chapter 10 the arena

Cool now I'm stronger . Well it's getting late. I should probably go to bed soon. I have to train more tomorrow so i don't die during the arena match tomorrow  . So I headed to the tanning room and on the way there i saw the two girls again and asked if they would like to train with us . They said yes and we headed there once we got there we trained for like three hours and then we went home 

After that I stayed up thinking about the match because it's tomorrow . I don't know if i can win or not . But I need to get some sleep . I woke up the next morning and headed to the arena . i'm in the third match. It's a tournament based fight. I got there early to see the other competitor fight . The first match was a man and a pigling . They started fighting and the man ran straight at the pigling and the pigling punched him and the match was over.

It was pretty pathetic. The next round was a gnome fighting an orc .The match begane and the orc started running at the gnome but got stuck in a sinkhole that the gnome made . After a little struggle the orc got out and hit the gnome but the gnome got back up and threw a seed in the orcs mouth . The orc yelled and said what was that supposed to do and then he fell to his knees and then vines started coming out of him and he died.

I was glad i didn't have to fight her but it's my turn now i was fighting an orc . I could tell that most of the people watching thought I'd lose . I grabbed my dagger and ran at him. He swung his club at me but I dodged and jumped on his back, stabbed him and shot fire thro my blade and he fell to the ground but he did not die but he gave up after that . 

A Nü Wa was going up against a man ( Nü Wa also know as lamia is a A woman with the lower body of a serpent ) the fight began and the Nü Wa went under ground the man looked around for  little and then the Nü Wa jumped out of the ground wrapping her body around the man squeezing him until he dead . 

 I'm Surprised I made it this far . The semi final round will start tomorrow . So I'm going to get something to eat and go training . Also I might do a mission for the guild. It's been a while since I've been there and I'm running low on money. After this meal I'll only have a gold and two silver and I should probably get some more weapons as well .

I made it to the guild office . I was looking for a mission to do . I saw one that said help escort an orc crime leader .  It was for bronze rank so i thought it wouldn't be that bad . So I took it up yothe desk to take the mission . the mission states right after the arena tournament .

It's good that I can finish the tournament before the mission but I need to get to sleep . Because i have a lot to do tomorrow . I headed to the inn I was staying at on the way there and I saw a man with a big claw-like weapon who passed by me . I turned real fast to look at him but he was gone . I thought that that could have been the man that killed zoey if i ever find him again i will confront him and ask if he did it.

I arrived at the inn and headed up stairs layed in my bed and went to sleep.the next morning i got up and headed over to the tournament and once i got there . the match with the gnome and the pigling had just started, the pigling headed right at the gnome but the gnome grabbed its feet from behind and the pigling fell over . The pigling got out of it by breaking the vines with his hands then ran to the gnome and punched her in the stomach she went flying and hit the wall making  a little crater in it but she didn't die or give up with the little strength she had left she summoned a tree man who came out of the ground and punched the pigling he did not go flying because the tree man made his fist into a spike at the last moment to stable him the pigling fell over and died .

It was my turn next and I was fighting the Nü Wa.  She's pretty powerful but i think i have a chance to beat her if i fight correctly . The match began and the Nü Wa went underground but i saw her doing this in her other match so i aimed my hand at the ground and shot my fire ball throw it and she jumped out of the ground but looked unscaved she sayed use Nü Wa are resistant against fire . That put me at a disadvantage to start with but I still have my dagger so I grabbed it out of my storage and the Nü Wa seemed surprised at that very moment I ran straight at her stabbing my dagger into her gut but she was still . she took the knife out and grabbed a potion and drank it then her wound healed and then she used her tail to slap me i went flying and hit the wall i felt like i was going to die but then a new skill came up called heros will (hero's will makes you feel no pain for ten seconds and gives you energy) and i felt way better everyone seemed surprised but then my screen said active skill heros will and badodds active and i pulled my fist back and punched her in the stomach with all of my power she went flying and hit the wall and got knocked out everyone seemed surprised they called the match after that 

That was an intense match . I don't know if I can win tomorrow's match, it's the final match . I barely won the match last time and the gnome has killed all of her opponents so far . I need to see if I can get some of the potions the Nü Wa had. I went into her room to ask her if she would show me if I won the tournament. I agreed and she said her name was Steph. I said bye after that and . Went to the inn to get some sleep. I would normally go and get some food but i'm basically out of money . Then I went to bed . 

The next morning was the finals so I had to be there early . i was running there so i would  not to be late once i got there i jumped in the arena and the gnome came out and she looked at me and said well this will be easy she also said i gauss everyone you fought sucked . and then she summoned a tree golem like last round and i shot it with a fireball and it was engulfed in flames . she seemed surprised . I ran at her with my dagger and almost stabbed her but she made a wood wall to block my dagger . my dagger was stuck in the wood so I channeled my fire through the blade and it destroyed the wall and it hit the gnome . Then she said now I'm mad then ten tree golems came out of the ground . then my active skill badodds activated and then i swung my blade horizontally and i cut threw all of them and hit the gnome she launched back back and hit the wall . She seemed really mad and then she gave up. She said that was her strongest move.

It was a surprise to me that I won but I'm glad I did . I said good fight to the gnome and left and they handed me my money at the entrance . Then I headed to get something to eat. I ate more than usual because I didn't eat yesterday . After that i went to meet up with steph so i can get some potions . I met her at my inn and she told me that it's fifty gold for one that is that good.i didn't have that much money because i went to eat . she said ok and said if i ever want to buy some her family sells them. I said ok and headed into the inn. I paid my fee there and bought a week in advance. I have thirty gold left. I went to my room and got ready for bed. I needed a better weapon i layed down in bed and fell asleep . The next morning I got up and the gnome was in my room.
