CHAPTER 4

"How are you really, grandfather! How are my parents? Are they looking for me?" She asked the man lying on the bed. "The few months, they are still trying to look for you but after that, you know your parents well, they just stopped asking about you but still pay people to look for you. They are more concerned of their status in the society. The Gu's stopped searching for you on the first year you went missing. You know your grandpa has the best information connection but they do not know that."

Grandfather Lu was a retired general in the army and started his business from the scratch. He was in his late thirty when he married her grandmother who was in her teens then. Her grandmother was a beautiful village woman that he brought to the city. She bore him two sons, the younger one is a major in the army and the eldest, his father, is the CEO of Lu Corporation with hundreds of subsidiaries. The company mostly focus on real estate.

"Your villa is ready for occupancy. I will ask your father to arrange my discharge papers. Can I stay with you?" With his crinkled eyes and mellowed voice, Arianna hugged her grandfather and as if a dam was broken, cried her heart out. The boys just looked at them and without disturbing them sat together on the sofa and continued clicking on their tablets.

Apollo, the curly haired boy, was looking at the pictures of their father in Google. "This was the man at the airport and at the elevator. Hurry, Ares! Look!" The straight haired boy looked at Apollo's tablet and took a glance. "Knew it already, big brother! As I saw him at the airport. I heard mommy mentioned the named KEVIN GU on the phone when he was talking to great-grandfather." "So what should we do about him? Mommy left him. We don't know what really happened."

Ares still typing on his tablet, "just ask mommy about the sperm donor later on." He called his father sperm donor. As the old man hugged her granddaughter, he heard the conversation of the twins and shocked overcome his face. "What the... sperm donor!!" Arianna was surprised by the outburst of her grandfather who had already tears in his eyes and couldn't stop laughing.

"Grandfather!!"

"Excuse my outburst, child! Your sons are crazy saying their father was just a sperm donor." Grandfather continued laughing.

Ares heard the old man said that so, " he really is, great-grandfather. He was never a father to us." But Apollo replied, "because he doesn't know about us."

Arianna hushed and the two stopped bickering. After awhile, she told her grandfather to tell her parents to come to her villa when he was discharged from the hospital. Grandfather called someone to bring a car to the hospital so the three can have a ride to the villa.

At the outskirts of the city, there is a certain area with only a few villas located in a strict and guarded community called the Lotus Garden where lots of lotus flowers were planted.

In villa number 8, a SUV stopped and a woman descended from the car. The driver helped the woman to bring their luggage to the main house after helping the twins alighted from the car. He saluted afterwards, "have a nice day, Ms. Lu! "Thank you!" she said.

She then put in the code and the huge door opened as she pushed it. She carried the luggages in and the boys followed. They took a tour of the house. They went into the kitchen and looked for food to eat. There was none. They decided to go to grocery store nearby to buy. She found her old car and a new BMW in the garage. She took the key from the key cabinet and they went off.

As they went grocery shopping, people noticed the twins following their mother.

"They are so cute!"

"I think they are twins!"

"So behave."

The group of three just let the people gossiping about them and continued shopping. When they arrived at home, they saw two cars and men in black suits stationed outside the house.

"They are here."
