Talk with a phoenix

When I opened my eyes I noticed I was in a grassy open field and what was in front of me made me take a step back from the aura it was giving off. What was in front of me was about a 12 feet tall crimson red phoenix. It had this aura of majesticness around it. I took a second to compose myself and the phoenix was patient to wait for me. Once I composed myself I looked into its eyes and asked " So you're the tailed beast I got?"

It had an amused look in its eyes and said " Yep, I am a phoenix as you can tell. Also, I know about your whole in a different world situation, and I also know about the world of Naruto. He was kind enough to give me the information about it. Also I'm a dude don't call me an it."

After he finished talking I nodded then stopped for a second and said " Wait, I didn't say it… unless…" The phoenix grinned and said " Yep! I can read your mind because we're connected." I nodded again in thought then asked " So, do you have any unique abilities like other tailed beasts?"

It kept it's grin and said " Yep! And I'm sure you'll like them. I have a couple major abilities, first is that since I am a phoenix and I'm sealed inside you, you have a toned down version of my regeneration meaning that if you lose a limb it will grow back in about… half an hour. Secondly if you get something like the sharingan byakugan, etc. I can make it like it was yours meaning you can deactivate it. And lastly you can use I guess other people would call scorch release because of my fire nature, but my fire is hotter and the color of the flames will be purple from the intensity of the heat."

My mouth was open in shock from the abilities I have. The phoenix couldn't contain it and started laughing. After a few minutes it said " You may have the abilities, but you still have to learn how to control them and it takes a lot of chakra to use all of the abilities along with control. I'll help you when you graduate from the academy and become a ninja. We'll go over this when we do your senjutsu training. Btw I have my own senjutsu like the toads."

It took me a couple many minutes to calm down and when I did I asked " Do you have a name I don't want to continue to call you he all the time." He nodded his head and said " Yep, the name's Fawkes! Nice to formally meet you! Alright I'm sure you got stuff to do so go! I'll keep in touch with you." After Fawkes said that I felt another pulling sensation and I was back in my apartment.
