"Ugh..."

My entire body is aching. Especially the lower part. Not just the aching that I've felt, but the blinding sunlight coming through the windows hurt my eyes so bad I started to groan.

"Exciting night yesterday was it?"

"?!"

My heart almost jumped out of my mouth when I heard Io's voice from the side of my bed. I turned my head, completely awake.

There's Io, sitting on a chair with Lavender, looking at me with sparkling eyes.

"Tell me all the details!" She exclaimed.

"Wah!? W-What are you guys doing here?!" I yelled at them. I threw a pillow toward them, but Io dodged it flawlessly.

"I'm trying to drag Lavender back, but," Io innocently shrugged his shoulder. "She won't listen,"

Lavender giggled. "Hoho~ I've been trying to watch yesterday but, I don't want to get punished by you, master~"

I glared at both of them.

Seeing them so early in the morning caused my head to throb. I changed my position to sit.

Then, I saw Lilith appeared on the side of the bed. She bowed her head.

"Good morning, young master," She gave me a piece of note. "This is from master Arden. He put this note on the bedside table, but I'm afraid you won't see them,"

"Oh, thank you, Lilith," I said as I take the note from her.

It's true that I can be quite clumsy. I won't be able to see this small note.

I read the message;

[Ezra, I wish that I can wake up together with you. But I have to leave immediately to do my duties. I'll see you later.]

I miss you already.]

"..." My cheeks flushed. An exaggerated sigh escaped my lips.

I can't believe I asked Arden to stay longer. We even-

Ack, I can't stop thinking about it. But I do feel bad. He probably has to come up with an excuse since he's late.

"Hng~ Io isn't this adorable~?" Lavender awe-ed at me.

"What is?" Io asked curiously. Lavender pouted her lips.

"Hmph, you know nothing about love,"

I sighed and put the note beside me. "Go back, you two,"

"But~" Lavender whined. "I'm curious about yesterday~ the night where you two finally-"

"Lavender," I stopped her from talking.

"Aye aye~" Lavender chirped.

"Well, we'll be on our way then," Io smiled.

The two of them then disappeared into thin air. Lilith looked over to me with a polite smile.

"Shall I do my morning report?"

"Yup," I said as I stretched my arms.

Lilith begins to tell me her morning report. I listen carefully like always.

... Well, let's just say I can get distracted easily. So I forgot half of what she said to me. She said something about new demons being scouted? I'm not entirely sure. Once Lilith was done reporting, she went back to the realm and I took a shower.

I don't have any meetings today. So maybe I can go to the demon realm?

"A baby demon?"

I looked over at Lavender with disbelief.

Lavender smiled innocently. "Lilith didn't tell you about it, master~?"

I looked at Lilith and she smiled tiredly. "I-I already did tell you...,"

It must be when she's telling me the morning report. Damn, I should've paid more attention next time.

Because if I did, I wouldn't be as surprised as I am now.

The rangers found one of the descendants of seven deadly sins. But this one is peculiar.

It's like how I found Io.

Io is not inside of obsidian. Lavender, Callisto, and Septhis were found within a stone. But it's even more peculiar that it's in the form of a baby.

A naked baby that's peacefully sleeping on a top of a table that made out of a stone. His hair is jet-black, and his skin is fair. This baby is like a normal human baby, that I'm starting to get suspicious if the rangers kidnapped a human baby and brought it here.

But Lavender confirmed it that the baby is one of the descendants of seven deadly sins.

I found it hard to believe. I learned at school that baby demons were not born like normal human babies. They're created naturally within the depths of hell, in a form of gooey blood. Then they'll take form within an hour.

Except for beast-type demons. They reproduce. That's why there are baby beasts. Just like when I first meet Pyumo. He's just a baby dragon when I first saw him.

That's why I find this strange.

"Where did you guys find him?" I asked.

Lavender smiled. "A ranger found this baby in a faraway land,"

"Okay, but what about his form? Why is he a baby?" I pointed at the helpless looking baby demon.

"Let me answer your question, little master,"

Before Lavender could answer me, Io interrupted her as he walked in the temple.

"Io, please explain to me," I said as I furrowed my eyebrows.

"Of course," Io nodded. He walked closer, standing beside the table. He looked at the baby then to me. "He is a crossbred offspring of a descendant of seven deadly sins and a human. This baby is a half descendant of Beelzebub, the demon of gluttony."
