Chapter 1 part 2

"Why don't you tell me what happened? Maybe that will help," Colby asked her.

"Well, in this very field we were practicing our magic together and all of a sudden he was gone after saying 'Tayc m smwhr nw' in a flash of magic the same color as yours," Lizzy said crying in his arms.

"I think I know what happened next." Colby said. "You finally managed to find a way to get to him and before you could talk to him again he died. Right?"

"Yeah..." Lizzy said still crying.

"Well it sounds like he was a great friend. I think I know why you miss him so much," Colby said sadly.

"Yeah. I wish I could just talk to him one more time." Lizzy said with a lost look in her eyes. "Wait! Maybe I can!"

"Huh? What do you mean?" Colby said confused.

"Magic!" Lizzy exclaimed happily and jumped up off the grass. "We're mages! We can just use magic to summon his spirit!"

"Well... maybe?" Colby said. "But won't we both have to use our magic?"

"No!" Lizzy said happily. "Remember how powerful I am?"

"You mean the 'God Level'?" Colby asked confused again. "I thought it was just when you had that wand Landon left you?"

"I tried that magic sensing spell again and the level didn't change!" Lizzy said happily.

"Huh," Colby said with a smile. "It just might work!"

"Yep! Now I just need to figure out how the spell goes," Lizzy said and sat down again.

"Got it! Ima tomodachi o misete!" Lizzy said and there was a flash of her mint-green magic.

After the magic dissipated there was a teenage boy who wore the Orange Knight's armor floating in front of them. He took his helmet off and Colby saw his face. His hair was the same fiery orange as Colby's magic and so was his eyes for that matter. Over his armor he wore a dragon scale cloak with a corner cut off. This person smiled at Lizzy and said "Hey Lizzy! Why'd you summon me?"

"I missed you so much and needed to talk to you!" Lizzy exclaimed with a grin. "Also what's up with the cloak?"

"You don't remember?" Landon said with a smirk.

"Wait! Yes I do now! Here," Lizzy said with a smile and reached into her pocket to grab a piece of cloth. "Now let's see... Korera no 2tsu no bubun o māji shimasu!" In another flash of mint-green magic the piece of cloth in Lizzy's hand merged with the cloak Landon was wearing.
