Chapter 22 - Jealousy

I woke up from my gaze towards the floor. This skill is amazing and it only took a few seconds to consume the deer with this skill I can eat more faster. This concludes that the Consume is the skill I got from my sin. Thinking about it, I think my title glutton eater was the one affecting my evolution.
I then checked my Ice Domain skill next.
Ice Domain (Level 1):
You can have a ice domain that reaches 5 meters around you. Can create a snow field inside the ice domain. You will be able to control the ice inside freely without using mana. Using this skill does not consume mana.
I tried using the skill and I can see snow dropping from the sky. I can also feel the temperature around me drop. I then tried using my ice magic and I can see that I can make ice spears faster now. I kept my ice domain on because it does not cost me anything.
I then looked outside the cave and was surprised to see that it was already morning. Does this mean that I was evolving for the whole night? This is also good because I can now see Rory by waiting for a few hours.
With that I go back into the cave and took out the chair from my storage. It can now fit me perfectly. I played with my shadow clones for awhile to waste time and to also make control on them more perfectly. I waited for a few hours and then a bright light suddenly came out in front of me.
It was Rory coming out but he has a new look now and I can see that he has the same body as mine and he also has two tails. He has red hair, tails, and ears. He had a tanned skin and was a bit bigger than me. I can't deny that I am feeling jealous of his bigger frame than me. He also has a tan skin making him look more manlier than me. So unfair! I can also see him holding a red sword on his hand. It was a slim sword with only one sharp edge and was a perfect size for him. He also got a weapon why did I not got any!? This is unfair. This evolution thing must have a favoritism. He was also naked making me look at his junior but I can also see that he was bigger than mine. How can the system be unfair towards me!? Now I don't feel guilty for leaving Rory inside the cave! This shit got everything that's good.
I waited for a while more with jealousy consuming me. Afterwards, Rory opened his eyes.
"Master Ave?"
Rory has a confused look while looking at me. He must be confused to see me having a humanoid form.
"Yes it's me Rory. As you can see I have evolved, you also evolved like me."
Rory then looked at himself and have a surprised face when he saw his body. He then looked at his sword as if admiring it. I wish I also have that! I then go into my MENU to look at the stats of Rory.

His attributes doubled in value and he also gained a new skill. I can also see that he gained two titles. Why did I not gain any new titles!? So unfair! I checked at his titles and it makes me more jealous. Only the first title though.
Fire Blade Servant (Level MAX):
Supposed to be a fire blade king but because you have turned into a servant, it was changed. The lesser goddess, Shula, the goddess of fire and blades gave this to you. Shula blessed you once you were born and will receive this title when you gain enough strength. It gives you the skill Basic Blade Arts and the level of the skill is directly proportional to your Fire skills and vice versa. With you being a servant and not a king, you're instead blessed with a soul sword which will grow along with it's owner.

+20% DEX
Bonus skills:
• Will level up your fire skills into 1 level per 10 levels.
So this is the reason why his Fire skills and Basic Blade Arts is level 8. So unfair! I also want one.
Ughhh, I'm so jealous! But looking at his title makes me happy. Hahahahahahahaha! I now have a Fire Blade Servant. Pity for Rory he did not turn into a king.
I then looked at his other title which is the loyal servant.
Loyal Servant (Level 1):
You will have a 5% stat boost when you are around your master.
It was simple but powerful. I wish I also have a title like that with a name like ' Greatest Master of the World ' or something like that. Let's be honest I am a great master, right? I was then interrupted with my thoughts by Rory.
"I feel so powerful now master Ave. I can feel like I can kill the bear with only myself now."
"Anyway before that can you put some clothes on? Like how I did with mine."
I said feeling disturbed by his naked body. It was making me more jealous looking at his junior. Rory then followed where I was looking and he realized I was looking at his little Rory making him cover it up. Now I look like a pervert.
"Umm.... Of course master Ave."
He awkwardly said while making some clothes from his fire magic. He made pants and then a simple shirt. He also made boots that was knee high. His clothes looks cool because it was moving. He looks like a fire god.
Well we need proper clothes but this can do for now.
"Master Ave I have a request can you please hear it out?"
Rory asked politely after he was done making clothes out of fire.
"Of course, what is it?"
"I want to be the one to slay the bear. Will you please allow me to do the honor, master Ave?"
Hmmm, this can also help me test Rory's skills.
"I'll allow it."
"Thank you master Ave."
"We'll go back at the bear's cave later but for now I want to test our skills. I'll be your sparing partner."
As I said this I got down from my chair and stored it inside my storage space.
"I do as your command master Ave."
He stretched while I made my ice gauntlets. I want to fight him head on while using my Basic Gauntlet Arts. In a minute, I was done making my ice gauntlets and made an attack immediately.
I used my gauntlets to punch him but he easily evaded it even with my monstrous attributes. After Rory evaded my attack, he made a slash that I can't avoid so I used my gauntlets to defend from it. Rory's sword left a mark on my gauntlets making me surprised. What a sharp sword!?
After making a block, I stepped on the ground to make an ice spike to hit him which Rory evaded easily. Suddenly, Rory covered his sword with flames making it look sinister. He dashed forward while I make a step to avoid his attack but as if reading my movements, I can't dodge it again. I was forced to block again with my ice gauntlets but this time he left a deep mark on it and I can see that he almost reached my arms.
"Rory stop, you win!"
I can't even win with my attributes as a advantage. His blade arts was good and he can read my every move disabling me to dodge his attacks. His fire magic was also devastating, I can even feel the heat with my ice domain on. This makes me jealous of his gains again.
I looked at Rory again and I can see that he didn't even looked tired from our spar. Ughh, how can life be so unfair to me.
I took a bit of rest and said to Rory:
"You having this power gives me confidence that you can slay the bear even without my help. Let's move out now and kill that giant bear."
"Yes master Ave."
Rory said with an excited voice. Our journey was shorter this time compared to before because of our high dexterity attribute. When the cave was already at our vision, we entered immediately with Rory at my front.
We reached the room of the giant bear after a while. I can see that it was sleeping again. I looked at Rory and said:
"You do your job while I'll stay at a corner but if I see you being in trouble I will make a move. Good luck."
I then left Rory without waiting for his reply and watched at a corner.
Rory summoned a fire ball and thrown it towards the giant bear making it enraged. It looked at Rory and charged towards him while Rory only smiled and hold his sword. He covered his sword with flames and while he was doing that the bear was already closed. Rory then slashed towards head of the bear making the bear headless.

He instantly killed the bear! I thought I would watch an entertaining match! I looked at where Rory slashed and I can see it was a clean cut. I don't even know if I can do the same but whatever. Rory's my slave anyway so it's like, his power is my power. Hahahahahahahaha!
