CHAPTER 13

As the business contract was signed and sealed, the construction began at the new mall with residential units. First three floors were for the shopping mall, fourth to tenth floors for the business offices and the eleventh to thirty floors were residential.

The little boys were enrolled in a special school for the gifted where their mother was enrolled too. Arianna, for her first quarter of work, did amazingly that even the board of shareholders were amazed of her business knowledge whereas the cheating couple tried to get her approval for a merger though he GU's were rich, they couldn't surpassed the LU's specially now that the family WANG in Channing's side had made a great collaboration with the new mall and resorts at the east side of the capital which costed a tons of billions in US dollars.

"Mommy, the new upgrade to the company's computer was already in full swing. Can we go to the beach this weekend?" Apollo suggested. Ares seconded," and we were first in our exams too. Pretty please, mommy!!!"

Arianna looked at her sons and nodded, "OK! As long as you will behave."

"Yehey!!!" the boys happily shouted and ran to their great-grandfather. "Abuelo!! Mommy agreed."

And so the weekend came, the family of three together with their grandparents and great-grandfather went to the beach. The boys, in their swimming trunks, we're making sand castle while the elders were preparing lunch and snacks at the nearby gazebo. Grandfather, in his white polo and beach shorts, and Arianna, in her two piece wrapped by a sarong, were lying on the beach chairs with tall glass of juices on their side.

"Arianna, are you alright taking over the family's business?" grandfather asked. "I am OK, grandfather. It's what you have been teaching me since I was a kid. I won't bring you down."

At the far side of the shore, a yacht was approaching and docked at the nearby docking station. A tall man in red polo and beach shorts alighted. He approached the two and removed his eyeglasses. "I didn't know you'll be here." Channing said. "I'll tell the kitchen to prepare some food and snacks for you guys."

Arianna was shocked upon knowing that the renovated beach that serves the high class belonged to Channing. "This is yours?"

Channing nodded. "This is the first property I've acquired when I returned three years ago.

Grandfather, my abuelo sends his regards, he can't leave Columbia at the moment."

"Hmmn!!! You've been in Columbia too." Arianna said. "I live there most of my life but my parents needed me here so I came." Channing replied.

The boys saw Channing and they ran towards him hugging each his legs. Arianna knew that Channing we're always at their villa talking with grandfather so the boys took a liking to him.

The weekend went too fast and on the night of Sunday, they went back home. Channing came with them and carried one of the boys to thirty bedroom while a helper carried the other one. The boys were too tired playing at the beach. After awhile, grandfather asked him to stay the night but he refused saying he needed to live for Columbia the next day for some business matters.
