The boy put his hands up in the air and said. "Wait! Don't shoot! You're Andreas, right? You were Father's Fifth Guardian!"
Andreas moved his greatbow slightly and then released the giant arrow. The giant arrow shot out of the greatbow at lightning speed and pierced the white dragon's forehead.
The white dragon's head lurched back and then it's entire body collapsed onto the ground. The ground beneath the white dragon caved in beneath it. The white dragon's body laid in a crater. Large cracks in the ground expanded out of the crater.
Andreas lowered his greatbow which he held in his left hand, he said to the boy. "You said I was your Father's Fifth Guardian? So that means you must be Ismene's brother..."
The boy had a confused look on his face. "'Ismene's brother?' You call Sister by her name? I thought Guardians could only refer to us by our titles?"
Andreas said. "That doesn't apply to Guardians serving under His Supreme Majesty."
The boy said. "But I thought-"
Andreas cut the boy off and said. "Hey boy! Where is your brother? Why are you traveling alone?"
The boy looked surprised as he said. "'My brother?'" He then said, "Brother is with Father. They went to the Naming Ceremony together."
Andreas sighed and said. "I see. So they left you behind. This makes my mission easy."
The boy looked confused as he said. "Your mission? What mission?"
Andreas moved his right hand and placed it on his mask. He lifted his mask up and moved it to the right side of his head.
The boy could see Andreas's handsome face and dark blue eyes as well as the rest of his spiky orangish brown hair.
Andreas stared at the boy intently as he said. "I was requested by both Ismene and His Supreme Majesty to ensure you make it to the Naming Ceremony safely."
A look of shock appeared on the boy's face as he said. "Wait... Grandfather sent you?!"
Andreas placed the greatbow on his back with his left hand and then sighed as he looked at the boy. He hopped off the wall and landed on the ground. Large cracks appeared beneath his feet.
Andreas began walking toward the boy. The ground cracked beneath his feet as he walked. He said as he walked toward the boy. "That's right. I had to travel all the way from the Kingdom of Set to get here. As soon as I send you away I can finally go see Ismene."
The boy watched as Andreas walked toward him and blurted out. "Wait... why do you want to see Sister?!"
A smile formed on Andreas's lips as he mumbled. "It's been three years since I've left this wretched kingdom... She is the only reason why I would ever come back here. Her beautiful brown hair, her gorgeous yellow eyes, and her magnificent smile. She is like a flower that blooms in a desolate wasteland." He chuckled and said. "I've met many women in the glorious Kingdom of Set but none of them could ever compare to her." He stopped chuckling and said. "There is no woman in this world that is more beautiful than her." His smile suddenly turned into a frown as he said. "But it is such a shame she lives here... I wish I could take her away from this wretched place... So I never have to come back here again..." He stopped walking and looked down at the boy.
The boy stared at Andreas dumbfounded. He blinked his eyes multiple times as he continued to stare at Andreas.
Andreas stood over the boy and said. "Forgive me for this, Ismene's Brother. But, this is the fastest way to send you there."
The boy suddenly looked worried as he said to Andreas. "Forgive you for what? Send me where?"
Andreas reeled his head back and then slammed it into the boy's forehead.
The boy reeled back in pain. He grabbed both sides of his head and rolled on the ground in pain. After several seconds he stopped.
The boy yelled out angrily as he laid on the ground. "You jerk! You tell me you want Sister and then you headbutt me! I won't let you have her!" The boy jumped back up onto his feet. A complete look of shock and disbelief covered his face as he looked at his surroundings in front of him.
Adrastos Andreas was nowhere to be seen. And neither was the white dragon or the giant wall. The buildings were nowhere to be seen either.
The boy stood on top of sand that was completely surrounded by walls on all four sides. The walls enclosed the entire area. The entire area enclosed by the walls was about the same size as the King's Garden.
Above the walls of the area were multiple empty seats that circled around the entire area. Behind the empty seats was a wall that encircled all the way around the seats. Behind a cluster of seats was an opening the boy was unable to see into. The boy spotted at least nine openings.
In the sand pit with the boy were ten other people. They all looked to be around the same age as him. There were six boys and four girls.
Three of the six boys stood to the boy's left. They all had light blue hair. The boy with the light blue hair in the center was taller than the other two. He had light blue eyes and a spear strapped to his back. The boy with light blue hair to the right of the center one was the second tallest. He had light green eyes and had a sword strapped to his back. Lastly, the boy with light blue hair to the left of the center one was the shortest of the three. He had light brown eyes and a dagger strapped to his left side.
To the right of the three boys with light blue hair was a boy with dark silver hair. He had light yellow eyes and had a katana strapped to his right side.
To the right of the boy with dark silver hair were two girls with light silver hair. The girl on the left side had short light silver hair, red eyes, and a battle axe strapped to her back. The girl on the right side had long light silver hair, light silver eyes, and a sword strapped to her back.
To the right of the two girls with light silver hair was a girl with long black hair. She had light blue eyes and a club strapped to her back.
To the right of the girl with long black hair was a boy and girl with blonde hair. The boy had dirty blonde hair, light green eyes, and had two curved daggers strapped to his sides. The girl had light blonde hair, light green eyes, and also had two curved daggers strapped to her sides.
All nine of the ten wore silver armor with a gold trim around the edge. The armor also had gold on the center of the chestplate.
The last of the ten, the person to the farthest right of the boy, was someone the boy immediately recognized. It was a boy with light brown hair, light red eyes, and had a sword strapped to his back. He wore armor that was completely silver.
All ten people in the sand pit with the boy stared directly at the boy with a look of disbelief.
The girl with light blonde hair muttered to the boy with dirty blonde hair and said. "Someone is trying to take his sister?" She grabbed the boy with dirty blonde hair's right arm and said. "You won't let anyone take me, will you Brother?"
The boy with dirty blonde hair looked annoyed as he said to the girl with light blonde hair. "How many times do I have to tell you? I'm not your brother. Now let go of my arm."
The girl with light blonde hair held the boy with dirty blonde hair's arm tightly against her chest as she shook her head back and forth and said. "No. You're Brother! You're Brother! I won't ever let you go."
The boy with dirty blonde hair sighed in annoyance.
The boy had a look of surprise on his face as he looked at the boy with light brown hair and said. "Brother?!" He began to walk toward the boy with light brown hair and said. "Brother, why are you here? Where are we? Where did Andreas go?"
The boy with light blue hair and light blue eyes pointed at the boy and said. "Hey you!" He grabbed the handle of his spear and pulled his spear off his back. He pointed the spear at the boy and said with annoyance. "Who the hell are you?! And how did you appear out of thin air?! You just interrupted a very important Ceremony!"
The boy looked at the boy with light blue hair and light blue eyes and said. "Ceremony? What Ceremony?"
The boy with light blue hair and light blue eyes said while irritated. "Are you stupid or something?! The Naming Ceremony! What else?!"
