The Game of the Worlds

Elandra brought the research team far away from the battle. They were back, deep in the woods, safely away from the monsters. "What the hell happened?" Elandra let go of Genna and started to question her. 


"'Hi' to you too Elly." Genna shook her head, "I don't know what happened. All I do know is, there is something wrong here." She spoke truthfully. All she knew was the beasts weren't just trying to find a meal. It was as if they had a different purpose in mind.


"I figured that much out!" Elandra was quite upset. If anyone knew what was going on, it should be her sister. "Fine, Start from the beginning!"


Genna sat down on a nearby log and let out a sigh. "I don't fully know. It happened a few nights ago. The Drankons came into our camp and killed two of the watchmen. But there was no sound or anything. Then we were all woken up by the monster roaring." She started to rub her hands at remembering the events that happened.
