The next morning Lizzy woke Colby up early and said "Hey! Our food guy is here!"
"Lizzy why are you getting me up so early?" Colby said groaning.
"Our food!" Lizzy said running to the door.
Later on in the day they were talking to everyone they found who would listen and found out that Salamander lived in this place with a sign that said "Fairy Tail" on it in big letters. However when they went in it was abandoned inside.
Lizzy went and looked around and found a note with an open bottle of wine next to it. The note said:
Dear Friends,
I don't feel very good and I think it has to do with this wine. I feel very sick. I'm not sure if the girl has been by before you read this so if you see a girl with white hair take her to my library and let her take what she needs from it.
Signed,
Salamander
Lizzy gasped as she realized where she knew that signature from. It was her childhood best friend's signature! "Landon…" She whispered.
"Huh? Did you say something Lizzy?" Colby asked.
"No. It's nothing." Lizzy said, smiling sadly.
"Okay… if you say so…" Colby said looking and sounding suspicious.
"Now there should be some people around according to this note," Lizzy said looking around the room, "or maybe a secret door to a magic library."
"Secret door?" Colby asked, clearly surprised.
"Yeah… the one you called 'Salamander' was an old friend of mine who disappeared years ago, probably using the same magic I did. And I know for sure he loved secret entrances to places" Lizzy said. She grabbed the sides of bookshelves or torches on the wall and pulled them until a bookshelf moved to reveal a doorway with ancient egyption hieroglyphics surrounding it. Colby went to go and touch the handle but Lizzy thrust her arm out to stop him. "No! If you touch it now you will burn your hand! Just wait a sec for me. Okay?" She half-shouted.
"Okay…" Colby said and stepped back. Lizzy started touching certain hieroglyphics and saying yes after a second of touching them which made them start glowing a vibrant mint green color.
"Okay," Lizzy said, taking a step back. "AITA!" She yelled and the door handle glowed a fiery orange color and then that faded. "Okay now you can touch the door." Lizzy said as if nothing happened.
