Useless Website

Alex Yang, or Siren, a well-known young actress and singer in both the United States and China. She could speak three languages fluently without an accent and able to read five. She's adopted to a Chinese family who's currently in America. Alex temporarily lives in China because of a movie shooting. Her cousin, Yang Li, who's Chinese American, and they aren't related by blood since she was adopted. Comparing herself with her cousin, she's a genius, but why has Yang Li doted more than her?

Long Jingluo background checked this woman before even she contacted him, and she's telling me that she's related to 'Y?' Could 'Y,' or Gamma, be Yang Li?

"We're just a small group of friends that messes around, as the leader, I hope you'll forgive him." Alex kept a calm smile.

Long Jingluo sits in silence, he kept thinking this group was just a handful of scammers.

"I hope you won't kill that fox for stealing your chickens, although I won't mind if you do." Long Jingluo noticed that she giggled to herself for a second.

"So, this 'friend' of yours, do you not care about the life or death of them?"

"As long as it's you, you won't kill him even if he committed murder." Alex took a small pause, "Even though he might."

"Of course, I would report them to prison right?" Long Jingluo thought she was joking.

"Oh no you won't, you know Gamma very well..." Alex lost her smile and starts to think seriously, "Actually you don't."

This is what exactly what 'Y,' or Gamma, told Long Jingluo: "You know me, but you don't know me."

From this fact alone, Alex Yang, or Delta she would like to be called, knew Gamma.

"Don't worry, Gamma also gives tons of headaches. First, he calls himself 'Jing,' then you got 'Y,' and then you got 'Gamma,' yet none of these are even related to his name on the birth certificate." She sighs, "I know you haven't heard of me or Gamma as much, but I bet you heard about Alpha right?"

Long Jingluo knew who Alpha was, because the same Alpha that she was talking about exposed a handful of criminals recently as a hobby.

Then, a question popped up in his head: are Huang Xiaoyue and Xie Feihao related? Gamma did say Xie Feihao knew about their identity.

"What about Huang Xiaoyue and Xie Feihao?"

"Huang Xieyue? Gamma indeed told me that name, but I don't know much about her." She lied with a smile, but Long Jingluo wasn't able to notice.

"What about Xie Feihao?"

"He's a friend of my cousin of course. Didn't you see it at the party?"

Yang Li throws his controller on the carpet.

"You lost again." I put the controller on the blanket I have on my lap, reach for the bowl of chips sitting on the coffee table.

"Why can't you be like Al? Who loses on purpose?"

"You're not a three-year-old, and I don't feel pity for a person who's about 9 months older than me."

"Oh shut up, you started school early, genius!" Yang Li loves games and is a quick learner, but he's not skilled at it.

I put the bowl back on the coffee table, lean back, and took a deep sigh, "I'm bored-"

"I thought you would say that so I made preparations!" Yang Li suddenly ran into a different room and came out with a laptop, "I recently made a website where people put problems here."

I know Yang Li is the type of person who does stupid things, but what's the point of making a website about that? "Looks like you have too much free time, I bet if anyone finds your website, they're probably going to post about missing pets."

"How did you know?"

"Did you really think they would like some kids to do dangerous things for free? I think you've watched too many animes." I shook his idea off and told him to give up on that dream.

Yang Li stayed optimistic, "I'm still a well-known hacker." And parents, this is what happens when you leave your kid to do whatever they want, and this one somehow became a hacker who sucks at math, way to ruin the stereotypes.

"Whatever." I waved my hand and stretch out on the sofa, "Goodnight." Taking all the space and covering myself with a blanket.

"Wait, you're sleeping here?"

"Did you think I would go back to a crazy woman's house after a set her backyard on fire?" I show him a disgusted face.

"Yes." Yang Li answered the question with a straight face.

"This isn't even the first time I sleep in the same house as you. Your previous parents were totally fine with it." I laid down after realizing the time.

"We were in middle school!"

"So? You're bothered by a guy sleeping over by your house?" I asked while leaning on one arm, "You're sleeping in the same hotel room with your cousin, and from the information, I told Li Honglie to gather, you aren't even related by blood."

"Why are you checking people without permission?"

"You have no idea how corrupted this society is." I smacked myself in the forehead, "Let's see," I took my hand out pretending I'm counting, "before I possessed his body, this guy got blackmailed, abandoned, bullied, basically he's a wimp for not fighting back... by the way, how did you die?"

"I got shot during an armed robbery."

"Great, we're both murdered. If this keeps up, I won't even be surprised if Huang Xiaoyue is too."

"Huang Xiaoyue? The class president." Yang Li sat on the carpet, he looks like he's a curious five-year-old.

Great, I have to retell the whole story again, so I told Yang Li the same thing I told his cousin... not exactly the same because I didn't tell her about Huang Xiaoyue or any part of the incident in details.

"Wait, wait. So you're telling me, that you poured coke on Li Honglie's head."

"Did you even pay attention to the rest of the point?" I feel like I'm wasting my time talking to this person.
