Chapter 68 - Evolution 2
Blite came out and I was surprised to not see a snake but instead a child. It was not a normal child because he's skin was not smooth but instead covered with scales.
Blite looked like a 5 year old child making him look cute except for the scales though. He still has black scales while his hair was white. His hair was short and messy. I can also see the white snowflake symbol on his forehead. His eyes was colored black also while two huge fangs was coming out of his mouth.
"Hello... brother Ave..." Blite said while I can see he was having a hard time saying that.
I just nodded while thinking how will he be attached to my finger now that he's not a snake.
I looked at his status to see if he gains skills that can help.

I saw a new skill called Change Form. It was the same skill that I have except for it only having two forms which are the First Form and the Second Form.
The First Form is his current look while his Second Form was the snake. It can help him turn back into a snake.
"Blite guard me while I take my turn to evolve." I said to Blite after I was done checking his status.
"Yes... brother..." The little guy said while staying at a corner.
"Nixie look after Blite while I'm evolving. Blite please listen to Nixie while I'm away." I said to Blite and Nixie.
"Leave it to me." Nixie said while patting her chest. She then floated towards Blite and sat on his head.
I then mentally clicked the 'Yes' on the evolution notification.
Soon, five different colors came out of my body and enveloped me. The five colors are a light blue, dark blue, black, purple, and the color of the galaxy. These colors must have been the elements that I currently have.
After a few seconds, my vision turned black and I felt my mind going into a blank state.
Successfully evolved into {Evil Ice Emperor Humanoid Cat (Adolescent)}!
I woke up when I heard that voice. I soon felt a refreshing power going up into my body.

I learned two new skills making my mood brighten. After hearing those notifications, I opened my eyes and saw that I was naked so I summoned my Soul Armor.
"Congratulations Ave on your evolution!" Nixie said but I was shocked to see a new change on her.
She has now regain her true size which was 1.6 meters tall. I can also see that she now has an ice crown on her head. I felt happy to see her regain her original size.
"Surprised? I was also surprised when I saw myself enlarging." She said while floating around the roam.
"Congrats brother..." Blite said while hissing. I patted him since he was still small.
"Did you felt any power ups, Nixie?" I asked her.
"Yes! My Elemental Affinity with Ice and Water has increased by about 20%. This will help your ice and water elemental attack to increase in damage!" Nixie said.
"That's great."
"Anyway your looked didn't particularly changed except that your blue hair has grown particularly darker." Nixie commented.
I summoned an ice mirror for me to see. I looked at myself, and Nixie was right. I can see that my hair has turned a shade darker. Nothing really much changed except for my hair.
I noticed that I have returned from my original form. I was supposed to have 5 tails now but was instead 4 because of the backlash from the 'Four Lives' skills.
"Nixie go and play with Blite for a bit. I'll just check my skills for a few minutes." I said to Nixie while going to an empty corner.
"Okay." Nixie nodded and replied.
I first checked at my new title Ice Emperor.

Ice Emperor (Level MAX):
Beings of Ice that are a rank lower than you, will completely obey you. Ice Kings or Queens will try to kill you but you can weaken them to make them submit. Can feel the presence of other Ice Kings and Queens that are 2 kilometers away while Ice Emperor and Empress can only be felt when your 5 meters away from one.
The title will give you a Soul Armor that is bound to you.

Nothing really changed from it so I was a bit disappointed. I then checked my two new skills.

Snow Illusion (Level 1):
Can make illusions with the use of snow. Only beings that has 10 levels lower than you can this illusion work.

It was weak but I was not dishearten, this skill will be strong and it only needs a bit of level ups to be useful.
I tried using it but I can't. I must be needing to have snow around me. I turn my Ice Domain on and let snowflakes rain down around me.
I then used my Snow Illusion. I tried to imitate how Blite look and I succeeded. I looked just like Blite if you remove the ice covering some of my body and the cold mist that was coming out from me.
The skill was currently not that useful in battles so I should first level up this skill.
I then checked the last skill.

Ice Creature Creation (Level 1):
Can create life that has the element of Ice. The being will then follow your command and will be loyal to only you forever.
Ice Beings that can be created:
• Ice Thrasher
Can create 0/10 Ice Creature.

The skill was like my Frost Minion Summon but this skill creates life. The ice minions was just a block of ice and has no life at all.
I tried using this skill but wasn't able to because of the lack in mana.
"Blite! Please come here and lend me some of your mana." I called Blite. He ran to me with a bright face.
He then stood beside me while I try to use the Ice Creature Creation again. Soon 90% of my shared mana with Blite was gone.
Ice and snow came out of nowhere and summoned a bird.
The small bird was just the size of my hand and was colored blue with a snowflake symbol on it's forehead.
The bird chirped at me while flying around me. I put my hand out and the small bird landed on my hand.
I can feel the life from the bird. It was cold but I can still feel some kind of heat inside the bird's body.
I checked the bird's status and was happy to what I saw.

The bird is weak compared to the ice minions but it has a greater potential to grow stronger. It can actually level up but I can't possibly keep this bird with me. If I go back to the Guild and returned with the bird, how will I answer there questions where I got this bird.
Before I kill it, I tried to look at it's title first.

Ice Emperor's Summon (Level MAX):
Will follow every command and order that summoned it. They can return to there master's body and retain the current status it has when summoned again.
The emperor can go inside the ice creature's body too when he wants but if the ice creature dies the emperor inside will die too

So I can keep him with me. What a lucky bird.
I didn't unsummoned it yet but instead kept it. It then placed itself on my head while chirping.
Once I was done checking my status, I was curious why did my Ice King title evolved early than I expected.
'It only evolved early because you have the Ring of Khione. It ain't a ordinary ring and actually helps you be a powerful ice being.' Akira explained.
'So the ring helped me again?'
'Yes.' Akira replied.
