Konrad was now holding a letter in his hand, reading it together with the Dursley's.

After reading through it, the first person to react (not counting Konrad's suppressed reaction when he found the letter) was Petunia.
"I'm so happy for you Konrad! I remember when your mom got the same letter as you did now! Everyone in the family were so happy with her! I regret so much I wasn't one of them.." Petunia exclaimed with the last part barely audible. She hugged Konrad merrily soon being joined by Vernon and Dudley. Konrad perfectly acted the part of a happy child who finally got his Hogwarts letter. Dursleys obviously told Konrad long ago about magic, so he didn't have to act a clueless child or listening to explanations etc.
soon he contacted Hermione and Luna through a three-way mirror telling them about the letter.
The three-way mirror was a modification version of a two way mirror that Luna created thanks to the information Konrad found in the black Library, since the two-way mirrors were originally Black family magic. The kids could now communicate with each other all the time and that's what they were doing if they didn't visits through the vanishing cabinets they created by reproducing the one Konrad got at Knockturn Alley. All this was mostly Luna's Contribution since she was becoming a slight Rune Freak, learning all she could about the subject. Similarly Hermione was absorbed in spells and magic formations all the time, while Konrad was an all rounder, learning about everything there was to know and increasing his powers all the time, usually helping the girls in their projects when he wasn't focused on one of his own.
The girls were very thrilled when Konrad told them about the letter. They couldn't wait to get one of their own, and Luna pouted realizing she would have to wait a year. Konrad of course wouldn't allow themselves to be separated from each other for so long so he asked Luna to show him her notes about the vanishing cabinet. He would repair the one at school so she could visit them or they could visit their lab whenever they wanted.
The next few days went in a flash, with Konrad planing his meting with Hagrid or whoever would visit him, observing his patronus Discord, meeting the girls, training, you know. The normal staff.
Soon his birthday arrived. Konrad actually wasn't sure if someone is even going to visit today since he actually opened and read his letter. He did feel the magic on it sending a signal somewhere after he read it so he was curious with how it ps going to be. According to Petunia, At Lilly's eleventh birthday They were visited by McGonagall and after she explained to them the magical world they arranged a time When She would take them to Diagon alley to make the school shopping. But since Konrad only got his letter, then they decided to wait for someone to show up at his birthday and if no one arrives they would try to find the Alley themselves.
But their worries were unneeded because after the birthday party at which Luna, Hermione, and a few friends from school that Konrad did attended(it was spend mostly by him reading his own books etc)showed up, There was a heavy knock on the door.
*DUM DUM* (yeah thats heavy knocking I gues?)
The door didn't broke thankfully, and soon after Dudley opened them, a huge person with a big black beard stood in the hallway.
"G-Good m-mornning, Ahh who a-are you?" Asked Dudley terrified seeing the giant.
Then Petunia came into the hallway as well.
"Haloo kiddo and you Mrs Dursley, Ahh name's Rubeus Hagrid, Keeper of keys and ground at Hogwarts. Came to bring young Konrad for his school shoppin." Hagrid said a little awkwardly. Petunia soon after regaining her surprise, called Konrad into the hallway.
"Konrad, the person we talked about came for you! zcould you come here Dearie?" She called Konrad.
Konrad was already walking into the hallway so he soon stood in front of Hagrid. 'Huh I he's going to say ,,your a wizard Harry" then I would replay your a hairy wizard, sadly I'm not harry bummer' Konrad thought swing Hagrid for the first time.
"Good morning mr Hagrid, would you now take me to Diagon alley?" Konrad said making an innocent expression.
"Ahh yep, we're gonna have you geared up in no time. Mrs petunia I'll be takin Konrad for a few hours."he said.
"Of course, but can we go with you? I would feel better being there with him." She replied.
"Ahh that mighta be a problem, I got here with my motorbike ya see, and I have only one free seat there." Hagrid said awkwardly. Konrad decided to to confound Petunia a little to accept Konrad going alone because he didn't want to have more people on this trip.
"Then I...I mean, it's alright then. Konrad, wear something nice and join Mr Hagrid here to make your shopping. We'll see you later." Said petunia after being charmed.
"Alright auntie!" Repplied Konrad.

Soon Konrad and Hagrid arrived at the Leaky Cauldron using Sirius's motorbike. Konrad never realized that Hagrid must have probably used it In canon to get onto the island where Dursley's hid From the letters. It was never specified but judging by how they got here now it was probably exactly using the bike, because really, how else? Not by apparition that's for sure, not by a broom nor the knight bus, and for sure not by walking. It's to far. So the most likely possibility that Harry wouldn't question later would be the motorbike.
They came through Leaky Cauldron, making ruckus when Hagrid revealed Konrad's identity. 'Thanks...' Konrad thought sarcastically. And met professor Quirrell, not yet quirrelmort, stuttering like an idiot. He tried to read Konrad's mind but Konrad simply served him the memory of the cake Hagrid gave him on the way here, and Quirrell assumed nothing interesting to find out of this at the moment and too little time to look deeper.
After that, they came to buy the essential school supplies in the Diagon alley after visiting Gringots. A funny story actually. Hagrid brought him to Gringots and was led to a completely unfamiliar for konrad vault containing five hundreds galeons inside. When Konrad asked the goblins about it later, it turned out that Without the key, Dumbledore was refused entry to Potter vaults and had to use his own resources to make a small vault for Konrad's expenses. When he asked if Konrad could get access to them they replied with a shrewd 'Mr Potter can access his vaults if he poses the keys or turns seventeen.' Then, when they recovered the philosophers stone, Konrad replaced the stone with a fake he prepared beforehand, put into a sack that he enchanted together with Hermione to only open for a single person and having a lot of different protection spells around it. He wanted Dumbledore to never even try to open the bag to check if the stone is real, because of how safe the bag was. Hagrid didn't even realize that the bag was replaced. And if somehow Dumbledore managed to open the bag, there was a note with the fake stone seemingly written by a German thief on a muggle machine. Let's see what you do Dumbles.
Soon after, they bought all the books, ingredients, equipment etc other than a wand, clothes and a familiar... right, I wonder what will Cristal think about an owl joining our relationship... Well cant see a way around it and an owl might be useful I guess.
"I still need a...Wand" Konrad said.
"A wand? Go to Ollivander. He has the best." Hagrid replied.
Soon Konrad walked into the shady store and a creepy clerk appeared from between the shelves.
He made his super speech, surprisingly without reading Konrad's mind, 'guess he really remembers everything.' And then the wand choosing started... yeah it was an awkward wand choosing. Every wand Konrad took seemed perfect form him in the eyes of Ollivander. The old wandmaker was really bewildered with this situation.
"How can this be? Mr Potter I'm really not sure what's going on but each and every wand in my shop seem to be a perfect match for you...I really don't understand.." he was very confused but Konrad realized that this situation was actually making him very excited as well.
"In this case..." he suddenly had a really excited look on his face, then he turned around and run into the Back of the shop.
As Konrad heard Ollivander rummaging through something that must have been a huge pile of wands. Konrad decided to inspect the wands on the table. He activated his mage sight and used a few simple spells while examining the movements of magic and the potential spells and runes on the wands. He soon found out that each and every wand here had a common magic applied to it, that send a small stream of magic in the same direction every time he used a spell. 'It must be the trace' he thought. Konrad took one of the wands and focused his intent magic to try and dispell it. The wave of energy connected to the spell and Konrad saw the magic losing form and breaking apart. He tried to use the wand and it worked just fine, and even with a slight increase of power. Nothing being send out. 'Hehe so it's this easy to dispell? Or am I just so awesome?'
Konrad didn't have time to ponder it because an over excited Ollivander came back from the back room with a big black wooden box in his hands. He placed it on the counter and tapped it with his own wand. The box suddenly opened in a fashion of the most complicated box puzzle in existence and in front of Konrad suddenly lied a huge set of something what you could call a wand making DIY set. Neatly placed wand materials from cores to wand woods lied on the side while books and notes in the other place of the counter. A pile of different magical materials lied in another place and Konrad was pretty sure you don't make wands out of seashells or metal or glass or whatever lied there. But what was the most eye catching was a small display case with a few weirdly looking wands. Weirdly looking because they were made from the materials on the ,,Weird material,, pile, yet Konrad could clearly tell with his magical sense that they were proper wands... and they were strong! Very strong! Not like the stuff all around but actually really god damn strong!
"Mr Ollivander? What's going on?" Konrad asked.
"Ohhh mr Potter, what you see in front of you is my mobile wand experimentation lab. I spend years experimenting with powerful magical materials in the wand creations but actually achieving an effect with it was really rare. I managed to create only a few variations of wands from uncommon and extremely rare materials and each one of them stronger than a normal wand but there was a flaw. I never found a suitable person to use them. They were simply refusing each and every person with everything they could sometimes even exploding the person out of the shop if they only so as touched them. I was hoping that with your talent to wield every wand you might even manage to wield one of them." Ollivander looked at Konrad with something that Konrad could easily call craziness. Yeah this guy was nuts when it came to wands but... this wands...they might actually increase his own power unlike the wands around here. He really wanted to try them.
"Alright. I'd like to check them but.. could I chose by myself?l Konrad said.
"Of course, here" Ollivander tapped the glass case and it transformed into seven small display stands with a wand on each of them. Each wand looked mysterious and made from different materials but one of them really made Konrad interested. A pure white practically sparkling smooth and straight wand, that emanated more magic power than your average adult wizard! A wand is supposed to channel magic but this? This is something else entirely! Konrad grabbed the wand and felt extremely strong energy surging through his body, the entire shop trembled, and a gold light shined from the wand that looked as if it burned with gold flames and a beautiful song resounded around the until soon enough everything dimmed, leaving only two wizards in the state of shock, then...
"You did it!! Hahaha! I knew it, I knew that one they Phoebe will find her wielder!" Ollivander actually started crying from happiness looking into the sky. Konrad wasn't sure what just happened but he would let the old man calm down first.
After a while he asked.
"I'm sorry but... who's Phoebe?"
Ollivander looked a Konrad for a while and then regained himself a little and started talking.
"She was my Phoenix..."he started. "I met her when I was just a young boy and she became my familiar... she was a really old Phoenix back then, people think that phoenixes are absolutely immortal but that's not true... how do you think they became so rare? It's simple. They died willingly or were killed by dark wizards for their precious materials using some really dark magic. Phoebe like I said was extremely old when I met her and at some point s-she just..." More tears fell from his eyes. Konrad was really interested in his story now.
"Phoebe shared with me her emotions, her... grief over her race and over this world, I could feel her telling me that she was.. she was t-tired. I watched her as she flew back into our workshop. I knew what she wanted but it pained me so much to even think about it. When I came inside she lied there. She was a Phoenix she wouldn't die yet here she was. Lifeless on the table, in her beak was the horn of a unicorn that died from old age on our farm a few years ago. I Cried that night, and the next one, and the next, until I stood there once again over the body of my best friend who was supposed to never die yet she chose to do that somehow. I went to work." Konrad could see Ollivander talking with not a drop of craziness only deep sorrow. The story was really moving and Konrad was worried that he knew where it was going.
"I polished the horn for hours, removing more and more of the material, a lot of it gone to waist but I didn't care. Soon the most beautiful wand I have ever seen in my life lied in front of me, but it wasn't completed! It had no core! I looked at Phoebe's body and I knew what she wanted me to do. But it was the hardest thing I did in my entire life." Ollivander looked Konrad straight in the eyes and said in a quiet monotone voice with tears going down his cheeks.
"The shaft is made from the horn of a unicorn, the wand is twelve inches long and the core is..is... The heart of a Passed Phoenix"
