The First "Raid" Part 3 (18+)

Virin cursed under his breath as soon he felt an oppressive aura after he was certain the plan will succeed, but now it will fall apart due to the unexpected variable. He looked at Sytha who is seemingly felt the same sensation also.

"Hey, you feel that?" Virin said.

"Yeah, no doubt about it. I think someone is either a Dragon class or Divine class." Sytha said.

In the battlefield, Terzo and Vega also felt the similar sensation as they continue to kill the Swans and Lusters.

"That feeling...someone big is coming this way." Terzo said.

"I feel it too. Ditch the challenge, we're wrapping this up quick." Vega said. Terzo smiled and poured large amounts of magic in to his greatsword, emitting an orange aura.

"Uh oh, Terzo's getting serious! Get back!" one of the bandits said. The other bandits saw Terzo's aura flow out which indicated he's planning to perform an attack that'll hurt his allies in his wake. They began running away from the Swans and Lusters, which made them think they're abandoning

The aura then materialized which became an extension of his already large blade. Terzo then performed a large spinning attack three times with each one was stronger than the last. The orange cyclone blew away the enemies by the dozens, releasing a strong gust of wind.

"Not bad, not bad. My turn." Vega said. Vega crouched down with his left leg forward, put his spear behind him and began emitting black aura around his body and spear. Vega soon after became a lion, ready to pounce on his prey. On that moment, Vega disappeared and a black shock wave came shortly after. The enemies were being decimated as the black streak that is Vega is ravaging the ranks which reduced the number of enemies by a great deal. Down to around 150 men.

Vega returns to the spot where he first dashed from and exhaled a breath of relief, but his nerves are still alert from the unknown power.

To the top of the cliff, Indux's body was shivering, palms started sweating, he tried breathing, but is struggling to do so. Zenna sees Indux hunched over, suffering which caused her to reach to him.

"Algra, Indux is being overwhelmed by a strong aura!" Zenna said. Indux struggles to stay conscious so he could see more of it.

"I feel it too. And yet, this is not the power of a Dragon class user." Algra said. Then he sensed the power getting closer. Algra became certain. Algra used his magic to extend Zenna's already spread shadows to Virin and Sytha.

"Everyone, we have potentially a worst-case scenario. A Divine class user is coming this way and is not one of ours." Algra said.

"Divine class!? Bloody hell, everything's going south faster than a bird taking a shit." Virin said.

"Change of priority, get Xavier out of Lyse and to Millund immediately. None of you will be able to take him." Algra said.

"What about you?" Virin said as he is pulling out the whistle.

"I will try to delay their advance, kill Geon and the bodyguards and get Xavier out of here." Algra said, adjusting his black gloves and putting on a mask to hide his identity.

"Terzo, I need you to find a way to distract the three Master class bodyguards that are near Geon. Vega, can you handle the rest of the enemies?" Algra said, readjusting the plan.

"You got it!" Terzo said and cleaved another group of enemies apart.

"Virin, blow the whistle."

"All right, no turning back!" Virin said and blew his whistle three times and repeated. Vega, Terzo, and the bandits heard the whistle pattern.

"That whistle...that means something went south." one bandit said.

"Hey! Let's crash the party over there!" Terzo said. The bandits did a war cry again and began following Terzo to the mansion.

"No! Stop them!" one Luster devotee said and began chasing, but a wall of darkness stopped their advance and the black wall encircles around them trapping most of them including Vega. The Swans and Lusters felt that they're being looked down upon seeing that Vega thinks he could handle 100+ people alone.

"Even if you're a Master class, there are limits to your arrogance, filthy pirate! Let's overwhelm him with numbers!" one member yelled and they charge at him, confident of superior numbers. Vega pulled out his spear on his right hand and put out his left hand on the side and a black magic circle appeared. Shortly after, a black spiral came forth, forming a long, narrow cylindrical shape and formed the shape of the blade that of a shark tooth. After it finished materializing, he grabbed it as if it's just another weapon.

"Alright..." Vega said as he rolls his neck, making cracking sounds to remove stiffness. "Time to de-rust." For that, he dashed forth with both his spears pointing towards them.

The chaos ensues as Vega began taking on 100+ enemies and Terzo running towards Xavier's manor, Indux could no longer keep conscious and passed out.

"Indux!" Zenna yelled. She shook him to make him conscious again, but his face was pale and sweaty.

"Zenna, take Indux and return to Teraxa. Once you do, pack light and wait at the northern gate which leads to Eirach. If I don't arrive at noon, go without me and do not stop." Algra said.

"You're not planning to fight a Divine class user, are you?" Zenna said.

"I will only delay him. Now go!" Algra said. Zenna nodded, carried Indux, and dashed down the cliff to reach the carriage where the horse was restless from the pressure of the Divine class. She put Indux beside her, grabbed the reins and whipped it to get it to run, but by doing so, she'll certainly run into the trees. However, thanks to her Darkness magic, she can turn her body, the carriage, the horse, and Indux into a mass of black mist. As a result, they phase through every object with ease and reached the trail leading to Teraxa.

{Meanwhile, at Xavier's manor}

Xavier, Geon and the three bodyguards are currently having a feast of eating the Lyse special cake hand crafted by the cooking maids.

"Goodness, this soft, sweet texture of this cake is delightful." Geon said, munching on this cake.

"Please, this was but a copy. The real one is the Lyse Bakery." Xavier said.

"Please, you're gonna make me wish I stayed here longer." Geon said.

"Of course...for it will be your grave." Xavier said with malice.

"What?" Geon said and at that moment, the bodyguards quickly stood up and drew their weapons, but then coughed blood. They hunched over, coughing more blood. Geon's face paled greatly and looked at the cake he ate.

"You poisoned me as well?" Geon said in horror.

"No, only these three." Xavier replied. "Ladies, dispose of the three." The other maids came from upstairs and walked to the kitchen which Geon also did not see before, they then stabbed the bodyguards right in their hearts, killing them instantly.

"The Luster Order and the White Swans will not stay silent for this!" Geon said.

"Perhaps...eventually." Xavier said as he continued to eat the cake that was not poisoned. "No one will know if everyone you brought here is dead." Xavier then finishes the cake and stood up to look at Geon who stood up and backed away, knocking chairs around. Geon realized that he still have his soldiers outside.

"I still have my able-bodied soldiers!" Geon said as he ran towards the front door. He reach the front hallway until he felt a sharp pain and fell to the ground. He looked to see that his leg has been pierced by an arrow. Geon got up to go to the front door with his leg limping and then the door were blasted open, sending Geon flying.

"Time to crash the party!" Terzo yelled, but he notices Geon on the ground. "Oh lookie here. It's the Luster Pig." Terzo said with a wide, malicious smile. Geon wheezed in horror and crawled back.

"If you're here, then...Algra is involved. Xaiver, you were colluding with the cursed Black Fangs?!" Geon yelled.

"More like joined them." Xavier said, wiping his mouth with a napkin and gave it to Amanda. Geon became more enraged than scared. He looked up at Terzo who towers over him with his muscular body covered in scars where as Geon was fat with no scar on sight until an arrow hit him...if he survives which is most unlikely. Geon got up and let out a yell of defiance and punched Terzo in the gut. However, Terzo didn't budge, Terzo's abs is comparable to an iron wall. Geon looked up to see Terzo smiling even more maliciously than before.

"You call that a punch?" Terzo said as he stabbed his sword through the floor. Terzo then picks Geon up by the collar and balled his left hand to a fist. "THIS is a punch!" Terzo said and punched Geon dead center in the face with great force which knocked Geon back and tumbled backwards with blood flying and pooling on the ground. Terzo had definitely broke Geon's nose and knocked out two of his bottom front teeth. Terzo then stomped on Geon's hand which made a painful cracking sound.

"AAARRGH!!" Geon yelled in pain and looked at his fingers that became disfigured and broken. Terzo kicked Geon in the chin, flipping him over and punched his belly. Geon puked blood, stomach acid, and the cake he ate earlier on himself. Yellow liquid seeped out of him, pooling on the floor.

"Goodness, Geon. You're a fully grown adult and yet you urinated on my wooden floors. I'm starting to think even bandits have better manners than you." Xavier said sarcastically. Fear catches up to Geon, thinking that he won't survive. His only option is to beg for mercy.

"Xavier, my friend...please spare me...if you do, I'll leave Lyse alone and pretend it was a bandit attack. Please. You wouldn't kill a priest, would you?" Geon begged to Xavier.

"Oh please." Xavier said, smiling. Geon's eyes lit up thinking he would be spared...big mistake. Xavier's bright smile quickly turned into a cold glare, looking at Geon as if he was lower than excrement. "You're just a lowly fraud." Geon's hope crumbled instantly from Xavier's words. Xavier turned around and said this "Ladies, he's all yours."

One of the ladies came down stairs with a dagger in her hand and stabbed Geon's heart from behind, killing him instantly. Geon now lay there lifeless. Suddenly, a whistle was heard three times then Virin and Vega came through the door.

"I take it y'all finished." Vega said. Terzo looked behind Vega to see dead bodies scattered across the ground. Terzo whistled at the sight.

"Hot damn. You actually took a hundred of these guys." Terzo said.

"It wasn't so bad, but it removed my rustiness. Your crew left?" Vega shrugged.

"Yep, told them to make a run for it."

"Alright, we can celebrate our victory later, but we gotta move now." Virin said.

"Then what was that whistling sound?" Xavier said.

"That was me. A Divine class is coming in hot." Virin said.

"D-Divine Class!?" Xavier choked from Virin's answer. Danielle tugged Xavier's sleeve to get his attention as she is holding lantern.

"Master Xavier, the secret tunnel. We must go now." Danielle said with urgency. Xavier recomposed himself and nodded. Xavier went to the basement to find the entrance to the secret tunnel where Vega and Terzo followed. Virin drew his arrow and shot Geon four times, three in his back and one in the back of his skull, splattering blood and bits of his brain. Vega looked at him and Virin responded.

"Just to make it more believable." Virin said. "Algra, my mate, Xavier is heading to the tunnel. Vega and Terzo are escorting him."

"Good. I need you to do one more thing for me. Help me identify the Divine class." Algra said.

"Alright, give me a sec." Virin said. He turned to the assassins who tore their maid outfits off, returning to their assassin outfit. "Alright loves, help me find out who this Divine class bloke is."

The female assassins vanished and Virin ran to the kitchen, vaulted off the wooden table and broke through the window. Virin lands in the garden, rolling over the bushes. He then makes a high jump to a tree and landed on one of the thick branches, he then climbed up to the top of the tree which is higher than Xavier's manor. Virin then pulls out his binoculars to find a Divine class user until one of the female assassins come to him.

"Virin we've found the Divine class user. The name is Palax Steinford." she said.

"Algra mate, one of the assassins found him. His name is Palax Steinford." Virin said.

"Palax...the current Grand Priest of the Luster Church." Algra said. He then smirked. "Virin, leave this to me."

"Huh? What are you going to do?" Virin said.

"I'm going to tear an old scar fresh." Algra said, laughing devilishly.
