Training, Birthday and Shady Alleys.

The Next few weeks, Konrad spend training as much as he could. He first focused on battle spells and things like disillusionment and proper illusion magic. It's true that he could just read all the books but it wouldn't make sense to do so, he would just lose precious time. What he needed is practice. He needed to actually train his magic so he only read one book and trained in the spells inside until he was satisfied, and repeated the process.

Every few days he would meet Hermione, and they would discus all they learned, magical or not. Hermione was far behind Konrad but she was not discouraged by it, but tried even harder to make Konrad proud.(and get hugged). Konrad liked their time together and sometimes even apparated to her room if he felt a hug deficiency or had some things to share with her.

Today were Hermione's birthday. She was becoming seven once again overtaking Konrad. Hermione's parents decided to throw her a small party and obviously Konrad was also invited.

Konrad thought long about what he should gift her and remembered something that might do the trick. He went once again to the Magical Menagerie, where after looking around he finally found what he was looking for. A ginger, flat-faced, fluffy cat. 'Croockshanks here you are!' Konrad thought. He remembered that he was supposed to stay in this shop for a long time because no one wanted him thanks to his scary tiger like appearance and ugly face. He didn't saw him before because he must have been hiding on the back of the shop somewhere. Croockshanks was left to wander around the shop, so Konrad must have missed him the last time. The cat was still small not like in the story where he was bigger than normal cats due to being half-Kneazel, probably due to his age. He was actually a little surprised that the cat would stay unsold for so long but he only praised his own luck. Of course he didn't want to let Croockshanks suffer loneliness for the next 7 years like in the story, so he bought the cat and brought for Hermione's birthday.

"Here. He is for you. His name is Croockshanks." Konrad took out the cat from the carrier and gave it to Hermione.

Hermione, when she saw Croockshanks made such a loud sound of glee that a window got a crack but no one beside Konrad realized it so he quickly used reparo on it. The Grangers saw how thrilled Hermione was and couldn't refuse the ,,adorable cat,, to join their family. Croockshanks purred happily in her hands clearly acknowledging his new owner.

"He's so adorable!Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" Hermione said jumping onto Konrad engulfing him in an embrace. She continued repeating ,,thank you,, and suffocating Konrad for a while, while Konrad enjoyed the felling of dying in the cutest of ways.

When Konrad was finally freed from the clutches of death, and Dudley gave hermione his gift, They moved to Hermione's room, leaving the parents to have their own ,,party,,. The magical duo couldn't really play with magic beside Dudley, so they spend the day just enjoying normal games and playing with Croockshank which was a lot of fan anyway. At this moment Konrad was really thankful to god for this chance of once again reliving the joy of childhood.

The party ended a few hours later and Konrad came back home.

'Now back to training, there's still a lot to do.' He thought.

————————————-

A hooded figure of a large man walked through the the streets of Knockturn Alley. Looking for a certain shop. It was non other than an almost seven years old Konrad. Why was he looking like an adult? It's simple - Aging Potion. At first he thought about using Polyjuice Potion but it was much harder to make than the Aging potion so Konrad used the Aging Potion in the end. Now which shop he was looking for? That's also simple - Borgin and Burkes shop. It was already over half a year since he got acces to the magic knowledge, and Konrad trusted he was strong enough to enter Knockturn Alley without worry. He focused on learning fighting spells and memorizing the books as well as learning potions, not even mentioning his Oclumency barriers. There was a freaking solar system there now with planets filled with monsters from different movies and games, as well as a lot of spaceships and a few decoy Death Stars, yep finding his memories in here was already quiet impossible.

*DING*

A doorbell resounded when Konrad entered the shady antique shop. The place was gloomy and cold, many weird things ,,antiques,, were scattered everywhere but none of them gave Konrad the impression of a dark object. Yes they were magical, and sometimes scary or useful or both like the Hand of glory which grabbed the 11 years-old Harry in the movie, that gives only the holder a candlelight that shines even through the Peruvian instant darkness powder. But it wasn't a dark object. Konrad could feel something chilly in the back of the shop that was giving him a sinister aura that he felt with his magic perception, 'the real deal is back there' he thought. But dark objects weren't what he came here for.

"What is that." Konrad said to the clerk, probably Borgin, not bothering with introduction, trying to keep a shady image, and pointed his finger over to a lone standing cabinet in the corner of the shop.

"Ahh hello Mr, this here is one of the extremely rare Vanishing Cabinets, sadly its missing its twin and doesn't work anymore as it should, It can be used as a trash disposal cause the items you put inside vanish into nothingness. I can sell it to you for two hundred galeons what do you say?" Said the clerk.

"Do you think I'm stupid! You want me to buy a trash can for two hundred galeons? I can give you twenty max because I'm curious of it! but two hundred?!" Replied Konrad acting angry.

"Ah I'm sorry if I angered you, but it's a very rare piece of magic I can lower the price to one hundred and fifty galeons, what do you say." Bargained the clerk.

"Fifty."

"One hundred"

"Seventy five."

"...Deal" said the clerk finally. Konrad throw him the money, then shrunk the cabinet wandlessly and levitated it to his pouch, making The clerk open his eyes wide for a second. This small display told him that the guy is powerful.

"So, you are Mr Borgin I presume?"

"Ahh yes Mr..?"

"You can call me Tom" Konrad said shamelessly stealing Noselesmorts name. He was actually laughing internally because he just remembered a famous scene from ,,Monty Python and the holy grail,, where a powerful wizard said ,,you can call me...Tim,, and he just did practically the same as the actor because the actor forgot his line back then and Konrad was simply very bad with names in general.

"Ah I-I see Mr Tom is there anything more I can do for you?" Asked Borgin not wanting to anger the powerful wizard anymore.

"Yes do you have any interesting books in your possession? Maybe something ritualistic in nature or perhaps legimency." Konrad was already bored talking in riddles so he just asked straight.

"Ah I'm sorry mr Tom but ritual magic is illegal, we don't-" Konrad interjected Borgin speech

"Mr Borgin please stop playing with me and show me what you got, I don't have all day!"

Borgin nodded and quickly went to the back with a few book. There was a book about ritual magic in general, a book which seemed to be about dark rituals but Konrad felt a sinister aura 'It's probably some kind of curse', a book of practical uses of Legilimency 'Perfect!' And... book about Horcruxes '...really? this book just lies here?'. Other than that a few rare books that might come useful in the future.

"I'll buy al of them, but I expect a discount for this cursed one." Konrad said surprising the clerk and startling him when he heard about the curse. Borgin wasn't aware of it.

"Cursed?! I assure you I didn't-"

"It doesn't matter, how much?"Konrad interrupted him again.

"For you...two hundreds" said Borgin he was already sweating so he gave a low price for the books, he really was thankful to Konrad he didn't took offense for the cursed book, his father always told him "never anger a wizard who is stronger than you especially when he can use wandless magic, and even more so when it's also chantless" thats part of how he survived years in this shop with all this shady people coming through this door.

"Here." Konrad throw the money to Borgin and levitated the books into his mokeskin pouch.

'Yes, definitely "never anger"' Borgin thought seeing the magic.

"Thank you." He Said.

Konrad nodded. "Have a nice day." And he left the premise.

*Sigh*'thank God he's gone, I hate clients like this, you never know what to expect from them, and he dodged all security runes on the floor!' Thought The clerk.

Unbeknownst to him Konrad was now walking down the Diagon Alley, spring in his steps and his hood down laughing internally.

'I'm a better actor than I thought hahaha' He thought 'But jeez that was tiring. But at least I got some good stuff out of it haha, the cabinet would be very useful in the future as for the books... the one with Horcruxes is better with me than at Borgins, ritual magic is for much later I guess as for leglimency...he hehe I should train it a little, maybe some criminals around Surrey can be of use. As for the rest of the books...they can be a good addition to my collection. There's never to much knowledge!'.

Soon Konrad returned back home, put the dark books on a separate bookshelf and normal in the right places. Then the cursed book went to special magic containment chest he bought three months ago in case he found some dark objects*Cough*Horcrux*Cough*. And went back to his potion lab in the other end of the trunk and started working on another bunch of aging potions since ha used the last today because of spending to much time looking for the right shop (yep he was at first pretty lost back there since the Alley turned out to be like a freaking labyrinth, and only his super memory allowed him to find the way out later without running around randomly. How normal people find their way in this place was a mystery to him.)

The only problem was that he couldn't buy this potion in a normal magical apothecary for some stupid reason and the process of brewing lasted for two weeks. 'It's still less than polyjuice but seriously! I need to find a way to improve potion-making speed in the future or I'm going to went nuts! I guess I will have to to visit Diagon Alley like in the past for a while.'Konrad thought. He was supposed to visit Gringots in the next week to hear about his investments. 'At least I know disillusionment this time. Being invisible is less suspicious than a hooded dwarf I guess hehe' He Thought. 'Ah right! Invisibility!'

§Crissstal, how isss your training§ Konrad asked his familiar. Cristal already grew to 15 inches long and Konrad tried to help her learn to control her magic. He showed her similar training he was doing himself, trying to move the magic around and inside.

§ssss I managed to make the tip of my tail disssapearsss did I do good?§ Asked Cristal clearly hoping to get praised. 'Why is every girl around me so avid for praises?' Konrad thought amused.

§Yesss you did great. Keep it up and You might ssssoon vanish completely, then we will train to see if you can ussse the flying property of your cryssstal asss well.§ Konrad praised his snake.

§I'll do my bessst!§ 'Daddy...'
