11. Proposing his protection

Lee Weiming saw Lee Xiaoqing coming back with pale face and scrunched eyebrows.

''Qingqing... you don't look good. How is your belly?'' This is the first time in his life he hoped that someone would puke.

She hardly swallowed and shook her head. ''My stomach will be better in a bit. Let me be. We are going home in a bit so I will be fine. But please talk to elders, I really can't eat so much fatty food.''

Looking at her expression he knew she was telling the truth. Drops of sweat shone on her forehead and he was about to dab it with his handkerchief when he saw the two girls rushing to do that.

He knew all the rules of not getting closer to females, but she was just a small child, what are the girls afraid of. He is after all her own blood brother. But seeing their caring expressions his heart softened. A child being cared for by other small children.

Lee Zhenzhen could see her having heavy expression and made a decision. ''If they don't accept ge's request I will go and kneel in your sake. Your health is more important.''

''Me too. Me too.'' Lee Huifang and Lee Meixiu joined in as well while holding her hands and softly patting her back. The love she felt from all sies made her smile brightly, stunning few children not far away.

''Lee Weiming was right, that child is really such sunshine. Look even tho she doesn't feel good, she still can smile so happily. Should we go make friends with Lee family?'' Zuo Lei and Hei Luomin stood there and looked at the group of Lee's children. ''Our families wouldn't mind if we befriend them.''

With few swift steps, they arrived next to Lee Weiming and hit his shoulders. ''Yah, Lee Weiming, you are such mean friend. We know each other for so many years but you never invited us to your home or introduced to your family.''

Lee Weiming sighed and rolled his eyes. ''Lee Zhenzhen doesn't like you and girls just started school, and why should I? In this school, there are enough ladies that you can talk to, why my sisters?''

Lee Xiaoqing blinked at his expression and started laughing while the other girls joined her in. He turned his surprised eyes towards her and saw her winking at him. What is she up too?

''Da ge, why get angry? If or da jie doesn't like him, why would we like him as well? We will always listen to those that are older ... and wiser. Shall we go back to the class?''She just held Lee Zhenzhens hand and continued telling her about the five-coloured flower she saw in schools garden while the girls listened about it completely immersed, ignoring completely the two boys.''

They were about to follow the girls when a dark figure stepped between them and blocked their way. When they were about to snap they realized who that was. Heng Guowei. He nodded to Lee Weiming that stared ta him with flabbergasted expression and then continue d his way towards the shooting ground while girls already escaped inside the main building.

''What is with wrong with Heng Guowei. He never liked talking to anyone or getting involved. Don't tell me he has eyes on one of the girls? Aren't they too young?'' But suddenly both of them felt hit on their heads.

Seeing who hit them they didn't even dare to say one more word as they knew if they say anything now they might even lose few teeth or even worse their life.

Lee Weiming stood there with dark expression and pointed at their heads. ''I actually planned to become closer to you but using my four little sisters to comment anyone, I do not accept that. From now on, stay away from me. Understood?''

Even before they could as for forgiveness he already rushed towards shooting ground and started shooting like a madman at the nearby target. Twenty shots, twenty hits inside the red line. He looked at Heng Guowei that calmly shot the target each time with three arrows and noded.

If he really chose one of his sisters in future, he is sure at least about her safety, but as man, what kind of person si Heng Gouwei? But was astonished as Heng Guaowi turned his head and looked at him straight into his eyes.

''Do you have questions?''

''Yes.''

''Ask.'' He shot and hit the target with all three arrows.

Lee Weiming didn't even look at the target and just straight at him.

''Speak. I really dislike people that can't make up their mind.''

''I did make up my mind but I want to think about a way to ask you without making it seem strange...''

''Should I answer even before you ask?''

''How is that even possible?''

''Because of its si the answer...''

''Ridiculous.''

''I'm engaged...''

Lee Weiming just sighed in relief but then heard rest of the sentence.

''...to your sister.''

''W...what?''

''I am just kidding.''

Heng Guowei looked at his eye getting darker and chuckled. ''I would do that anytime your family needs to protect the girls. Tell your elders. My family will hold the word true. If there comes a time you must protect one of the girls and there is no other way, I shall wait. I will not marry until they all are not in safe hands. I give you my word of honour.'' He turned to leave but Lee Weiming stopped him.

''Why? Why would you do that?''

''Because they are innocent. In this nasty world where females are not appreciated or loved sincerely... I will wait until I hear that even the last one is married. Before that I will fight the fights, will win the wars and will make my own name so you won't feel like one of them is loosing.'' He pulled his hand out and sighed.

''Borders are tumultuous and I probably will end school before all of you and move to war together with my parents. Lee Weiming, if there is a day you and your family need my help, just let me know.'' He bowed and left, leaving Lee Weiming completely frozen.

Two people stood not far away and could only see the two of them talking but couldn't hear about what. One was always happy and smiling boy that has dark expressions while the other was a wooden block that suddenly and small smile on his face.

''What is this about? Now I am curious. Should we ask him?''

''Are you crazy? Look his expression, I am leaving. If you want to die, do whatever you want, I am gone...''

Zuo Lei sighed and then left as well while Lee Weiming nibbled his lips. He must tell elders about this, there must be a deeper meaning in this...
