CHAPTER 10 : Charu's lead

"Sorry boss. I search for him everywhere but I don't get any clue or traces about him" one of anbrassan henchmen told him.

"DID I GIVE YOU THE RIGHTS TO SAY NO TO ME?" Decklin scold him and shoot him right away.

"Sathish you are the most loyal and trusted person. So I'm entrust you this mission. When you find him and just kill him right away and bring his dead body here." Anbrassan asked him.

"Ok boss. I will bring him alive. I want you to kill him in front of us. Don't worry I will make u proud." Sathish Replied.

"That's my boy" Anbrassan adds on.

Later Vasan and Geetha meet each other on their way to their class. He questions him regarding the accident.

"Hey Geetha, how are today?, did u filed a complaint case about the lady?" Vasan asked her.

"Hey Vasan. I'm good. I'm just on the way to our class."

"About the lady, I don't have any proof against her. That's why I didn't report to cops yet," she adds on.

"Hey. don't you worry if u have me, that day I manage to see her car number? It's AHU 5837. Why don't we go together and filed a complaint against the lady? Moreover I was the eye witness. So it's easy for the cops to arrest her."

Yeah I think its an awesome idea. I think we should go after our class. Let's go to class first or else our Miss Aniza will kill us for being late." she replied.

After their class end, they both went to the police station nearby to filed a complaint against the lady.

"Hello sir, we are from Horley Methodist college. Yesterday when I was on the way to my friend's house, a woman tried to kill me." Geetha told the police the whole scenario.

"Hey, how are u now. So can you tell me further about the lady." the cop tells her.

"HI sir, I'm her college mate, and I'm the one who saved her. I manage to see the vehicle number before she flees away. It's AHU 5837." Vasan inform the cop.

Later the cop checked the vehicle number and realized its Anbrasan's deed. Then the cops ask both of them to wait as he gonna inform his superior about this case. The cop went. He later informs this to Anbrasan.

"Hey anbrasan , a guy and a girl come and claimed that your wife, Decklin tried to kill her and he is the eye witness," he informs Anbrasan.

"Whaat, are they still there now," he replied.

"Yeah. I asked them to wait and one more thing Don't forget to bring the cash for me. I helped you from getting arrested." the cop told him.

On the other hand, Mr.Dhana was busy searching his spectacles on a table in the hall but could not find it. 

"Radha….Radha…please come here, where are my spectacles, why don't things are at the same place where I kept before? I need my spectacles immediately!" he shouted to Radha.

"Yess...try to search in Swetha's room…she is the one clean living room just now, I'm cooking here, try to search by yourself" replied Radha to him irritably.

"Why no one is here to help me. I have to read the newspaper now…." he keeps nagging to himself and walks into Swetha's room. He try to search on her study table but he could not found them. 

Dhana then opens her cupboard drawer and he found his spectacles there finally. He took it and closed the drawer and try to walk from the room; but he paused and turn back, he gets nervous, he opens again that drawer and he seemed so shocked saw something there. He stands stunned for a while and tries to take them…..

"Hubby, you found your spectacles or not? so long you are searching for them? Radha shouted from the kitchen while cooking.

Dhana conscious by her voice "yes I found my spectacles in cupboard drawer" he told Radha. Dhana seemed so worried. Later he walked to the kitchen immediately.

"Radha…Radha" Dhana calls her from behind with a tremulous voice. He was sweating and looked weak.

"Yes, what's that" Radha turn back and she shocked when saw Dhana in such way. "What happened to you? Why you are looking so worried? tell me" she asked him continuously.

"Radha, we have to prepare for Prasad marriage as soon as possible," he told in strict confidence.

"Ahhh marriage for Prasad? But why suddenly? Prasad needs to archive more in his life, don't u think this is so early for his marriage?" Radha asked Dhana.

"No Radha, if we want Prasad happy in life, he needs to marry and have his own family. I don't want his life is any danger. You know what, since that girl, Charu came here and start to dig about my brother's murder case I feel so uneasy and bad-hearted." he explained to her.

"Yeah I'm too still remembered that Charu told that killer is still alive, I'm too worried about Prasad, but we have to ask his permission about this first" Radha worried.

Later they called Prasad to the living room after lunch and started to discuss about his marriage.

"Whatttt? Marriage…no uncle, it's too early for me, I have to become financially stable in my life, I'm not yet achieving my dreams….I don't want so many commitments in my life at this young age, please try to understand" Prasad told them sadly and ran to his room.

While on the other hand, Charu decided to hand this case to her superior officer but then she remembered Prasad and her promised to Mr. Dhana.

"Oh, no. I promised Mr. Dhana to put the Killer behind the bar for the rest of his life. How can I betray him?. And Prasad went through a lot because of the killer. I think I'm the one who should handle this case and punish the killer and win justice for the victims. I have to do this for the sake of Prasad.

Later she decided to handle this case without her parental consent.

"If I told my parents I'm sure they will scold me. I think I have to do this without their permission," she mumbled herself.

In the office, she tells her chief that this case is more dangerous than they have ever thought. Then she reveals the whole story from kidnapping to the goons at Manglembu.

"Hey charu, I think u should stop involving yourself in this case. Let me handle it. Even your dad scolded me yesterday for giving you this case." he tells her.

"No sir, I cannot give up in this case. I will find until the root. My dad is just worried like a common parent but sir I want to handle this case for my personal reason. May I?" 

"Ok Charu. U have made your decision. Moreover, you are the best for this kind of mystery murder case. So I'm officially appoint you to handle this case and don't worry. I won't tell you dad about this. It's just between us." he replied.

"Charu as your appointed in this mission, I'm giving you a gun for your protection. I trust you will find the killer and lets put him in the prison until his last days," he adds on.

"Thank you sir. I promise you that we will find the killer soon," she replied.

"Sir now I want to go to the murder spot for further investigating and analyzing some records. I'm sure the killer must have left something there," she adds on.

"We already got some leads sir about the murderer. Until now we conclude that he is left-handed because of the way he killed and when I went to Manglembu I learned that the last victim was killed because of vengeance as his wife and the victim's wife had affairs. So I'm thinking why he killed this guy.

On the other hand, Prasad's uncle and aunty keep convince him to agree for married soon; but he keeps ignoring them.

"Prasad, me and your uncle getting old now, we are not enough energy to take care of you and the others. Please get married, we are eager to see our grandchildren as we are getting older." Radha explained to Prasad while tears rolled her cheeks.

"Aunty….please don't cry…I understand but I'm in…"

"Prasad.." Dhana called him before he finished. "I know this might be early for u, but believe me this is the suitable age for u get married, u can still achieve all your dreams after getting married, there is life after marriage Prasad, I never treat you as my nephew, you are my elder son always, I always hope the best for u my son" Dhana told Prasad with a dejected look.

Prasad getting too emotional with this and he agreed finally for marriage. "I'm agreed, uncle and aunty, but with one condition" Prasad add on. They are happy that Prasad agreed for marriage but confused with that condition.

"Whatsss thatttt???" Radha and Dhana asked him together.

"I will marry as you both wished, but….." he hesitates but they keep asking Prasad. "can you both meet Charu's parents and ask her to wed me?" Prasad stunned them. "Ahhhh Charu ?" Radha shocked.

"Yes aunty I'm in love with Charu, although I just know her just for few days, but I can't live without her aunty" he explains his love towards Charu.

"No Prasad..this will never happen.," Dhana tells strictly.

"Whyyy…" Prasad sadly.

"She is from a very rich family but what about us Prasad? Charu is a good girl but sure she cant adjust with middle-class life. What do you know about her? You don't even know she is already committed to anyone or not…I hope u will forget her, I know what is good for u Prasad….there are so many girls in this world that suits for u" Dhana told him angrily.

"But…uncle…"

"This is my decision son, please forget her." Dhana leaves the place. Finally Prasad thinks considerately and agreed just for their sake but he feels so broken inside.

Charu reached the murder spot and asked her team to look for any traces the killer left behind.

"If u find anything strange, just inform me. Now let's go find some traces about the killer."She tells her team.

Someone is watching her from afar and the tell someone about what she doing at the murder spot.

"Hello Boss, I'm spying at Charu as u said. And now she is asking her team to find some traces about the killer. What should I do now." the goon informs her boss.

"Just watch her. Don't let her got suspicious. Be calm. If she find anything inform me as fast as u could. I don't want her to go to the roots of the problem. Then we all are finished and will go to jail for sure." someone told him via phone.

Charu was around the building and noticed there are some cameras around there. She went to talk to the manager of the building to see the recording.

"Hello sir, I'm Charu. I'm investigating the murder of Arnav. I noticed that your building has some cameras around the building. May I see the recording. It will be very useful to find the killer and solve the mystery." she requested the manager.

"Yes mam, u can. Follow me to the control room" he replied.

"I'm just hoping that the killer face was captured in any of the cameras," she tells her team.

"Yes mam. Don't worry. We will get some leads" one of her teammates answers her.

Later they checked thoroughly the recordings but failed to find anything as the killer delete the footage.

"Oh shit, how can he delete the files. Did anyone come here before we do?" she asked the manager.

"No mam. No one come. we asked for ID first before we let them. So there are no records" he replied.

"Wait, wait wait, someone hacked into our computers and delete the files" the control room girl said to Charu.

"Whaaaat?" she asked shockingly.

"So the killer is smart and knowledgeable. He must be an expert in technologies until he can hack A 5star hotel. So we miss calculated about the killer." she said to her team in a shocking tone.

Later she got a headache and decided to grab a coffee at the cafe nearby.

"I think I need a cup of coffee now. This case is more complicated than I expect. Let me grab a cup of coffee and join you guys later." she informed her teammates to continue searching for the other traces.

"How I can be that much cheap till planned to make Preeti fall in love with me and humiliate me in front of everyone? Who am I to spoil one girl's life just like that? I felt so ashamed with myself." Thamizh realized all his mistakes and felt so upset with his own behavior towards Preeti from the beginning.

"Not only Preeti, I had cheated many girls before this and I never bothered about their feelings, Preeti changed my whole life, she is my angel, I should change and have to live as a genuine man just for her, I don't want to hurt her anymore." he smiled and promised himself.

Suddenly he remembered about his relationship with Charu recently. "Oh my god, how about Charu? She loves me but I just accept her love for granted and I have to tell her about Preeti as soon as possible. Charu is a nice girl I don't want to cheat her anymore, I have to meet her immediately," Thamizh was so worried and decided to meet Charu. 

Thamizh feels so bad for cheat Charu, so he took his phone to call her but fortunately he received a call from Charu.

Later in the coffee shop, Charu remembered that Thamizh has something important to say so she invited thamizh to the cafe. She called him.

"Hey thamizh, are u free now? You told me that u wanna meet me and confessed something. I'm at Sunday's hot cafe right now.I'm waiting for you here" she tells him 

"Yeah charu. I got something important to tell you. I will be there in 5 minutes." he replied her hoping he will tell the truth that he is in love with Preethi to her.

Later Thamizh come to the cafe and greet charu.

"Hey charu, what happened to you. You looked like something stressing you out. If u don't mind you can share with me." he said to her.

"No thamizh, this murder case just got more complicated than I expect. The killer is an IT experts. He hacked the hotel cameras and delete all the recordings. I don't know what to do now. I'm so stressed out." She replied.

"Oh sorry thamizh, you told me that you have something important to say. What's that? Any good news bcoz I don't want to hear any bad news." she adds on.

"No charu.its nothing."He replied to her disappointedly hoping to tell the truth to her but after seeing her in that condition. He didn't want to hurt her more.

While having chats, she looked around and realized that the killer must come this way to escape after the murder.

"Hey thamizh. Wait for me here for a while. I want to talk to the manager ."

"Why charu what happen". he asked her back.

"No thamizh.I just looked around and realized there are many cameras here. So went the killer escape, we must across this cafe. That's why I'm gonna talk to the manager regarding this."She replied.

"Charu, let me come with you. Even I wanna see his identity," he asked her to bring him along.

"Ok let's go" she tells him.

Later they talk to the cafe manager about the case and he agrees to let them see the recording. She asked him to play the front camera which is pointing the murder's spot.

"Sir could you play the camera in front of your cafe. Its the only camera that points towards the murder spot. Later they both saw the recording of a matured guy killed the victim and ran towards his black van with an orange tiger picture on the car.

"Oh my god, the killer killed him brutally. He attacked from behind when the victims on the phone." Thamizh informs Charu.

"Hey Thamizh, did u noticed that, the victim and the killer are on the phone. I think the killer must be speaking with the victim because, You see the victim turn back when the killer hides behind the pillar. So it confirms the killer was on the phone with the victims. So, whats the relations between him and the killer?" she said to Thamizh.

"He also ran to his black van after killing Arnav." she adds on.

"Hey manager can you zoom the camera view, I just want to see the vehicle number," Thamizh asked the manager.

"Hey Charu, did your team still have the victim's phone?, we can check his phone and send it to the mobile center to find out with whom he was talking, so it's easier to catch the killer." He tells charu.

"Yeah that's a good idea. Thank you Thamizh. I will immediately inform my team." she thanked him.

Later they both see the vehicle number together although it's unclear but they manage to find the numbers.

"Its AKU 0434" Charu said

"Yeah it is" he replied.

Later she informs Thamizh that she has to go to her office now to find who is the owner of the van. 

"Thamizh I'm so sorry. I have to go to the office to find the owner. May I go ?" he asked him.

"Yes babe. U can go. Don't forget to tell me who is the owner of the car." he replied.

Later she went from the cafe. Someone follows her and takes her picture and send to someone.

"I think she got the traces, what should I do now? Should I kill her? She asked her boss.

"Just follow her everywhere she went and update me everything" someone replied...

Thamizh went to Preethi's office to spend some time with her. Later they both when to the park they used to go.

"Hey Preethi, May I take you somewhere for while" Thamizh talks romantically with Preethi.

"No. You cant. Haha. My family is waiting for me I have to go now." she replied.

"I thought we both are couples, so I thought you bring to the park we went last time. That the moment I realized I'm in love with you" He flirted back.

"Yes ah? I can come but only for a while. Wait let me inform my family first. I have to lie to them that I have Overtime work." she replied.

She later called her dad and inform him that she has some work to do in her office. So she will be home quite late than as usual. Preethi and Thamizh went to the park. 

"Hey, what we gonna do here now," she asked thamizh.

"I think lets chat and get to know each other better. What you say?" he replied.

"I think it's a good idea indeed" she tells him.

While they are enjoying chatting.Her father who is on his way to the house, shocked to see Preethi's scooter outside the park. He went to check the number plate and realized its preethi's. He went to the park and started to look for her. He saw both of them sitting on the bench. So he called Preethi once again.

"Hey. hey, my das is calling. Please be silent for while" she asked thamizh to be silent for some moment.

"No, I Can't. I will keep talking. Haha." he replied.

Later she shut his mouth. His dad watching this from a distance.

"Preethi, where are you ma" he asked

"At office appa. Why appa? Anything happen?" she replied.
