Training - Rainbow

Rainbow sighed trying to tap into her frustration to have enough energy. How could her mother be pregnant again? She already had too many children to take care of. It was like she didn't care about what happened to her... Rainbow needed to relieve some of her stress. Magic practice always helped with that.

Rainbow arrived in a deep part of the woods. She needed to remain hidden, otherwise a townsperson might get aggressive... The trees barely let in any light, causing her to make holes in the leaves. Then she lit up her hand with the rainbow light and hit the tree. It didn't do much but she kept hitting it, taking her anger out at the expense of her knuckles which had now started bleeding.

She paused and took a deep breath. The small injuries on her knuckles were quickly vanishing. Then she spun around, hearing something...

Footsteps.

Rainbow's pulse quickened and her breaths became deeper and heavier. Someone was definitely here, or at least they were near here. She stayed still until she couldn't hear anything anymore. The only sound being her own ragged breathing and heavy pulse. She groaned, now she had gotten paranoid.

She was alone.

Like she always was...
