CHAPTER 3

Z Country International Airport

A beautiful woman with two boys beside her were walking with their luggage to the taxi bay when a commotion was seen. A tall man in white suit whose face was curved from a Greek god followed by a couple of men in black with earpiece we're walking to a limousine. People who saw him kept praising him for his handsome features and ice-cold personality.

Arianna, the beautiful woman with two boys beside her, noticed the man and sighed. "he still as handsome as ever and he's out of my league."

When she was still in Columbia, working as an architect to one of the biggest firm there, she saw a news that the elder of the Lu family has a stroke and was confined in a hospital. She immediately resigned from her post and decided to come home.

She reminisced the things that happened in her life for the past seven years and never regretted anything about it. She looked at the boys beside her who look like her. She smiled to herself, "they are the male versions of herself."

She flagged a taxi and directed it to the Z Country 1st hospital, the biggest and most advanced hospital in the capital. As they walked to the entrance of the hospital, she saw Kevin Gu entered the hospital first so she redirected the boys beside her to the hospital cafeteria to eat first. She knew that her ex-husband would be visiting her grandfather.

"Guys, stay here and watched our luggage, I will check with the information desk first." Apollo, the boy with a curly hair answered, "yes, mommy!" while the boy with a straight hair, "hmmmn!" Still focused on his tablet. The boys are identical twins with the just a difference in hair styles. Both are geniuses in each way. One has affinity with computers while one loves science... physics and chemistry. They inherited their mother's genes.

She went to the information desk and inquired about her grandfather. The girl didn't tell her anything because the only family members can visit the patient. She showed her original papers and was soon directed to the VIP floor.

She went back to the hospital cafeteria and fetch her children and the luggages. When they were waiting for the elevator to open, a couple stood by them. The elevator opened and walked out the man she hated, Kevin Gu. The couple beside her talked with Kevin as they passed by them getting in the elevator. As the elevator closes on, Kevin looked at them and frown will be seen on his handsome face.

His parents noticed his gaze and questioned him, "what is it, son?" He just replied with a shrugged and they moved out of the hospital. His parents said that they will just come back to visit the old Lu later.

When they reached the VIP room, Arianna looked first at the small glass window of the door and saw her grandfather asleep. She pushed the door and walked in with the twins. "shhhh! Be quiet, boys! Don't disturb the old man." "Whose the old man, you little girl? Why are you just now? The incident happened more than a week ago. Hmmmp!"

Arianna smiled and told the boys to go and hug the patient. While the boys approached the bed, "how have you been, grandpa?"

The boys went up the bed and have gged the old man. They both said, "great-grandfather!!"

When she found out she was pregnant, the man who was guarding her contacted the old Lu and thus, the grandfather Lu communicated with her all through the years. He knew everything that happened in Columbia and he was even the one who contacted the architectural firm she was working on. Though she was working, she hired a nanny who took care of the twins when she wasn't around. The same thing happened when the twins turned three, she noticed signs of being different so she had them under general check up and we're found with high IQ like her. They were enrolled at a young age in a special school for intelligent children.
