Lazy day. Garry goes shopping.
Saturday came quickly enough, since It was already late when Konrad arrived back home from school.
He had an exhausting week, between learning his school subjects and training his physical and magical abilities, so instead of spending the Friday evening on another training spree, he decided to just laze around and enjoy a quiet time for a change. Wow... He couldn't remember the last time he had one...
He woke up the next day with a surprisingly clearer mind and grinned feeling refreshed.
It was already a few days into spring, and warm beams of light shined on the wall right opposite of the window.
He sat on the bed and decided to look at his status. Something he became used to do every morning.
"Statu-*COUGH* Observe" He said, almost spouting the wrong word. He had to remind himself every time that he didn't actually have a System like in all those Anime, but just a pseudo status thanks to using 'Observe'.
As soon as the right word was spoken with the right intent, a window popped up into being in front of him.

Nothing changed since yesterday but it was a bit different than the first ever time he used the skill on himself, with both Strength and Agility increased by a point each.
At that time he looked into the mirror in order to check his status, but it soon became clear that he didn't need to. He just needed to think what he used the skill on, and preferably look at it. As long as it was in range, the skill would then be used.
The range as he understood was the range needed for him to clearly distinguish the object he was looking at, meaning that, the better was his eyesight, the better would his skill work for him.
He also learned that he couldn't get more information about the things displayed by the observe. For example, He couldn't look at the skill 'Health Regeneration X2' And use observe on the information or he would get a headache and nothing would happen.
He speculated that it might change in the future upgrades of the skill, if there are any, but for now what he had was enough for his research.
Since lately, he became able to actually wield magic, there was so much he wanted to learn and try, but that required a lot of training. Of course he was up to that oh so very much!

Garry was walking through the city with a huge grin plastered on his face, a leather travel bag hanging over his shoulder, and a cold amulet pressed onto his chest under the jacket.
A clang of jewelery and the sound of plastic bags could be heard from inside the bag.
His destination was the nearby grocery store.
He needed to get some supplies since his fridge was almost empty. he already had most things he needed but he was still short of a few vegetables.
His legs soon led him inside the shop. It was a small business with only a few employee changing shifts every few hours.
Garry got lucky. It was just half past twelve and Molly, the shops hottest cashier, was currently standing behind the counter.
"Good morning Mr. Garrick. What can I do for you today?"
"Oh, nothing really Miss Molly. I'm here today just to look around, not exactly sure if i need anything. Thank you." Replied Garry, smiling while secretly ogling her impressive rack.
Molly smiled at him and then turned to another customer who just aproached the counter.
Garry grinned, and his hand went to the amulet on his neck. He took it out, and as soon as it was visible over his clothes, Molly and the guy at the counter became visibly confused before returning to what they were doing before.
He started gathering all the Vegetables he needed and a few things that caught his eye and soon he was at the counter. Molly gazed at him with a smile that soon morphed into a blank stare, as her eyes fell on the amulet.
Garry grinned, and started packing everything into his travel bag. He was about to turn around and leave when suddenly a thought struck him. 'The camera here only looks at the buyer but misses the clerk...He hehe.' His eyes once again fell on the big rack in front of him. with a few steps he was behind the counter looking at the back of still dazed Molly.
As he approached her, she turned around, though only to once again enter the previous trance.
"You have some nice melons in this shop Molly. Mind if I check them out a bit?" He whispered to the, still dazed, woman.
She didn't react to his words, nor did she react as he started to molest her chest, though she was looking as if there was something she tried hardly to remember.
"Why didn't I think of it sooner? Stealing is good but this? This is heaven! Haha! Damn Molly, i envy your husband! You got some nice rack indeed." He said getting more and more into the fun of pinching her nipples and checking out her reaction while his other hand slowly wandered down to her bossom, but suddenly there was the sound of a bell that signaled a client entering the shop.
Garry quickly stopped his activity and hide under the counter. Molly soon started to handle the customer as if nothing happened just a minute ago and when the place was empty again, Garry got out from his hiding place.
Molly didn't have time to express her surprise, when her eyes landed on the ancient amulet once again.
Garry left the shop muttering something about stupid people destroying the atmosphere.
But he already had some ideas on how to improve his mood. 'This "shopping" trip certainly gave him some new ideas.' He thought, while licking his lips hungrily. Said hunger though, wasn't directed at the groceries in his bag...
