~~ Dream on ~~
My body was immersed in a familiar warmth. I opened my sleepy eyes and could see his silhouette gradually forming, Atem. His eyes looked back at me tenderly and his lips parted to pour out his sullen voice. But nothing came. Instead, his face came to meet mine, and his parted lips took mine. In your arms, I could feel your soft lips now.
Afterwards, I felt a pain. He had bitten my mouth, but it hadn't been slow, it had been violent, drawing blood from his lips. I tried to walk away and face him. But his arms held me with such supernatural strength, that nothing I did would make him let go. His hands suddenly went cold, and his fingers that held my body started to squeeze me. I opened my eyes and finally our mouths came off, leaving a taste of blood. His tender, lilac eyes turned red and somewhat psychopathic. His teeth grew in his mouth, and he finally released me. I felt my heart pounding in terror and then he was walking away.
- Yugi, you are a bad little boy. He licked his lips.
I just managed to stare at him with fear. My body was shaking, I could barely move. And then, I saw your figure transform again. She became Atem again. He looked scared, with watery eyes, as he looked at me. Something started to appear at his feet, and he was startled, looking quickly at the floor, and shifting his feet. Something like hands seemed to come up and grab you.
- Yugi! Help me! He pleaded, while creatures now grabbed his body and knocked him over.
His cry of agony caused me to get out of that state of paralysis, and I moved towards him. Running, I tried to catch up, but when I was close, those same icy hands held me tight. I looked back, and there was my partner's horrifying version. His claws did catch my face and turned him roughly towards Atem, forcing me to see him in agony as he was caught by the creatures and dragged down into a muddy hole.
- See Yugi ... you're doing this to him. You will sink it, end your happiness ... do you really want it? You are a bad boy ... Yugi. The voice sounded icy over the place.
In desperation, I called for Atem, but his body was already grounded. I struggled several times, in desperation, in the hope that I could get out of the monster's clutches. And then, my vision started to darken, until it completely darkened.
~~ Dream Off ~~
I woke up scared, sweating a lot. When I opened my eyes fully, I realized that Atem was pressing me on the bed, his knees pinning me and his arms firmly holding my shoulders. His gaze was one of pure concern, and his brow furrowed, seeing that I had finally awakened. His body over mine made the scene look extremely wrong, but the bigger one didn't even seem to care.
- Yugi! - He spoke reproachfully.
I widened my eyes, which by the way were already watering, and I was breathing fast. After all, why was Atem on top of me? He released me slowly and sighed with relief. I got up and the tears flowed.
- Sorry Yugi, I must have scared you. But ... you were desperately debating in bed. He turned to me, looking at me with his smooth face.
I just couldn't answer it. I was very confused and decided to just cry and let go of that feeling that took over me. Soon my mind remembered the monster's clear words in the dream and I was even more scared. Atem passed his hands gently over my face and wiped the tears away, and I looked at his purple irises, which gave me an inexplicable relief.
- Are you okay Yugi? It was a nightmare, wasn't it? - He frowned.
I put my hand over his that was still on my cheeks and lowered my eyes.
- Yes. I'll be fine ... just stay here with me, please. - My voice came out a little shaky.
- Okay, I'm here. He let go of his hands, pulling away from my face. - I'm worried about you. These nightmares seem aggressive, can you tell me what happens in them?
I looked up quickly, looking at him. What? Tell him about my dreams? No way, it was out of the question. Atem could not know that my mind dreamed of his touches and then turned him into a terrible monster, or a victim of my dirty thoughts that were sinking him. I hesitated for long seconds, not knowing what to say to him. So, he did something unexpected. He came over to me and his lips brushed my forehead, pouring a peck there.
- You don't have to. You must be tired, sorry for asking. - He put his hands in my hair and stroked lightly in a mess.
I smiled gently and he let go of me with a serene air. He hit the bed, indicating that we should go back to sleep. I lay down calmly, and put my head back on the soft pillow, and Atem soon followed, lying down beside him. His hands suddenly wrapped around my waist, and pulled them closer to his body. I felt a strange sensation in my body and my cheeks flushed instantly.
- There is? ... A-Atem.- I mumbled under my breath.
His half-closed eyes looked at me with the same serenity. My heart felt like it was going to explode, it was pounding fast, being so close to him. Ah Yugi, stop it. He's just helping you.
- Doesn't it look more comfortable like that? His voice came out a little sleepy, while his eyes remained on me.
My face was already sunk in his torso, almost in his neck, and I could smell his delicious fragrance. Gradually, my heart was slowing down, and I no longer felt ashamed. Being in Pharaoh's arms was really comforting. His hands went back to lightly caressing my hair, and in those caresses of the greatest I was finally able to sleep.
We were woken by a loud noise, followed by a shrill scream outside. Atem woke up quickly and removed the arms that surrounded my body. I also opened my eyes quickly, startled. I looked at the pharaoh who was looking at the door and was already rising from the bed, going towards it to open it. I could hear him talking when he opened it.
- Joey ??? - He made a worried tone in his voice, which made me follow him. - Are you alright?
When I got to Atem's side, I could see the scene. Téa's house consisted of two floors, and apparently, Joey had fallen on the stairs and rolled to the end of it. He was stroking his own head, which looked as if it had hurt itself in the process of falling. We went down the stairs to help him and soon the rest of the people woke up too, coming to help Joey.
- Ah, I think I have some bandages - Said Téa a little worried - I'll get them.
We put Joey on the couch, he grunted and groaned in protest about the pain that now affected his entire body.
- Joey, but what your idea! Going out like this at night without turning on the lights, of course it would fall. - Said Mai, in a scolding tone, but a little worried about the blonde.
He put the boy on his lap, and looked at his injuries, then sighed. They didn't look bad, it was the same luck. Atem tried to cheer him up, and they stayed talking for long minutes, until Téa finished putting on the bandages and other dressings. We ended up going to our homes after that, we said goodbye to Téa, thanking her for the hospitality and went to my grandfather's house.
Atem and I spent the afternoon fiddling with the deck, seeing what we were going to use at the Kaiba tournament, and when we finished, I was exhausted. I sighed and he finished putting things away and put them on the dresser, turning to me with a smile.
- What's it? - Said seeing him let out another giggle.
- Anything. It's just that you've been a sleeper lately ... - He smiled provocatively.
- Haha. Hm .... Really - I said pouting - maybe an ice cream will wake me up. - I smiled mischievously.
- You have no way. He shook his head.
- Come on! - I took him by the hand, and he left ungainly.
- Yugi!
We arrived at the kitchen and I got the ice cream while he sighed patiently, turned his back on the room and walked.
- Hey wait for me! - I walked after him, with the pots in hand.
We went back to the room and sat on the rug, enjoying the ice cream. We made some jokes, which Atem was slow to understand, and he was a little angry about it, which was more hilarious to me. In a moment, he let the ice cream spill over his black shirt, and sighed.
- Damn it.
He left the pot aside, and so did I. I stood up, walking over to my wardrobe, and looking for a T-shirt for him. We were about the same size, and that was certainly a good thing for occasions like this.
- Don't worry, I have a shirt for you. - Said, turning around with a slight smile, with the clothes in hand to deliver to him.
When I turned around, I came across another image. Atem was taking the shirt off on his back. His defined muscles were now showing before his rather white skin. His torso finally turned to me, and our eyes met. I couldn't take my eyes off him, and my cheeks flushed quickly.
- Thank you.
His hands reached out to pick up the shirt and I looked down quickly, walking around the room and turning my back on him. My heart was pounding now, what was going on? He only came out of this trance when his voice called me again.
- Ah ... look, it was perfect. - He pouted slightly.
I smiled in an embarrassed way and he looked at me with amusement, laughing. I frowned and pouted.
- What are you laughing at now?
- Do you want to see something cool? His eyes shone with excitement.
- There is? Something cool? - I was curious and he nodded positively.
- Come, I'll show you. - Your body turned into a specter, and returned to the millennium.
- Hey ??? - I looked at the object, but soon my consciousness sank into the millennium with him.
My eyes flew open, and the bottom of the familiar spot shone. My body shivered slightly, recognizing the location of my nightmares, but soon something caught my hands and made the sensation go away. Atem smiled at me, guiding my hands next to him, down the long corridor to his throne room. Inside, a spice was at the top of his throne. He walked over and picked up the object. It was a huge eye of Horus, in pure gold. He showed me, getting close.
- This is the crown of the pharaohs.
- Wow. It's beautiful, Atem. - I gently ran my hand over the crown, which gleamed. I smiled and he stretched me out more, intending for me to take him.
I then took the object and looked more closely. Atem gave me a tender smile and I returned it, pouting and looking at the crown again. I motioned with my hand for him to come closer, and he was curious, bowing slightly. I then put the crown on his forehead and smiled in satisfaction. Pharaoh's cheeks flushed and he looked at me.
- She looks beautiful on you, Atem. - I smiled graciously, seeing him perfectly with that crown.
- Thank you Yugi. He smiled slightly and then his lips kissed my forehead. -Sorry, but it's time for you to return.
Then his image got a little distant and blurry by the second and I came back to consciousness in my room. I put my hand on my forehead, still being able to feel the warmth of his lips and see his beautiful smile accompanied by his flushed cheeks. I finally lay down on my bed, sighing. I was in love, for sure. What should I do?
