In search of Sheng Lei

Jian Lan returned back to the spirit world and was glad that she had the smoke bomb with her and so she was able to disguise herself and escaped in the grasp of that man.

She headed to the hot spring and cleansed herself with the pure spirit energy water and cultivated once more. After she finished, she wrapped herself with a towel and went to her wardrobe to get her set of clothes.

When she finished, she was back to a beautiful goddess of war with red crimson silky hair. She looked at her hair and wondered why none of her children had her red crimson hair and only had white pearled hair that flutters and shine wherever the kids go. That was the reason why she don't want to take them out.

She doesn't want them to get kidnapped because of their rare pearled hair color that makes them one of a kind but she calmed down when she realized that her oldest son got his golden eye from her. She smiled and held her hands, then prayed to the gods for giving her such good and adorable kids.

Jian Lan stood up and head to the kids room when the spirits that were guarding their room flew up and said, "Master, the second master and the young miss are asleep." She nodded and was about to leave when she realized that her oldest son wasn't mentioned.

She turned back to the spirits and asked, "Where's Sheng Lei?!"

A fairy tilted her head, the spirits shrugged their shoulders, while the niads shook their head. "Master, we tried searching for him but he was nowhere to be seen. We sent a pack of army after another in search of the first master but he still wasn't found. Right now, the special force are trying to find him."

"Why didn't you guys tell me when I arrived?!", Jian Lan yelled. The naids of the forest appeared and said, "We were thinking of telling you master, but after a talk with all of the spirits, we decided not to tell you because we didn't wannt you to panick and lose control of yourself as our queen."

Jian Lan glared at them as all of the spirits felt a heavy and powerful aura forcing them to kneel, even the evil spirits that were in the forest of evil felt the aura and shivered from their head to their toes.

All of the spirits shivered and yelled, "Calm down, master! We know what we did wrong. We'll do our best to search throughout the world."

Jian Lan nod and went to search for her oldest son. She searched for him in every room inside the palace and through the gardens to the hot spring and the forest. She ran to every place inside the spirit realm and was stopped when the same naid, the forest naid, came and told her that the teleportation portal was settled and was cast to the city of where she went to earlier.

Jian Lan bit her bottom lips until it bled. 'He just won't listen to me, huh.' She sighed and command, "Get me a new set of clothing to head out. A new mask and a disguise from my red hair color since it'll show quite a lot of attention."

The naid bowed and rushed in sweats to get her queen's clothes prepared.

Jian Lan walked to her kids room and spotted her daughter on a flower bed while her second son slept on another bed with crafty swords and mechanical objects since he loves to create new devices. She turned over to the other side of her second son's bed and found an ordinary bed with no one on it. Her tears came out as she fell onto the bed and cried herself out.

"Mommy, you're back? That's great, I wanted to ask if I can go next time...", Ju Lan stopped and patted her mother's head as she started to cry along with her mother. "Huhuhuhu, why is mommy crying? Waaaaa! I love you so dont cry."

Rong Li woke up and asked, "Why are you guys crying, ah?"

Jian Lan look up at her daughter and her second son. "Come here, Li'er." As Rong Li walked closer, Jian Lan hugged both her son and her daughter. "I won't work anymore so don't run away from mommy, okay? Mommy only have you guys so be good okay?" Her voice was cracking up but it still sounded lovely. The two children stood up and tilted their head. They had the same thinking like telepathy as they both thought that their oldest brother and their mother always leave them hanging and confuses them.

*knock knock*

"Come in", said Jian Lan as she wiped her tears. "Master, your set of clothes are prepared." Jian Lan stood up and said, " I'll be there soon." She turned to the two children and as they wished, she claimed, "How about we go to the outside world on your 4th birthday." The two children jumped up in excitement and screamed in joy.
