EPISODE 89: Alexandra*

"Release them," With an untamed voice, I demand the professor and my former mother. However, based on their looks, it seems to me they have no interest in meeting my demands.

"The daughter has returned to the mother, I am Alexandra Evergreen. Your actions have angered my organization for one last time." Alexandra speaks in a savage manner. She has the looks of a dominant predator, reigning over, even the smallest of prey.

"Am I to blame for the death of Morduk? I showed mercy, yet he chose to stab my eyes." I remove the bandage, revealing the scar on my face.

"You deserved to be killed, right from the very beginning. And this time, you will meet the same fate as your father, your sister, and everyone you have killed." Alexandra says. She then laughs hysterically.

On the other hand, Professor Violet starts to operate her tablet. With a push of a button, a holographic test tube emerges from beneath me, trapping me and my Pokemons in the process. I could nearly die due to the lack of oxygen inside the test tube.

"Isn't it pretty? The thief of the night has been held captive." Circling me, Alexandra is. She then speaks in a sarcastic way, watching me perish inside the test tube.

Me? I try my best to break out but I then realize that this is the work of holographic technology and not merely glass.

"Let me go!" I yell with a loud voice, yet from the outside, that voice seems soft.

"Killing you by suffocation isn't just. Perhaps we can drown you instead?" Mother chuckles, watching me dying slowly inside from the outskirts of the test tube.

Hearing those words, Violet decides to boost things up a bit. She presses another tab from her tablet, causing water to surge up the test tube.

The water continues to rise at a rapid rate, forcing me to swim to the very tip of the test tube. However, if the water persists to rise, I will be dead meat in a matter of seconds.

"Now, you will experience a painful death." Alexandra leans her head to the test tube then mumbles softly. With her blunt eyes, she watches me, trying earnestly to gasp for oxygen.

As the water surges, I begin to panic and struggle. So far, the water is above my waste and is continuing to rise. I am left with a weak arm emitting soft punches for we all know that objects move slower in water than in air.

The water reaches my neck, and for once I try to remain calm, thinking of an idea. For a moment, I did not focus on the water but on my mind. Surely, my former mother has left crumbs which I could use for escaping.

I then decide to do the opposite of what I should be doing. I swim to the depths of the test tube, and as expected, the water comes from the pipes attached from beneath.

At first, I try to seal the pipe with my foot but the pipe is too deep for me to reach it. I rise for a moment, to gather the remaining oxygen afterward, I return back to the depths.

"C- come, on." I encourage myself. Gradually, my nose becomes irritated due to the persistent holding of my breath.

Even in irritation, I did not mind it. However, my body slowly becomes numb as the last of my energy is exerted to my lungs. With the lack of breath, my head becomes nauseous and queasy... my body becomes delicate as a feather, causing me to float.

Although, I have lost hope and my body system begins to fail, my Pokemons persist to stand firm amidst the dilemma.

Absol pops out of her spherical abode, and slashes the test tube with all her might. However, her strength is no match for the device, causing her to slowly faint.

She then looks to my eyes to see if there is a pinch of life lurking within me. My eyes twitch, a signal of hope for Absol for I am still alive but only a matter of seconds remain before death takes the last of me.

With her hope restored, Absol returns to her plan and continues to pierce the test tube with her claws. Outside, my former mother and the professor could be seen watching me as if this were some Houdini magic show which miserably failed.

No matter how many times Absol tries, the test tube still wouldn't break. She then thought for a moment by using the last of her breath. Just like what I did, she sees the pipe and decides to dive deep.

With her paw and remaining, she barricades the pipe, causing the water to stop flowing. The water is then stuck inside the pipe, just like a volcano which is about to erupt but was suddenly sealed by a huge cork.

Due to the immense amount of water, pressure continues to intensify to the point the pipe could no longer withstand the tension causing it to expand then explode.

The explosion not only damaged the pipe but also the test tube as well. The holographic test tube shatters into fragments, leaving me flowing out of it with Absol.

"Heck." Alexandra is left with fear. With the professor, they watch Absol's every movement.

Although she has the perfect opportunity to strike, Absol still chooses to save my life. Neglecting the professor and the general, she pumps my heart with her paws.

"Blastoise, ready for action!" Alexandra tosses out her Pokeball, sending out her Partner Pokemon in the process.

"You too Venusaur!" Violet joins in the action. However, they are not the only ones willing to fight. Kirlia and Lily steps out of their Pokeball, ready to attack while Absol dearly tries to restore my fainted heart.

Absol begs, she begs to hear or see at least a signal of life flowing within me. She then starts to sob, still trying her best to bring me back.

From the absence of life, my eyes start to twitch as my mouth spews out water. Seeing my twinkling eyes, Absol pounces to me and licks my face. For ten seconds, we fiddle with each other.

I then rise from the ground to help Lily and Kirlia who seem to be in a very tight situation. I also plan to end all these madness by ending the organization.

"Mawile, come out! Use Vice Grip." Time for a change since Absol has already contributed a lot of help.

Without the urge to hesitate, she clenches Alexandra's throat causing it to bleed. Kirlia is also able to help after using her magical leaf attack to destroy Violet's Ipad, the core device.

The other test tubes open, releasing all the Pokemons. Some, however, sad to say, they were released, no longer bearing any life or breath.

Lily starts to contribute to the teamwork by wrapping the professor with her vines. Now that everything is handled, I could use this moment to have a chit chat with my former mother.

"Do you wish to dance with the devil in the pale moonlight?" I query hysterically as Mawile jumps off, releasing her grip on Alexandra's neck.

Alexandra ceases to respond and decides to punch my jaws. And just like before, all that for a drop of blood? And by the way, I was really expecting that punch from her.

I counter back by bashing her head to the test tube until the glass breaks. Her head then oozes with the blood I've been yearning to see.

"You're a murderous villain." Gasping for air, my mother is. Her fragile body drops to the ground and crawls to me. She clings to my leg then begs for mercy.

"This is not a game, not a movie, for we are in reality. Thus, there is no such thing as heroes and villains. Just people with different agendas.

I am not the product of my circumstances but the product of my decisions. I may bring terror to one's eye, but I only do it to satisfy my vengeance." With no mercy at all, I lift her body by pulling her hair. However, she continues to become a persistent rag begging for forgiveness. Her pleads are too much to bear, the only thing I could do is to ignore it.

I lean her body to the wall, and murmur to her ears, "You will watch your pitiful organization burn into ashes."

Me and my Pokemons then escape with the professor as our prisoner. Of course, before leaving, I had to check the escaped Pokemons from the test tube. However, the results are shocking for they have already perished. I had no choice but to leave them and mourn for their loss.

Troops start to chase me, after seeing me and the professor. However, they have no idea how devastating my Pokemons are, except for Lily since she's a cutie.

With one command, Kirlia lifts a dozen men to the ceiling with the use of her Psychic manipulation and bursts them like a gamma explosion. How satisfying, I must say.

As expected, no one is able to stop me. The organization will now meet its demise. Upon my exit, I lock the doors. The men try to bulge out yet it was no use.

I then walk to a hillside, and from there I take my final glimpse of the Pokemon Government Council. Its name shall be written in history books for the next generations to learn about.

From that moment, I grab the professor's second remote and fiddle with it. Of course, the professor's remote contains a whole lot of buttons for activating certain technologies.

Out of all the buttons, the red one takes my attention the most for it has the hazardous label giving me a conclusion that a bomb lies underneath the organization. Perhaps they were planning to use it for Team Rocket. Who knows?

Without eagerness and enthusiasm, I press the button causing the whole facility to detonate. Ah, the crimson flare, its hues are satisfying to watch, bringing a smile to my face.

"The end." I tease to the professor. She then just looks at me with an angry face since even her mouth was wrapped with Lily's vines.

One last time, I glance at the destruction I've caused. Firemen start to arrive, detectives start to investigate, and police start to help the people who were affected.

The fire rages, and I've finally left the scene with my first prisoner on my grasps. It is now complete, my former father, my former mother, they have all met their fate yet my vengeance does not stop there.
