Too Late
Katsu spit out his tea, nearly choking. He was in shock as he thought he had heard Amaya wrong.
"You what?!" He asked.
"Well, I defeated around three Legendary-rank bosses. The dungeon disappeared while I was still in it. Okay, this is where you have to listen closely."
Katsu pulled his chair closer and he replied.
"I'm listening."
Amaya took a deep breath then let it out.
"So originally, I was from another world called Earth. One day I fell asleep and woke up in this world. When the dungeon disappeared while I was in it, I woke up back in my world. Doing so, caused the two worlds to link. That means, monsters and dungeons will start appearing there and people will start being able to level up, just like people in this world. I'm going to spread this news to the guild masters and people in charge. I need help in order to prevent people from dying.
There's not much time. Will you help me?"
Katsu stood up out of his chair in shock.
"You're joking….I'm also from earth."
Both Katsu and Amaya stood in surprise, not knowing what to do.
Emi was standing on the outside of the room, standing by the door.
She had overheard everything. Emi opened the door and walked in.
Amaya and Katsu noticed her walk in.
"Amaya, Is it true...you're from another world?" Emi asked.
Amaya knew that it was too late to lie as Emi had already overheard hers and Katsu's conversation. Instead of lying, she told the truth.
"Yes, it is."

One Day later…
(King Robard's Castle- Round Table Room.)
There was a great big wooden table with chairs all around it.
On one of the chairs sat a man with a long red fluffy cape who wore a king's crown. His hair was blonde and his eyes were blue.
He was the king of Therngo.

A man wearing a business suit came walking in.
"All the guests have arrived, your highness." said the man.
"Very well, let them in." Robard replied.
The man then stepped to the side, allowing multiple people to come in. Among those many people, was a woman with snow-white hair.
It was none other than Amaya.
Everyone took a seat and King Robard began talking.
"From my understanding, Amaya has convinced you all you come here.
I will hear her explanation of the matter. Go ahead and speak."
"I originally come from another world. One day I suddenly woke up here with no evidence on how it happened. After clearing the Legendary-rank dungeon, it disappeared faster than I was able to leave and I lost consciousness. I woke back up in my world meaning this world and my world are now linked. Dungeons and monsters will start appearing in my world and right now, they wouldn't have any way of standing their ground against them. I would like to ask for help. In exchange, I will clear the other Legendary-rank dungeons in this world."
After a couple seconds of silence, King Robard replied.
"I fully understand the situation. However, just because you beat a Legendary-rank boss does not mean you can clear the other dungeons. I'll need to ask for proof."
One of the people that sat at the table stood up. He was a man with somewhat messy black hair and dark-blue eyes who wore a business suit.

"Your Highness, I believe that Amaya is capable of doing such a task. You see, the boss she had beaten wasn't a normal kind of boss. It was a mega boss."
King Robards great blue eyes widened in surprise as he spoke.
"Are you certain? Is there any way to be sure it was really a mega boss?"
Another man stood up. He wore a white tuxedo with a long black tie. His hair was short and spiky and his eyes were dark blue.

"Your highness, me and Atsuya were a part of the team that discovered the mega boss room. So, we know this to be true."
Seconds passed as King Robard was unsure whether it was true or not.
He found it hard to believe as only one person in the history of this world was recorded to be able to solo a Legendary-rank mega boss. For hundreds of years, no on else had reached that level of power.
Luckly, the kings let out a sigh and gave into their story.
"Since both Atsuya and Shinya are respected adventurers, I will believe Amaya's power to be true. As a result, I will have to add newer rankings as she is clearly above Legendary-rank. Amaya, we will lend you help. Tomorrow first thing in the morning, I will have the guild masters send some legendary-rankers with you."
"Thank you, your highness." said Shinya.
"I'm thankful as well." said Amaya.

Next day….
Amaya stood in next to three.
The three men were none other than Atsuya, Shinya and Katsu.
['World Gate' has been activated]
A yellow glowing portal opened up in front of them.
"Okay, just follow me." Said Amaya.
She walked in as the others followed.

As they walked out of the portal, what stood on the other side was a terrible sight.
Buildings were destroyed and debre and ruble were everywhere. It was once a big city, now, most of it laid in ruins. The smell of smoke filled the air as some parts were on fire. Corpses of citizens and military soldiers were everywhere. Army tanks were ripped apart and countess other military vehicles laid along with the ruble.
The sound of gunshots and other artillery filed the air. Jets flew through the air, firing missiles towards something.
Way out in the distance, was a giant creature. Surrounding it were soldiers and tanks who fired countless rounds and bonds at it. The creature had hard scales all on its body and it had great big wings on it back.
Amaya's goal has always been to save lives. This time, she had arrived too late as many lives had already been lost.
A tear ran down her cheek.
"We….were too late…"
