Meridian Opening Realm: Cultivator have to gather Qi to open the meridians in the body. There are a total of 12 main meridians. Life Span: 200 years

EARLY - 1~3 meridians

MID - 4~6 meridians

LATE - 7~9 meridians

PEAK - 10~12 meridians

Sea Forming Realm: The Qi gathered in the meridians will move toward the Dantian and condense. The objective is to gather enough Qi to form a Sea. Life Span: 300 years

Liquid Core Realm: Cultivators have to gather the Qi and form it into a ball shape while also refine the impurities out of it (impurities from pills and mystic plants). The core is packed but it is still in liquid, but by forming it in this shape you can gather more qi. Life Span: 500 years
