Mr. Ed Gibson, the emcee announced for the eighteen roses. The songs had been prepared from the backstage. The mixed songs had started playing, Mr. Jerry Smith gave the first rose to Elle. They started the first dance. The father and daughter were emotionally happy as they danced together and the crowds watched them with touching hearts. Andrew Jones followed him. He gave the second rose. And he softly said, "Happy, happy birthday, my Elle! "Thank you, Drew!" Elle replied, smiling. "Now is the time to tell you that I really, really love you with all my heart, with all my mind and with all my soul, Miss Elle Smith. That is for a lifetime!" Andrew said seriously. "I love you with all my life, Mr. Andrew Jones." Elle said in a soft voice while they danced sweetly together. Andrew kissed her forehead when they finally parted ways. James came in the picture with a third rose. He greeted her a happy birthday. "Thank you, James!" Elle replied. She smiled at him. She smiled not because of James but it was Andrew who always made her special and protected. The crowds looked so stunned and amused the way they watched Elle dancing with the eighteen roses. While dancing with the rest of the members, she thought how the visitors watched her and Andrew danced together, majority knew they were best friends ever since but the thought suddenly came in her mind she was eighteen and they could expect more than best friends from them. She could jump out of joy. She felt excited being eighteen. Her focus on her studies would not receive any detours, what she and Andrew had together was an inspiration for her. She was in love. She did not deny that. She thought of the kisses they shared together, the sudden romance. Both of them were in love and she felt at ease because it was Andrew Jones, her best friend and boyfriend at the same time. The last dance was finished and her partner returned her to the couch. "That was a wonderful dance my dear!" Mrs. Bess Smith said, smiling at her beautiful daughter. "Thank you, Mom!" Elle replied, smiling back. "And my dear, I like the way to see how Andrew danced with you. You two look like a sweet couple. Are you two together?" Mrs. Bess Smith asked, smiling. "If Andrew loves me more than a best friend, Mom, is that okay with you and Dad?" Elle asked. "Of course, it is okay for us, sweetie." Mr. Jerry Smith intervened. "Because we know Andrew for a decade so your Mom and I will not worry." Mr. Jerry Smith said. He touched her chin and smiled. Elle smiled back. But her heart pounded so fast. She was excited for an official relationship. Mr. Ed Gibson announced for the dinner to start. Andrew walked towards Elle. They both seated together in Andrew's table.
