Caretaker Part 1

Charles managed to get them to the Pokémon Center. He entered expecting Nurse Joy, the Pinkette, the OG nurse the Pokémon world what he got was SO much better in his opinion.

He was greeted with a Female Indeedee, Blissey, and an Audino. He looked to the front desk and saw a green-haired girl wearing a white laboratory coat that hugged her figure underneath it was a turquoise high waist dress.

The Indeedee proceeded to use psychic to carefully carry the girl in his arms. He looked to Camelot and with a nod followed the Emotion pokémon.

Charles took his time and looked over the interior of the PokéCenter. He saw blue and white tiles that decorated the floors and numerous other people going in and out of the place. Some of them looked like the Nurse Joys wearing the sleeved pink A-line dresses with a white apron on top like he knew and loved while others looked unique like the person at the front desk either holding or pushing some medical apparatuses.

The Indeedee stopped near the front desk with the still levitating the sleeping girl.

"Welcome to the Pokémon Center! I'm Nurse Harmony, How can I help you?" The nurse bowed slightly finally noticing the floating girl turning to face him next. " I take it you're a Trainer?"

The menu prompts and displayed her dialogue below her neck another blip, came forth three white boxes with scripted responses.

'You have got to be shitting me.' he thought to himself as he read through the choices.

[Yep, do you have lodging? a check-up for the girl, and your number]

[How about your number?.]

[Yes, I am. Do you have by some chance someplace to rest preferably a room with two separate beds? I need someone checks up on my friend, and probably need a smile, The forest was a bit 'intense' and that was before the rain.]

He chose to read the third dialogue box. The nurse giggled and nodded. "It's nice of you to care for your friend but you should care for yourself too." She remarked looking at his form.

"You're soaked to the bone! One moment, please?" She waved someone behind Charles." Nurse Joy, would you please watch the front desk as I assist our guest?"

The pinkette took notice and grabbed a towel as she ran over to the desk bowing to one another then bowing to Charles giving him the fabric.

"Thank you." He said with a smile towards Joy, then followed Nurse Harmony through the halls carefully pacing himself with the floating girl and Camelot.

Observing yet again the surroundings he noticed multiple rooms, a Nursery filled with baby Pokémon like Cleffa, Igglybuf, Smoochum, and a lot of Cubone said baby Pokénon were playing with a Glameow, Delcatty, and a Chansey.

"That's our nurseries," The Greenette said." Caring for newly hatched pokémon, most of them are rescues while others were orphaned due to Pokémon poaching."

'Poaching was a thing in Pokémon?' Charles thought. 'What's the difference from poaching from Catching? The method?'

They stopped for a while as the nurse looked at alone Dreepy huddling over the corner of the room.

"That little one's caretaker Dragapult died the other day." She said with a frown." It happens but it is what it is."

"Poor child." The nurse nodded sadly smiling at him. She bowed and spread her left arm asking him to follow her.

They stopped by room three to five doors away from the nursery. Nurse Harmony handed him some keys. She giggled at Charles' dumbfounded face.

"No worries the PokéCenter doesn't charge anything for lodging, Especially for trainers." Stifling a giggle." Speaking about trainers. I need to scan you and your friend's CTR if you don't mind?"

'CTR?' He looked at his left wrist and presented it. ' Hopefully, it's the CTR-'

The greenette brought out a scanner of some sort. With a ping, he looked at the screen attached to it.

"Charles Nover, eighteen-years of age. Pokémon Breeder."She giggled once more and smile at him." Quite the gentle-hearted soul, huh?"

She paced herself to the floating girl scanning the CTR.

"Aria Dainself, Eighteen, Pokémon Trainer" She had a smug look."Girlfriend?"

"Ha Ha No," Charles replied after the rather awkward laugh. He began to scratch the back of his head.

" She was hurt when I found her so I hurried to the nearest Pokémon center hoping that you can treat her or give a check-up. I'm not the best at socializing which why I became a Pokémon Breeder." He kneeled and patted his Aron's head. Charles never understood why Atlea made him a Pokébreeder but he knew in himself that he was never good around people. Quite the perceptive Goddess she was. " It was a better choice. Pokémon don't judge or discriminate. Sure, some have bad blood but they never judge you. They understand me better than myself. I'm really bad at socializing and often make things awkward for others around me. Hell, I'm just rambling again. Sorry,"

'I keep making things awkward for everyone...' He was close to tears and was somewhat shivering. Camelot put one of his legs on his knee that touched the floor and looked at him with worry. He embraced the Iron Armor Pokémon and sobbed a bit. 'I just arrived and now I'm fucking breaking down the fuck is wrong with me?'

"I, personally don't know what you've been through nor am I a Psychiatrist that can help you," Charles looked forward to seeing Nurse Harmony going in for an embrace."But I know that hugs can sometimes help."

"I'm sorry." She followed up making the brunette's eyes widen and bite his inner cheek trying to get a hold of himself. She then proceeded to rock forwards and backward patting his back in a ¼ beat."Whatever you've faced before, Whatever pain you felt. I want to say sorry for those but You're here now, You made it."

Tears fell and sobs were heard. No one really understood him. No one ever asked if he was alright back on Earth. No one bothered to talk to him. He felt so alone back then trying to get all of their attention silently screaming to be found. His relationships were nothing but fronts, he knew this but never accepted it. All the stress from the work he had to do. The looks of disapproval his parents gave all of it hurt. Worse than breaking his arm when he was 12, worse than nearly cutting off his finger when he was sleep deprived in the kitchen, worse than being alone. He was a blubbering weird man. crying in the arms of a lady he has just met.

A few minutes passed. Indeedee placed Aria on one of the beds whilst Harmony wiped away the tear-stained face of the Pokébreeder.

"Now, you're soaking wet Nurse Harmony." the Awkward breeder remarked inciting a laugh from the nurse."Sorry."

"Don't be," The nurse took a handkerchief from her side pocket wiping the small trail of tears off of Charles's face." It's part of my job. I'll be back with Doctor Sonata to check on your friend. The door near the window is the bathroom it has a washer and some robes. I'll wipe Aria down and please wait at least 40 minutes before exiting the shower."

Charles nodded knowing it was better to just agree with a professional rather than argue with them especially if said professional was a Nurse. A nurse that took care and probably studied both Human and Pokémon anatomy. He did not want to be neutered by the end of the night Thank you very much!

' Lord Helix knows how terrifying Pokémon Nurses are in battle.' Proceeding to the Bathroom shooting his clothes into the washer and began to scrub himself down with a loofa with cold water and soap as he turned on the faucet on the tub gathering hot water.

Nurse Harmony Caldera was a strict and caring manager of the Atolea Region's Pokécenters. She knew this, her colleagues knew this. She loved pokémon. So why was she in the room she had offered to a Charles Nover?

Simple. The Pokémon breeder was having troubles and as the Regional Head, she had to tackle those problems! She can't just leave a young man to drown in his problems! What kind of Nurse neglects a patient!?

That thought aside she looked over the Raveonettes on the bed breathing softly approaching her sleeping form. Noticing she had a makeshift splint on her right brachium. To be exact right between the right humeral lesser tubercle and the radial groove. Small scarring meant Charles had taken responsibility in cleaning and applying clean bandages whilst being careful not to move the fractured limb.

She also noticed the Aron Charles had was bred carefully. Its shell was gunmetal in color meaning it was properly looked after and cared well enough to have a bond with its trainer. Pokémon do imprint on the first thing or person they see but there are cases in which they know what they are. Those are what the world called thoroughbreds. Were they rare? Exceptionally so! Were they stronger than the average member of its species? Without a doubt they were!

Given Charles' Camelot, as he called it, Size being of forty centimeters it was average, you'd say it was at least two months old but that's the problem. Its eyes were almost teal in color meaning it wasn't any older than a few hours three at max yet it's behaving like a 3-month-old! Meaning this specimen was indeed a thoroughbred but for what aspect?

Said thoroughbred approached her looking at her intently. She did what she thought was natural giving it head pats. The armor pokénon squeaked in glee.

"Good Camelot." she smiled turning to face the sleeping beauty.

...

"Dear Arceus what the actual fuck did they feed you as a child!" Harmony whisper yelled." These Breasts are huge!"

Okay, maybe huge was the wrong word but damn they were Humongous. Harmony was no pushover when it came to the upstairs department of boobs. She was a C cup borderline D but this young lady in front of her was Bigger than she looked!

Like Holy Shit.

'Okay Harmony. Breathe. She's a patient and you have to help her.' even if it meant hurting her pride as a woman. To be fair she, Harmony that is wasn't any older than the Pokémon breeder and his 'friend' she was Twenty-three Arceus dammit!

Harmony began to undress the sleeping bombshell.

Dear Helix she needed Doctor Sonata to hurry up. Her pride as a woman was slowly ceasing to exist.
