50,000 years ago, Hell was destroyed because of too much Foul from the resentment of the souls that later turned to Soul Eaters and devoured everything in their wake, leaving nothing of Hell. The gods above in Heaven, in order to take care of the newly-died souls, created the Afterlife Department comprised of grim reapers. 

Huo Ling was delivering food that day when he met Yi Bing and the guy gave him a warning. When he arrived to the customer's unit, he was killed.

"A group of youths were caught stealing?" Huo Ling muttered after he read the document sent by Xin Wen.

"En. They are delinquents, and their parents bailed them." Xin Wen spoke.

"'bailed them'?" Yi Bing's brows raised.

Xin Wen turned to him. "Yes. Their parents bailed them." He spoke.

"If they have the money to bail, then, why would their children steal?" Huo Ling asked.

Even if it was a juvenile case, the bail is definitely not small since it is a criminal case. Law excuses no one, including the minors. So, to be able to afford the bail, it should be at least an average family. Though, even if it is an average family, their pockets would also bleed to pay the bail.

But, since it is an average family, then, why would these delinquents still steal from someone?

"Have you checked who are these delinquents?" Huo Ling asked.

"This…" Xin Wen muttered with a frown.
