Jiraiya and Shizunes letter

"Why did Tsunade call us here?" Asked Jiraiya as he sat under Narutos favorite tree. Shizune just shook her head "My lady has a reason for what she does."

Soon Jiraiya and Shizune saw Tsunade coming in from a distance with what looked like to be a body wrapped in cloth and a shovel.

"Woah did you kill someone over your gambling debts?" Questioned Jiraiya laughing only to stop at Tsunades serious look.

She looked down at the body in her arms "This is Naruto."

"WHAT!!" both Jiraiya and Shizune yelled. As they both ran up to her and look at the body in her arms, through the sheet they could see sun blonde hair, it was Naruto alright.

"Wh-what happened" Jiraiya choked out as Shizune collapsed to the ground crying.

"He killed himself, I wont tell you the specifics right now. But he asked to be buried here and I thought you might've wanted to be here with me when I bury him. He also has letter for you two." Tsunade said as she laid his body down on the ground.

Jiraiya nodded "Thanks Tsunade." He whispered as he summon a Shovel out of the seal he placed on his wrist and started digging a grave for the apprentice. Soon Tsunade joined him as Shizune crawled her way over to Narutos body wrapped up in cloth cradling him in her arms as she cried her eyes out.

"He grew tired of being known as a demon." Said Tsunade as she was digging. After that she said no more just kept digging as tears streamed down her eyes. Soon her and Jiraiya digged a big and deep enough hole to bury Naruto in so they stopped. Turned around to see Shizune standing up with Narutos body in her arms she started walking forward til she reach the grave and laid Narutos body gently inside the 6 foot hole that Tsunade and Jiraiya dugged.

"Naruto you were like a little brother for me to take care of. But why? Why didn't you come to me when were thinking this?" She started sobbing again "Naruto I hope your at peace now." She sobbed out as Tsunade started speaking "Naruto you died with a smile on your face knowing that you would be free, free of the people who hurt and abused you. I know that if we stopped you it would only make your more determined to do so. I'm just sad that I had so little time with you, your like a ray of sunshine within this village but now it's gone and all that's left is darkness." As tears streamed down her face.

Not long after she quit speaking Jiraiya started "You called me a pervert or pervy sage, you called me those names out of truth and affection. I trained your father and now I trained you, but too soon you both died. Naruto my apprentice I hope your happy, I hope you meet your mom and dad. Wait for me you damn Gaki, I wont die yet but I will die sooner or later. Wait for me, I will join you." And at that he and Tsunade started throwing dirt back into the grave as Shizune made an Gravemarker carved into the tree by a Kunai.

It read : Here lays Naruto Uzamaki a friend to us all. The sunshine to our darkness.

"Happy Birthday Naruto" All three of the whispered as they heading towards the Hokages office.

"Heres the letters." Said Tsunade as she handed them to Jiraiya and Shizune after she told them what all happened to Naruto that caused him to commit suicide. To say they were mad was an understatement they were furious. But nevertheless they kept their anger controlled until after they read the letter. Jiraiya started first and read his aloud

'Hey pervy-sage. How are you doing? Hope your not to sad about me dying.' Jiraiya smirked at this and continued 'Well I have grown tired of everything that has or had happened to me. I dont hate the village no not at all it's just the people need a little change.

Now you pervert you better quit looking at woman for awhile and comfort Granny Tsunade she will need it. I suppose she already told you what happened and why I did it? And who pushed me over the edge today? Well dont be mad at them they just didnt know better and wasnt raised right. Dont take your anger out on the villagers just use your anger to make sure this dont happen again. Pervy Sage I always had thought of you very fondly as a grandfather i never had.

Oh and i told Granny about your little book' Jiraiya gulped as he looked up at Tsunade to see a placid face and looked down to finish reading the letter 'Dont let that get in the way of helping her through this.'

When Jiraiya finished Shizune began

'Shizune take care of Granny will ya. She will need it now more than every. Also take care of yourself and dont beat yourself up over my dead you were one of the few precious people I had. Your like an elder sister I never had. You cared for me and helped me when I needed it. Thank you for all you've done for me.'

Shizune just laughed as tears streamed down her face "That Naruto even in death he still cares for others."
