on my mind and all the time I keep on thinking of you. Please accept me dear" one of the girls in that group proposed him romantically with a rose.
Thamizh pretend shocked and "hey girl, I'm already falling for a girl and she is my world now…" he told her. "Who is that luckiest girl?" she asked back. Thamizh points his finger towards Preeti. "I am so unlucky and I will miss you Thamizh…hey, girl, you are so blessed to have him in your life…please take care of him! Stay happy you both" that girls leave the place.
Preeti started to feel his love towards her but she cannot trust him fully. She tries to leave the cafe. "Ok Thamizh, let conclude now, if u don't want to hear me then it's your wish but please don't disturb me again" she tries to explain to him.
Thamizh with a sad face said "excuse me" and ran to the washroom. Preeti was so worried about him when he saw him that much sad. In washroom Thamizh called his friend Kavin and ask him to pretend to hit Thamizh by his car.
"Are you kidding Thamizh?" I cannot do this..this is too dangerous" Kavin refused. Thamizh appealed to him and Kavin agrees.
After they talk sometimes, Preethi still didn't believe Thamizh and say he must hidden agenda. She left the cafe, but Thamizh keep followed her.
"Preetiiii stop, I know you too love me but your ego stops you from confessing your feeling, I can see your love for me in your eyes, please Preeti" Thamizh screams but Preeti just ignore him.
"It's ok Preeti, I don't have any other choice to make you believe my love, don't try to save me" he ran to the middle of the road and stand there. Preeti was so shocked by his action and shout for help.
"Thamizh please don't be so stupid, this is not the right way? Why are you making my life struggle like this? Please come here Thamzih…" she shouted while crying.
At the same moment, Kavin who saw Thamizh in the middle of the road, he started driving as they planned. But His plan backfires him when a car suddenly comes faster and the driver is busy talking on the phone so he won't realize that Thamizh standing there. Thamizh was freaking scared and closed his eyes. Thamizh realized this and started to worry but he is sure Preethi will save him. "I'm gonna die today, please save me Preeti" he was prayed in afraid.
"Please don't play Thamizh, I trust your love please come here, don't blackmail me like this" Preeti screams but he still stands there. Finally as he planned she screams "I LOVE U Thamizh" and ran towards him, hugged him, and pull him aside. They both roll over the road and have eye contact.
Later she slapped him and confess her love to him.
" U never consider about me? If u death what I'm gonna do Thamizh? I'm in love with you Thamizh" she hugged him and cry loudly. Thamizh console her then.
"But Thamizh we can't let my parents and anyone know about our love for a while, they are so angry with you due to the last incident, I don't want to make them worried about me," she told him.
"Sure darling, you don't worry, I will do whatever u told me ok ?" he tells romantically. After spending some time together they both leave home. Thamizh was so happy that Preeti starts to love him.
Charu reached her house. Her parents seem disturbed.
"Hey mom, dad, I'm back," she called them out.
"Hey Charu, I missed you a lot. What happen there. Did u find anything? Her mom questions her rapidly.
"Mom. Mom. Keep calm. I will answer all your questions one by one.
"Hey Charu, welcomed back. How was your investigation went? Did u find anything interesting" her father questions her.
"Hey guys let me explain everything from the start" she tells them both. Charu told then the whole story from the goons till she moved from there.
"Whaaat, U stayed in Mr.Dhana's house" His mom immediately respond and asked her when she hears the name.
"Mom, did you know him" she questions her back curiously
Charu's mom Rani stunned for a while and said that Mr. Dhana is her school mate.
"Are you serious mom, why don't you tell me when I said I'm going to his village? Are u from that place to mom? She rapidly asked her.
"I didn't know he moved there." She answers her.
"Charu I told you many times not to be involved in this case but you didn't even listen to me. After this you must handle the case to your superior officer or I won't let you go too the work anymore. You already put yourself in a risky situation many times. After this I can't tolerate anymore. Either you choose to resign your job or let your superior handle this case. The choices are yours Charu" Charu's dad scolds her and warned her not to be involved in that case again.
"But dad…" she tried to talk but her dad interrupted her.
"No but Charu. Now you have to listen to me. I give you everything you wish and you want. In back I'm just asking you to do this for me. Won't you? He adds on.
"Ok dad. I will hand this case to my chief," she informs him.
Later they both hugged her and welcomed her. She said sorry for her early behavior. Later she told them about Prasad and how he saves her from the goons.
"Who is prasad charu?" her dad asked her.
"Prasad is my friend dad, and he is the son of Mr. Krisnanmoorthy." She inform them.
Later he mom noticed that her bangle is missing.
"Charu where is your bangle, you always wear it, where is it now, you kept in your bag?" her mom asked her.
"I'm so sorry mom, I forget to bangle in their house," she replied.
"I'm so tired of migraine. Let me take some rest first." Charu tells them before heading to her room.
Her parents face turned pale and her mom started to act weirdly.
"Hey Rani what happen. Why are u acting weird nowadays, that time I asked whether something is bothering you or not. But u said nothing. Today I can see clearly in your act. Why what happen.? You can share it with me baby. I'm your loving husband after all.
"NO. It's nothing. I just shocked to learn that charu get threaten by the goons." she replied.
Thamizh suddenly received a call from Charu. "Hye hubby, you never called me? U don't miss me is it? I need to meet u, later pick me up at my home, and lets had dinner together" she asked Thamizh. He too agrees because he wants to use this chance to tell his love towards Preeti.
Later he picks up Charu and they went to a Chinese Restaurant for dinner. "Thamizh did you know what happened in Manglembu? There was a group of goons puncture my car with nails and threatened me to do not investigate Mr. Krishnanmoorthy's case further" Charu starts to tell him the whole story.
"Oh yes? Who saved you Charu?" he asked with panic. "Luckily there was a pass by guy helped me fight with those goons" she told him.
"Ohhh…Charu I have someth…." before he ends Charu interrupted and "let me finish Thamizh, I got some lead about this case and I'm damn sure I'm gonna find that killer so soon" she never let Thamizh talk, while Thamizh tries harder to tell her that he is in love with Preeti.
"Charu please hear me, I have something important to discuss….ringggggg" suddenly Charu received a call from his father.
"Where are you Charu, it been 10.30 pm but you are still not back home, be home within 15 minutes, don't make us worried about you," he tells strictly.
"I'm coming paaa…" Charu cut the call and immediately left the Restaurant. "Thamizh I'm so sorry I will book a grab and go home first, you enjoy your meal, call me once you reach home baby, bye" she leaves. Thamizh was so angry that he could not tell her about Preeti. Thamizh also went to his house.
