" This is the apartment for rent. You might as well take a look around."
The house dealer said asking them to see if the apartment was to their liking. At present it was the fifth flat the dealer has shown to them.
Like HaeSung had said the day before , he really accompanied MinJun in searching for a new apartment.
MinJun looked up at HaeSung who bore an unsatisfied look on his face.
'So this one is rejected as well.'- MinJun thought.
If he could complain right now then he wanted to rain a bunch of them. From a flat in the busy city area to the flat in excluded outskirts, they had already seen most of them yet HaeSung without a second thought has been rejecting every one of them.
"No..I don't like it here. Show us somewhere near S university..."
MinJun heaved a helpless sign and gazed at the house dealer who now thought it was unnecessary to suppress his rage. Before he could explode, the next words from HaeSung made him grin from ear to ear.
"And don't show us these small apartments. Aren't there any villas or bungalows in sell?" HaeSung cocked his brows questioning.
"Yes. Of course... dear customer there are..come let me take you there."
The house dealer walked downstairs leaving MinJun and HaeSung behind.
"HaeSung wait..I need to say something.."
His words echoed inside the empty space. HaeSung followed after the dealer without waiting for MinJun to complete his phrase.

The place where the house dealer brought them was in outskirts of D district. They were driving on a smooth black-topped road. On either side of the road were green fields. The air was fresh and relaxing tuned with the chirping of birds. Soon their car pulled in front of a house..Err..it was a bungalow actually. They walked through the front yard and stopped facing a one storey bungalow with a thatched roof and a chimney attached to it. The roof was painted wood brown while the walls were painted in silica white. It was built in a mesmerizing design. The house dealer took them inside the bungalow house. It was wide and spacious with three bedrooms, a kitchen counter, a living room and a back garden. The floor was cleaned and well furnished and the furnitures were all to their needs. MinJun looked towards HaeSung who bore a thoughtful look unlike his previous dissatisfied one.
"Dear customer..so what are your thoughts?"
The house dealer asked rubbing his palms together.
"Okay. Prepare the papers."
Listening to HaeSung the house dealer grinned and excused himself saying someone from their company need to bring the documents over. When the dealer was out of their sight MinJun steeled his heart and prepared to talk with HaeSung.
"HaeSung..I am really sorry! But I can't really afford buying the house..why don't we look around ...there ought to be more choices...
MinJun abruptly halted here. The way HaeSung was looking at him with his mocking gaze sent a shiver down his spine. He gulped the remaining words as his throat bobbled up and down in fear.
HaeSung sneered at MinJun. His lips were stretched faintly in a thin grin as if he were looking at a clown instead of MinJun. He chuckled mockingly and said-
"Choices....huh? I do not remember if I was given any choices when I was forced to sign that damn contract...I wasn't ..so from today...between us..at any time..you won't be given choices as well."
He spoke through his gritted teeth sharply poking at MinJun's chest.
MinJun staggered backwards. His eyes were redden as he look at HaeSung. How much of hatred do this person has for him?? How much of it can he endure?? How long can he hold up for??
His chest pained as his eyes trickled with tears.
" Do you hate me this much?"
" I do...I. hate. you. to.the.core. Do you get that? And nothing can change my mind?"
HaeSung said through his gritted teeth.
"Why...?" The voice came out broken as he choked in his words.
"Why? Are you fucking asking me why..."
HaeSung gripped him by his shoulders pressing his nails inside his flesh..
" Fucking shit..what was the deal you made..huh? My mom, she was at her deathbed and yet you came to me with a dumb sheet of paper, trading her life.."
The grip hurted him. He winced in pain that brought a suffocating feeling. He slightly pushed HaeSung and freed himself from his grip.
" I didn't..No..I didn't..." He mumbled underneath his broken voice.
" I was wrong! You think I am wrong.. Don't tell me.... Don't make me laugh..., if I had not made such a despicable move would you have even acknowledged my feelings ever. Would you have given me a chance at least... Would you? Answer me? Would you...."
The outburst was sudden and unlike his self. The knot tied in his heart loosened a little. MinJun huffed short in breath as his chest rose up and down while his cheeks were tear stained.
" You...
The incoming call cut off his words. HaeSung picked it up and brought it close to his ears. Someone might have said something good that would made him smile in joy that reached to his eyes. He ended the call and looked up at MinJun.
"Be done with the bungalow..I would return by the evening..and expect a guest coming back with me."
{ IS THIS BRAT ORDERING AROUND}
The tone of his voice soften while speaking of this guest that made MinJun curious about the identity of this guest.
As soon as HaeSung left, the house dealer return carrying some documents in his hand.
" Customer..here sign in these papers."
MinJun took the paper and looked at the dealer with some caution.
" Excuse me..May I ask if I could pay in installments."
" No.No. Our company doesn't allow so."
How bold? The dealer rejected straightforwardly.
The ringing of the phone diverted his attention. He took out the phone and saw an unknown number flashing on the screen.
" Hello!"
