EPISODE 63: Oh no!*

Early in the morning, back in my hospital bed, I was sleeping peacefully and calmly, letting all my fantasies in my imagination roam. I snore loudly, a hint of how tired I am. Out of nowhere, with a pillow, Charlotte hits me, causing me to jerk all of a sudden.

"What was that for?!" I query to her. I was having an eloquent dream when suddenly Charlotte decided to attack me. Now, that dream is merely nothing but a memory wiped away in my mind for good.

"Where have you been last night?!" Charlotte asks, demanding for immediate answers.

"I was sleeping all this time. It's not like I went to a rogue mission last night." I excuse.

"Do you think I'll believe you?!" Charlotte enrages pointing at my outfit. It is as this moment when I realized that I forgot to dress up before going to sleep again. I was extremely tired, and my body was completely worn-out, thus I lack the energy to dress myself.

Now I remember what happened yesterday. All I did was to hop into my bed, wrap my blanket around my body, end went to a deep and peaceful slumber. Now that she has realized what I've done, I couldn't respond with anything but an embarrassed toothy smile.

"We talked about this?! What did you do this time?"

"Don't worry, I failed my rogue mission yesterday. I was not hurt, nor was I injured. I'm perfectly fine."

"Hmph. I can't believe you've done this! I thought we talked about this? I know you wouldn't do this alone?! Who else was with you? Virgo? Professor Olive? Or Cliff? Who?"

"Just me." I reply, covering up for Xeryll.

A moment afterward, Virgo whacks the door in a rush. She seems to be gasping for air desperately as sweat trickles down her face. After seeing me, she quickly rushes, seemingly eager to tell me something.

"Luna! You have to hide, quick. The executives are coming." Virgo says in a panicking manner.

"I've eavesdropped them a second ago, and now they're heading to this room. You've got to believe me, you have to hide from them." Virgo persuades desperately.

"H... Hide? But why?" I ask.

"Luna Evergreen!" The voice or Archer the executive seeps into my ears and down the eardrums. His voice is ferocious, more ferocious than a crashing thunderbolt. He is the first to enter my room, followed with the other three executives.

"We bring you good and bad news." Petrel says, somehow sarcastic.

"The good news is, the doctor allowed you to be free, meaning you will be sleeping with Virgo again."

"And the bad news?" I query, hoping that it isn't something grave.

"You're suspended." The four executives answer with a synchronized voice, extremely furious and angry.

"Due to your unexpected actions last night, the executives have decided to suspend you for a day. Meaning you will not participate in any of Team Rocket's operations for now. You will also be prohibited to use this facility of ours, which means you are forced to do some sight-seeing somewhere in Johto, according to your preference." Ariana explains.

Coming from the door is Xeryll, staring at me with an embarrassed face. She utters, "Sorry Luna. I forgot to tell you, I... I am a woman of integrity." Hearing her words, I facepalm myself, sighing afterwards.

"Don't take this as if we've demoted or fired you. Sight-seeing once in a while isn't bad at all. And, it is only for the day. Hopefully, you will think more about your actions next time." Proton cheers.

The punishment, I find it easy to accept. However, for Charlotte? Not so much. She becomes a volcano of fiery anger, ready to erupt and spew all of her rage to my face.

"You promised to watch my match with Cliff today?!"

"Sorry Charlotte. At least Virgo is there to cheer you on. As for me, I'll be visiting Johto Mainland for a day. At least me and my Pokemons will be bonding." I apologize sincerely, trying to cheer up my angry friend.

"As for Xeryll, she'll be responsible for bringing you to wherever you want to go. As long as it is part of the Johto Region. You are not allowed to go to Kanto, nor to the infamous Sevii Island." Petrel adds more details about my one-day punishment.

"Don't take this suspension as a vacation. This is for you to reflect on your actions." Ariana reminds me once more.

Come to think of it, a little vacation is not that bad at all. At least I will have the chance to relax with my Pokemons. Perhaps along the way I could meet new people or make new friends with Pokemons. This punishment also has its own benefits despite its down sides. Of course, I will also be reflecting on my actions in the meantime.
