An Identity

The night they got back to Lexington, Claire did her best to forget all of the problems with her family and what lay ahead from here. She ended up showing Alex both of the movies she had mentioned while they were gone and then they played some board games.

Being back in her own bed was nice even if the mattress wasn't as comfortable as the one at the Harringtons' house. This was where she belonged. In this old three-bedroom house with her cat asleep in an uncomfortable position on top of her.

She woke up refreshed and ready to tackle the world again, submitting job applications to as many pharmacies in the area as possible. Lexington was preferable but she was willing to have up to a thirty-minute commute.
