The princess stood up astonished. The royal family had thought for years the Regalan that had saved them had been killed in a Negoran raid. Her siblings stood as well asking her what was wrong.
By this time everyone in the massive arena was looking over at the princess. Wondering. Confused. When her siblings again asked her what was wrong all she did was point. Right at Regaltin. The two other royals looked at where she was pointing and saw Regaltin. They gasped.
"Guards!" The prince shouted. "Seize him!"
The captain rushed forward to the prince and asked "What should we do when we've captured him my lord?"
"Take him to the palace. Oh, and don't hurt him." The guards jumped into the arena and made a wide circle around Regaltin.
By then Regaltin had realized what was happening and was getting ready to run. One if the guards rushed him and Regaltin vaulted over the Regalan. The guard crashed into another behind Regaltin. Meanwhile Regaltin had scaled the wall of the arena rushing for the entrance.
The guards booked it after him trying not to lose the speedster. Regaltin sprinted outside turning into an ally. The guards close on his tale. He turned back to look at the guards. They weren't catching up but were still following.
He turned almost running head first into a wall. He stopped and turned the guards had caught up and now made a tight formation so he couldn't get past them. He sighed and started looking frantically around for away out.
I could jump over them. He thought. He then quickly discarded the idea as he saw the royals coming from behind the troops. Well I guess now is as good as ever. He thought. The royals reached him and he closed his eyes. His markings then faded to green and he jumped. He jumped higher than anyone should have been able to jump. He landed on the roof of the next building. He looked down at them smiled and ran. As he ran his markings returned to blue.
"How in the Third World did he do that?" One of the guards asked.
The prince hushed him and said "Take us back to the palace. We need to speak with our father."
