Strange Sense
Lin Ya was relieved when the party finally ended at about 11:30 pm. She was physically and mentally exhausted after dancing with many people and chatting it up with many others. As she came out of the hotel, she saw that the paparazzi had been chased away by hotel security and she could safely walk to her car.
Inside the car, Lin Ya took a deep breath and sighed. Social events were just too tiring for an introverted person like herself. In addition, there would definitely be commotion at the company headquarters the next morning.
On the way home, Lin Ya received a call from Fan Mei congratulating her on an awesome introduction to society and some teasing about a future boyfriend. Unwelcome thoughts and a name surfaced in her mind making Lin Ya's pale cheeks turn rosy. 'Gosh, what is happening to me?' she asked herself.

Lin Residence
Lin Ya drags herself to her room and quickly changes into sleep wear. She removes her mask again and then her little makeup. Her cheeks are still rosy and she has the look of an innocent girl.
Lying on her queen sized bed, Lin Ya replays the days events in her head. Her mind keeps coming back to the tall, dark blue eyed man that she had bumped into. The way that they complimented each other so much while dancing and how Lin Ya hadn't wanted the song to have ended so soon. Smiling, Lin Ya drifted off to sleep. Having a peaceful mind for the first time in nearly six years.

Qin Residence
Qin Jie arrived home after bidding goodbye to Lin Ya. It was nearly midnight and there was definitely a pile of work waiting for him in the office the next day. Upon entering the house, Father and Mother Qin quickly pounced on him.
"How was it? Did anybody catch you eye?" Qin Jie smiled and his cheeks became colored. Seeing this the Qin parents increased the rate of their interrogation.
"Who is the lucky girl-- or boy!" Father Qin is interrupted by Mother Qin. This is a joke in the family as Qin Jie had been a bachelor for so long, many people were debating on his sexuality. The two Qin parents laugh with each other.
"She is an amazing woman but we only had introductions." Qin Jie responds, making an effort to keep a straight face. He knew that his parents would only push him harder to know who it was if he revealed that they had the first dance together.
"Well it is already midnight. I will be retiring for the night and you should as well." Qin Jie diverts his parents attention from the discussion and quickly makes his way upstairs to his room. His parents are dumbstruck by his confirmation and just stare at each other in shock.
Qin Jie lays down and presses his fingers on the bridge of his nose. He can not forget the lovely girl who had captured his thoughts since he ran into her. Her hazel eyes were pure and deep and her voice was prettier than that of a professional actress. He couldn't help but wonder why she kept her identity a secret for so long.

Monday, LY Enterprises
Lin Ya was well rested and got to work early. Scrolling through her phone, the trending topic is about her and her identity. Some of the article titles are 'CEO of LY shows her face for the first time!' or 'CEO Lin of the LY enterprises turns 25.' Somehow, pictures of her had been leaked to the public.

Lin Ya's eyes widened as she saw these playful hashtags. Was her identity really that big of a deal that she would be the top searched person in the nation overnight?
Lin Ya decided to enter through the main entrance of her company for the first time and instantly, a massive crowd started to take pictures of her. They could barely be restrained by the 10 bodyguards and security guards that Lin Ya had hired. She walked briskly into the interior of her building and all of her employees eyes were on her. Eyes forward, she took the private elevator to her room and sat at her desk.
Lin Ya sighed, the pile of business proposals and new contracts had doubled overnight. There were even some people brave enough to send marriage proposals.
Fan Mei knocked on the door and then entered the room. She was beaming and she held a card with the Qi corporation logo on it. She almost forced it into Lin Ya's hand and stood back to wait for her reaction. Giving Fan Mei a look, Lin Ya opened the card and saw the dinner discussion proposal to 'address the contract terms with the CEO of Qi corporations.' Lin Ya saw right through the ploy and smiled, a rare occurrence.
She was pretty excited to see Qin Jie again, especially without the mask this time.
"I accept this dinner proposal. Please arrange it on my schedule for next week, Fan Mei." Fan Mei eagerly nodded and then rushed out of the room with the invitation card.
'I guess I will see you soon, CEO Qin.' Lin Ya thought to herself as another lovely smile appeared on her face.
