Observe!

The long awaited moment was here!

After Konrad's headache finally subsided, he sat on his bed and tried to think.

His mind was a mess but it was already calming down and soon the knowledge of how to "Observe" came to him.

With a growing excitement Konrad called his Broadsword out of the storage and said "Observe!"

A window, not unlike the ones common in computer games, appeared in front of his eyes displaying informations about his precious sword.

~~~~~~~
[•Steel Broadsword•]
| Rank - C
| Weight - 2,5 kg
| Condition - Perfect
| Description - A strong double-edged sword made out of high-grade steel. It's weight despite being heavier than a typical sword, doesn't affect it's effectiveness in the hands of a talented user but has a chance of causing additional damage thanks to it.
Won by Konrad Caster as a reward in { ¶0>|¥#¶∆¢π∆ }
~~~~~~~

A grin was splitting his face from ear to ear, as he read through the information, the observe skill provided him. If he wasn't only a single wall away from his mom, he would probably jump and screech excitedly like a little child.

It worked! And just like he hoped it would! He was a bit disappointed that the Blood Gacha was apparently blocked from "Observe , as he hoped to get some info about it later but he let it slide. The prize was called 'Observe (basic)' for a reason, it seems.

He was so much eager to just start using it on all and everything, but he decided to first eat breakfast since mom was calling him.

---------

After a fast breakfast Konrad run back to his room.

It was already Sunday and he would be departing back to school in a few hours. It was really annoying that his school was so far away, and he had to stay in Dorms. It forced him to go back to school every Sunday, instead of spending this day at home.

He wanted to use this last few hours to experiment with his new skill on the things around him.

[•Standing Lamp•]

| Rank - F

| Condition - Physically damaged/Working

| Description - A standing lamp from XXX manufacturer with-

.

.

-The lamp is missing a glass dome and the socket for the light bulb is broken, but an impromptu repair done by Konrad Caster, using two tissues stuffed around the socket, allows it to appear undamaged.

~~~~~~
Konrad snorted reading the description of his bedside lamp. He remembered trying to repair it, and the feeling of accomplishment when his impromptu repair actually turned out perfect.
Of course the other parts were more informative. Things like manufacturer, costs, electric usage, etc. "Observe" gave him all of those!
Konrad continued his 'observation' for a while and after finding out that his computer contained a few system slowing viruses, he finally decided to check out his magical assortment and inventory.
The Steel Gauntlets weren't much different from the Broadsword but the light orb formation was much more interesting.
~~~~~~~

[•Magic formation("Light orb")•]

| Rank - E

| Type - Continuous usage formation.

| activation cost - 5mp

| Magic sustaining cost - 1mp/10s

.

.

.

~~~~~~
The Light formation had a lot of information perfectly explained in a neat way and Konrad was extremely pleased with his new skill. The fact that the materials were considered low ranked and that he had an actual numerical description for Mana, brought with itself a few new revelations. He was so excited that he almost shoot through the roof!
But it wasn't the end! There was still so much he could check out!
~~~~~~

[•Jar of dirt•]

| Rank - F

| Condition - Good

| Description - A jar of dirt...You can use the dirt to fill a pot, or instead of sand to make dirty concrete...or put a beating heart inside of the jar if you so wish...

~~~~~~
Konrad didn't saw anything weird about this description and went for the next item that he was currently the most curious about.
~~~~~~

[•Orichalcum ingot•]

| Rank - B

Magic Conductivity - C

| Purity - 100%

| Description - A Highly magically conductive material. Due to its properties and rather common occurrence, Orichalcum is the most common material in the creation of magic formations, magical weaponry and equipment of any kind.

~~~~~~
The description was short, but very informative... Konrad was quiet pleased with the new informations and smiled seeing the part about purity. He knew how hard it is to actually make an ingot of pure material, if not outright impossible. Well alright there are certainly ways to do so, but not in a backyard forge!
This day was getting more and more informative!
He was just about to take out another item out, when an idea struck him, as he thought about the Mana being countable. He quickly run into the bathroom to confirm his idea with his excitement spiking high once again.
His eyes fell on the mirror in front of him but he wasn't focusing on the mirror. No.
He was focusing on himself! Then his lips opened, as he said the one word, that could probably change his life a lot.
"Observe!"
