Promotion part 2
He woke up with his body aching all over and his skin colored red instead of his usual pale white.
"... well..that certainly wasn't the smartest thing to do." He muttered while massaging the back of his head. It hurt just a bit more than the rest of his body, due to him falling unconscious and hitting the ground hard.
"Huh?"
He then realized that his skin actually became even smoother than before. Just like with the healing potion did in the past, the healing factor skill must have changed his body or more likely cell structure in one way or another. That would explain the extreme pain and the way his skin was giving out the feeling of it being brand new, probably just like the rest of his body.
Then another realisation struck him. He wasn't feeling weakened and nauseous from his previous blood los that he pumped into the tank! That meant the pill might have not only increased his healing factor but also caused a full regeneration as a bonus! That would make sense because judging by the pain, it had to destroy and rebuild his entire body... He was really burning to pour even more blood and do more draws but he stopped himself. He needed to observe his body for a few days to see if there were any complications. As far as he knows, he might still be low on blood but he just doesn't feel it at the moment.
With all that already behind him, Konrad picked himself up and grabbed the next prize, which was the fifth one from the eleven he was supposed to get today. It was just a black ball but he didn't care. Common rewards were still amazing for him.

"Huh? Another one?...Cool i guess." He shrugged and absorbed the ball, rising his Mana capacity to a whopping 9 points in an instant.
He smiled at the little increase that would have taken him two weeks to achieve.
Next he grabbed another black prize that being the sixth of eleven.

"That's cool. So there are sets of items? I'll probably start collecting them at some point like in a game... ugh the curse of a complete playthrough!..." He muttered already grabbing the next reward as the armour prize went into his storage.
The next prize was actually another Mana capacity +1, making it his seventh reward and increasing his Mana capacity to the long awaited 10 points!
But the next reward practically blown his mind apart. It was a golden ball and the markings said:

+10!!! A +10 increase in his Mana capacity!!! this would lessen his work by two whole months at the least!
'At this point is it even worth training if I can get so much by just donating some blood? No! I can't think like that. The training is important and I only get so much blood every three months...no that might change now with my healing factor being doubled, right?' He thought to himself.
After he finally settled down and regained his calm, it was time to finish this draw. there were only three rewards remaining. He wanted to finish quickly and get back home. There were so much he gained in this small escapade that he would be busy for a weak trying to get his head over all of it!
With that in mind, his hand landed on another golden reward. They were more common than he expected them to be but he just shrugged and read the description.

A medium health potion...might save his life one day, so not a bad thing, he thought.
He looked at the next reward that landed in his hand. It was another black coloured ball but what was written on its surface was what really grabbed his interest.

As soon as he wished for it, the reward opened. A book appeared in his hand with a flash of light, right where the prize ball used to be and his eyes opened wide.
It was thick and encased in what he assumed to be red coloured leather. The words on the front said:

The book was beautiful, just by looking at the way it was made, Konrad was almost drawn to it eager to start reading through it right where he stood.
He opened the first page and read the first paragraph. It was a thorough and very easy to understand introduction to sword and shield mastery and before he realized, a few hours passed as he became so absorbed in the lecture. It was as if the book was tailor made to interes him and make him understand even the slightest detail. there were illustrations that were so precise that if he followed the book he believed that he could easily learn the fine art.
When he finally realized how much time passed, it was thanks to his stomach, telling him that's he needs to eat something or he's going to pass out.
He finally regained his senses and looked at the book with amazement. Never had he ever been so absorbed in any book. And what was even more shocking - He could recall every thing he read until now extremely clearly as if the knowledge got inscribed inside of his mind.
But then he realized another thing. He already went through 1/10 of the entire thick book! His phone indicated that he stood in the same spot for the last seven hours and he certainly felt the after effects as his body cracked with his every move.
"Ouch...I guess a regime of alarms every half an hour should be put in effect every time I read it..." He muttered.
He grabbed a sandwich he had stored inside of his inventory and gnawed on it already preparing to continue reading when something caught his eye inside the prize hole.
It was an orb that shined like a rainbow...
