Talking With Eskella, Settling In

Eskella enters the room, admiring the big room with a queen-sized bed, then sits on the bed. Kadon ignored her, and closed the door and scanning the room.

In the middle of the room was a large queen sized bed, on the left side of the bed, was a wardrobe alongside a weapons rack, and large mirror. On the right side of the bed was a coffee table alongside two chairs and a machine that makes something. Alongside that, there is also two doors opposite of the bed that contains a washing chamber and a repair room with various tools to help keep equipment battle-ready.

[Wait.. What does the machine make..? Will learn later.]

Kadon walks over to the pair of chairs, sits down and gestures to the other chair saying, "Sit, Eskella. Let's talk about your Father's plan."

"Oh. Fine." Eskella replies, her voice turning cold at the mention of her Father's plan. She walks slowly to the chair, sitting on it, and then putting her feet on the table before her, "Now.. What do you want. I have nothing to do with Father's plans." Eskella states,

"I want.. I want you to convince your father to slow down." Kadon states, surprising Eskella.

"You want him to slow down?! Wait, you agree with me then?" Eskella asks, surprised.

"Yes. You do know the reason your father's plan is rushed, yes?" Kadon asks,

"I know the gist, it was for you to become Baras's apprentice, right?" Eskella responds in a questioning tone,

"Yes. He and my Father," Kadon responds, his tone turning harsh at the mention of his father, "wish for me to become Baras's apprentice instead of Vemrin, who is most likely to become his apprentice at the moment. The only problem is.. continuing this plan will cause the death of Overseer Tremel at the least. No Sith Lord likes their choice of apprentices being interfered with, Baras is no exception. Alongside.."

"Alongside?" Eskella asks, choosing to ignore the fright that she felt upon hearing of her father's death.

"Alongside the fact that, according to some information I gathered myself, Baras prefers his disciple to be well-versed in Sith Teachings alongside them to be powerful. So far, I will only be powerful, not well-versed in Sith Teachings. It would be best to slow down the trials to allow myself to catch up with Sith theory alongside other things." Kadon clarifies, "So, Eskella, I wish for you to convince your father to slow down the trials so that I will at least be nearing the end by the time that the new Acolyte batch will appear. By then, I will have more standing that will increase my standing with Baras enough to guarantee my chances of being his apprentice."

"Ah, sure. He probably won't listen to me though... Although, he might now with you suggesting to slow it down, sure! I'll do it... Is there anything else you want.. your majesty?" Eskella asked, her tone a bit aloof,

"No." Kadon said, standing up and walking to the door, opening it, and gesturing out, "Goodbye, Eskella."

"*Haaah* making me leave so early.. Fine. Tomorrow I'll show you the Academy, till then, see ya." Eskella said, and left Kadon's room.

Kadon is now alone in his room. He stands next to the door for a few seconds, then walk over to the closet and looks inside. Inside was identical acolyte outfits all Kadon's size. He grabs one, and tests it durability, tearing at it with a bit of his strength and notices it's stronger than regular acolyte clothing.

[Huh, I guess Tremel ordered slightly more durable clothing than most other Acolyte's clothing for me. Weird how he knows my size, but whatever.]

He grabs a outfit, and puts the Sith Warblade on the weapons rack before heading to the washroom and then going to bed.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Next day

Kadon wakes up early in the morning. The clock reads 4:30 galactic standard time. Kadon sits up, and does his morning routine. Wash, brush teeth, and a small amount of meditation before deciding to check out the Repair room.

He picks up his Warblade, and walks into the room. Inside is a big rack with various parts on top of it, alongside a tools box on top of a table with a chair to sit down next to the table as well. Kadon inspects the various parts on the rack. On it was a spare power unit, some cleaning supplies, and small projectors. Kadon doesn't touch any of the power units alongside the projectors, in fear of his inadequacy in technology ruining anything and just takes the cleaning supplies and starts to clean his weapon. He sits down, and puts his weapon on the table. The weapon is marred with blood, but otherwise the weapon was in perfect condition. He takes a rag, wets it with the cleaning supplies and starts scrubbing the weapon clean, starting from the hilt to the edge. He scrubs hard, and around continues at it until around 8:00 when a knock could be heard from the door. Hearing it, Kadon puts away the cleaning supplies and equips the Warblade, putting it over his shoulder onto his back where it sticks magnetically to his outfit. He strolls his way to the door, and opens it, seeing Eskella.

"Well, it's time to take you on a stroll around the campus. Come, I'll introduce you to the Academy in all it's horror." she says jokingly, while beckoning Kadon to follow her.

She first goes through the second floor, the Swordfighting classes, the Force classes, and the library in between the two. She then goes about introducing the normal Acolyte bedroom, separated by males and females, before skipping several storage rooms and security rooms. Finally she reaches the back side of one wing of the Academy, and introduces the main training room, a room to test moves on dummies and learn other types of weapons such as dual-bladed fighting, pike-style fighting, etc.

"Ok! That's all the main rooms to care about for the second floor, all that's left is the cafeteria and the Torture Chamber for the bottom floor, every other room should not matter to you besides that." Eskella explains, "Oh, also. I told Father about what you said, and he said he would like to meet with you as soon as possible to discuss the plan further. He wouldn't tell me anything else, unfortunately."

"Ah, thank you Eskella for the tour, I will be going to your Father now. I will explore the rest of the Academy myself later." Kadon thanks Eskella, and start walking towards Overseer Tremel's office.
