Friendly Match II

General POV

"No more archery!" With that being said, Zahid delivered a short and decisive blow towards Ariane's neck, trying to end a battle in one move but obviously, Ariane has got more than just her bow skills. She blocked the long sword with her bow as some of the material was chipped off in the process, but not to worry, Crynn has at least 5 extra golden Egyptian bows in his briefcase.

But of course, Zahid kept up, immediately redirecting his slash downwards to curve up on the chin but... "Protego!" A human sized bubble of light covered Ariane's front as it made contact with the sword. PSH!!! The bubble dissipated and Zahid was pushed back a few feet from the slight blast of magic from the reaction.

"That?!" Zahid's eyes moved below Ariane's left arm to notice some sort of stick on her hand. "Harry Potter magic? It's been a while since I've read the book or seen the movies," by a while, Zahid meant more than 7 years. For a man who cared more for history than any entertainment, it obviously shows how popular Harry Potter that a man like Zahid would take time to watch it or read it.

"Expelliarmus!" A scarlet wisp of light was shot out of Ariane's wand's tip, it's color slightly infected with some strange tint of black and green. Taking no chances, Zahid opt to avoid the incoming magic rather than defending with his sword. "Harry Potter magic? What does that mean? Shouldn't it be better meant, magecraft?"

Rin questioned as the fight continued between a chasing dog and a scampering cat. "Why can't it be called magic," before Crynn could open his mouth to explain, Shirou moved faster with yet another question. "I forgot you're an amateur. Magic is an impossibility while magecraft is a scientific possibility."

"As an example, magecraft can produce powerful wind blades by taking advantage of the potential and gravitational energy exerted all around us. But magic can create and destroy energy, instant teleportation, creation of matter from nothing and even travelling through parallel realms. Simply put, magic is directly against science while magecraft vice versa."

Rin patiently explained as Zahid and Ariane in the field clearly doesn't want to reveal all their abilities so it's going to take a while for them to finish up. "Something to clarify here. The Harry Potter magic out of Mr. Zahid's mouth is much more than mere magecraft," Crynn finally cut and decided to go into full acting mode.

"Ignore the name Harry Potter, it's someone well known and irrelevant. It's better known as Wizarding World Magic above anything else. This magic has numerous properties, it enhances physical ability and extends the age limit of it's gifted users by several times an average human lifespan."

The 'enhances physical ability' part is no joke. How else can an old woman such as Minerva McGonagall chase Crynn up a couple floors like an experienced Olympics runner, breaking close to no sweat. "How do you think the Philosopher's Stone is made? With Wizarding World Magic, it has the ability to turn lead into gold and turn mortals to immortals."

Rin wanted to refute but thought otherwise. The Philosopher's Stone did exist in 2 forms. One held and made by Paracelsus Von Hohenheim capable of granting false immortality and another capable of the same with an additional matter manipulation ability. Of course, like most precious ancient artifacts, the two stones were lost in time.

"Wizarding World Magic also allows for teleportation, flight, transfiguration, and manipulation of the soul, those are just a few of the other practices to be used with the magic," Crynn calmly finished but Rin remains unconvinced and even the servants showed a slight frown, it's evident, thse bunch of people has never heard of this so called, 'Wizarding World Magic'.

"Huh, Wizarding World, huh? Nifty, am I to expect that from you as well?" It's not a surprise that Ezra knew about Harry Potter as well. "You'll see, expect a lot more magic from me than Aria," Crynn only showed a mysterious smile. "I admit defeat!" After throwing out repeated spells over and over again, Aria felt her inner magic slowly declining and opt for a better option.

"Hmph, this is a draw," of course, Zahid wouldn't be stupid enough to take a win, after all, he could notice with a clear eye that his opponent hasn't used everything to her ability and neither does he for that matter. "This is only a test," Mordred stated as everyone else on the side of the field agrees wholeheartedly.

Without further ado and no commands, Ezra and Crynn walked up to the yard themselves, prepared and wary of each other. Both of them knew that the match has already started the moment they stepped onto the field yet none movement was scene as both sides looked into each other's eyes, trying to find any weakness.

"So? Is it fine if I wrecked your garden?" Crynn called for Rin's permission. "Be my guest," and when the words dropped, the match officially started! "Incendio! Engorgio!" As Ezra rushed in like a cheetah, Crynn chanted two spells in high speed. The fire making charm and the engorgement charm.

Soon, the small wisp of red flame out of Crynn's wand fused together with the blue Engorgio, enlarging to become a huge fireball blocking Ezra's path. "Hmph!" Ezra simply stretched her spear forwards as the large amount of fire and heat was sucked into the body of the short spear, lightening it into a bright glow of orange!

"Take this back, won't you!" Ezra slashed the spear upwards in a curve as the previously absorbed heat was released in a crescent against and towards Crynn! "Reducio!" With a swipe of the shrinking charm, the tall and mighty fire was reduced to merely a spark as the scenery soon condensed as signs of damage was apparent on the ground.

Once lush and green grass, turned into charred carbon ashes. "You're good! Try this next! Fjallis (ice making charm)! Engorgio! Incendio! Engorgio! Aer Calidus (hot air charm)!" Five consecutive spells! What is it going to do?!
