Something has happened

I cannot say what happened, I don't know what to do! She left and I've been trying to find her. Where did she go? We don't have time for this... Why did she run off in the middle of the night? I cannot necessarily say that she had run off but it's the only time I had my eyes off her.

Waking up and seeing her gone is not a good start to the day, not knowing where she has run off too is a huge problem since I promised to keep her safe. I have to find her, I need to find her at all costs. As I started my day, the usual start would be: I'll take a shower, brush my teeth, use mouthwash, and then I'm ready to start my day. Today was a different story, I immediately ran out of the house to search for her. I do not know where she had gone I am trying to get a grasp on where she might have gone. My first reaction was to look in places I know she could've gone to which are close by. Like the park, cemetery, or the hospital... In the end, all those places were not the correct answers and I had to look elsewhere. I started getting incredibly worried, she is the wife of my dead best friend. I truly wish to save her since I couldn't save her husband.. my best friend.

Whilst running around aimlessly, not watching where I was going, I started walking off somewhere. When I came back to reality so to speak, I was running around in some forest just outside the city. As I was looking around, trying to figure out where I am and how I got here, I see her, just sitting there, calm, or should I better say unresponsive? In the end, my thoughts couldn't keep up, I slowly walked up to her, not knowing what to expect, whilst walking up, I guess she realized somebody was there and turned toward the noise I had made. Me being somewhat scared yet intrigued just watched. She slowly stood up off the ground, from what I was able to see, it looked like she had sat there was hours and had herself imprinted in the grass and dirt.

U could say she realized who I was. I've never seen somebody sprint up to me so fast in my life, it almost seemed unreal, I took a few steps back from a mixture of surprise and fear.

I guess she realized and slowed down to a halt, we just looked at each other for a while. I realized quickly that she didn't know what to do, so I just tried to talk to her, and see what I can do.. but also to find out what had happened.

The conversation went something like this:

"Hey, are you alright? did anything happen in the middle of the night?"

"I have no idea what happened! I was sleeping next to you, and the next thing I know is that I am sitting here, realizing you are here."

"Hold on. So basically, if I get this right, you are telling me that you could've been abducted?"

"There is the possibility that it could have happened yes, I am utterly ashamed that you have to bear to see me this way though!"

That was all I was able to hear from this conversation, she had been in a panic the second she was truly "awake" I might also add that she had been crying profusely when she came to herself. We are now back home, we talked about how she and I should try to sleep over the day and stay awake at night. we both are on leave from work and even if we would work it would easily be done at home. we have to get more research done about that hellish nightmare world, and why this is happening.
