Deal

Arthur's words shocked the two young Fae Masters behind him.

'Purchase.... a Boundary Physique? How was such a thing.... possible?'.

The peak Rank 4 Fae Master narrowed his eyes slightly gazing at Arthur with a strange glint in his eyes.

The Returning Galaxy Auction House did deal in a wide manner of objects and treasures, and individuals were no such exception. Slavery of mortals was widespread and extremely common throughout the entire Thirty Three Heavens, but forcing a Fae Master in slavery was slightly more.... exotic, so to speak.

Possessing a Fae that could create an Imprint within a Ghost or spirit beast was easy, considering that there were actual Fae whose sole ability was to create origin essence imprints within tamed existences.

But there was no such Fae for Fae Masters, from any of the Myriad Races, or Humanity.

And as such, much more.... drastic measures needed to be taken.

The elderly man stroked his beard slightly, not making any change in expression.

Such a request wasn't exactly uncommon, but why would a Rank 3 Fae Master of all people need a Fae Master slave, especially one with a Boundary Physique? That was the question the Elder was trying to unravel....

"Do you have a certain Physique in mind, young Sir?".

Arthur nodded.

"The Returning Galaxy Auction House within Human Heaven should possess multiple individuals with such Boundary Physiques. Specifically, I am looking for Fae Masters whom possess a one of three different Attributes. Preferably Life Attributed, but Blood Attributed or Flesh Attributed Boundary Physiques work fine either way....".

"Additionally.... they must be a woman".

This was the most important part.

The Rank 4 Fae Master Elder raised an eyebrow, before nodding slightly.

"I.... will see what we have available young sir. Is there anything else you would like to exchange with us today? The Fae materials alone would be enough to purchase someone with a Boundary Physique, but these origin essence sea expansion Fae have placed you in the positive. Would you like to purchase something-".

Arthur interrupted the old man, taking out a thin black book and placing it on the table. In the eyes of anyone, perhaps even a Fae Immortal, it was completely normal, inconspicuous and wouldn't attract any sort of attention from passerby's.

This was-.

"This is a variant , originating from the Shadow Race. It is not the original copy, considering that has been destroyed. But I did write this one down completely before such a thing happened. What can your Returning Galaxy Auction House auction this one for?".

The Elder's eyes widened.

"You want to auction this variant ? Not sell it?".

Arthur nodded.

"I believe that the Fae Masters of the White Dominion Sect should have the chance to view History from the perspective of another Race. Also, I'm a hundred percent sure that I will make more money if I auction it, rather than just sell it directly".

The Returning Galaxy Auction House, considering it was a multi-Heaven existence, prided itself on being truthful and just in the eyes of the public. If a member of their Auction House were ever found to be cheating a customer, due to personal greed or vendetta, they would be removed from the Auction House until the end of time.

If they weren't considered trustworthy, then what organization or Fae Master would attend their Auctions? If it was going to be traced back to them, or leaked that an individual had purchased an extremely valuable Fae, or item?

Privacy was an important part of any Auction House, and in terms of client privacy, the only thing that a customer had to worry about was if their treasure was valuable enough to move a Rank 9 Fae Immortal....

"I understand young sir. There is an open house Auction at the end of next month, would it be suitable for this item to be placed there?".

Arthur nodded.

"Leak the information about the book as well. I don't care. It'll only jack up the price and increase its worth even more".

The Rank 4 Fae Master nodded. He paused for a moment before noticing Arthur close his eyes and then glanced at Dagen and Milena beside him. Arthur had suddenly started meditating and after about a minute of meditation he-.

Coughed out an mouthful of blood, staining the his black robe with a splatter of crimson.

Milena and Dagen both looked at Arthur strangely, trying to observe his body carefully, seeing what caused this sudden-.

"Oh my. A Flame Essence. An Alchemy Attributed Flame Essence!".

A ball of brightly coloured green flames hovered just above Arthur's hand. The size of the flame within Arthur's origin essence sea expanded, and it was only about half as bright as it was when he first refined it.

His Wood Laws had nearly reached the peak of the first level, and Arthur needed to dispose of it now, before his foundations became unstable.

Wiping his chin, Arthur placed the Shamrock Leaf Flame Essence on the table, noticing it hover faintly over the Fae material table.

"I'd like to put this on Auction too. Just the same, leak it if you must".

The elderly Fae Master waved his arm, bringing the Shamrock Leaf Flame towards him, examining it closely. Someone with his level of discernment could automatically tell that a section of the Flame Essence had been absorbed by something.

Considering who he was talking to, such a thing was already obvious.

The elderly man eyed Arthur, showing a slightly disappointed look on his face.

"My apologies, but this Flame Essence possesses less than half its original might. Without the proper Fae materials this Flame Essence would sell for around a half of the market price. I can't allow such a thing to be-".

Arthur interrupted the elderly man once more, placing a single piece of wood on the table. The spiritual essence released from this piece of wood exceeded everything that Arthur had brought out before, and the faint crimson coloured veins on the wood, thrummed with a extraordinary power.

Arthur had used a single drop of Monster carcase blood on Fae materials at random. The vast majority of them were destroyed, due to the intense Attribute power coming from the blood, and only a small handful of them survived.

They were all variant Fae materials, not even Arthur knew their name and was forced to name them when the A.I. registered them within its database.

"I don't know what this Fae material is called, but I personally refer to it as, Blood Vein Wood. It is a triple Wood-Life-Blood Attributed Fae material and it can repair the damage done to a Flame Essence. If one is not enough, then I can give out more".

Arthur kept this particular Fae material far away from the Shamrock Leaf Flame Essence.

It was a Fae material that helped repair the spiritual essence and lifeforce that had been depleted from a Flame Essence. If Arthur had used it on the Shamrock Leaf Flame before, then the intense reaction would only cause an even greater power of attraction to explode from the Affection Tree Law Image!

His Wood Laws would skyrocket and his his foundation completely ruined. He would need at least a decade before his own comprehensions caught up to his actual attainment. It would slow down his progress dramatically!

The Rank 4 Fae Master gazed down at the Fae material, nodding slightly.

He made a mental note to research if such a Fae material existed within the Azure Envy Continent. Perhaps it would give them an idea of just where this Boundless Forest Yearning had come from....

"Would that be all, young sir?".

Arthur nodded.

"Yes. My companions and I will be staying within White Corpse City for the time being. You should be able to find us at the Fragrant Wine Inn on the other side of the City".

The peak Rank 4 Fae Master nodded, remembering that little detail.

"We will inform you of our investigation. For the time being, enjoy your stay within White Corpse City. And if you ever decide to visit us again, please just ask for either myself or Lord Blood Mist. We are more than happy to make your acquaintance Mr Kovacs".

Arthur smiled.

"It was a pleasure, Elder Raincloud".
