Chapter 3 : My Housemate is My Big Boss

In the apartment, Olivia was busy sketching a baby dress, she was smiling but her smile was a sad smile. William had just back from work, he saw her sad eyes. Slowly he walk towards her wife and hug her gently.

"Are you ok, darling?"

"I miss Damia. It had been 3 days they move out. I feel lonely." She said with a low voice.

William kiss her head. "We can visit them."

Olivia nod and wipe corner of her eyes which was wet with tears. She turns to look at her husband. "Do you think my sister will be angry if she knows I make up the story about the café?"

"You didn't made up the story. The café really need help."

"But I made up about that house. It's Louis house, will she be angry with me when she finds out that I want to match her with Louis? What about Louis? Have you told him? Am I making a bad plan? What should I do if my sister don't want me anymore???"

William chuckled looking at his wife panic face. "You are doing a good job. No need to worry."

Olivia make a sad face with puppy eyes and open her arms, wanted a hug. "Honey, hug me. Give me more energy."

William chuckled again and hug her tightly.

When she feels her heart warm enough, she whispered to her husband ear. "Honey, I want your baby."

William look at his wife face with a shocked "Are you sure?"

Olivia nod with a blushed in her face. "You just need to promise me you will pamper me a lot!"

William kiss her lips deeply until her legs turn weak. He lift her up and carry her to their bedroom. "Let's work hard." William whispered on her ear before he put her wife on the bed.

Olivia don't want any children before because same like Rosa, she afraid she will be abandon like her father did to her mother. She had been married with William for 10 years, and her husband never stop care and love her. When she found out about her sister miserable life, the big 'NO' giving birth to a child imprinted on her mind. But with only a week, her heart melted when she takes care of Damia.

She knows she can't compare her husband with her father and Rosa husband. His husband is very sincere and love her so much. Even though he never plead her to have a child for him, she knows, he will be very happy and he will be a good father to her children.

Rosa had been work in the café for a week now. She had busy herself working for not wanting to remember her ex-husband and her son. She had throw away her old sim card, make sure her husband can't contact her anymore. She was holding her tears as she was looking at her son picture in the photo gallery. Her tears race down to the pillow, when she saw baby new born was laying on her son laps, her son had a gentle smile and loving look. His hand hold the baby finger carefully afraid that it will hurt the little baby.

"Mommy, will sister love me when she grow up?" Her son ask her when she snap the picture.

"Of course, she will love you. You are her big brother. You need to make sure you take care your sister and protect her well. She will love you more." Rosa said.

"Ok. I will protect my sister and mommy too!" Her son smile brightly at her mother.

"aaaa… mmm!" Damia make a noise and push her mother hand, asking for attention. Its taken her back from her memory.

"Yes, baby, what you want?" They been laying side by side on the big bed, her daughter was playing with her new toys on the bed before, now she is tired.

"eemmm…" Her baby head snuggling on her chest.

"Hungry? You want milk? You had teeth now! You can't drink anymore. It hurts when you bite!" Rosa squeeze her baby round cheek.

"aaaaaaah!" The baby angry, shaking her head wanted to loose her mother squeezing hand.

"Promise me you will not bite first!"

"mmmm!" her baby make a pleading eyes.

"Good. Come here." She pull her baby to her arms, lay side to her right shoulder and let her daughter drink her milk.

Greedily she push her mother cloths away so the cloths will not disturb her while she drink her milk and she bite her nipple wanted a lot of milk.

"Ouch! Baby! You promise!" Rosa slap her baby bottom annoyingly.

Her baby don't care and drink it until both of them fall asleep.

That night, someone had enter the house without switch on the light. A tall and slender shadow man throw his bag on the sofa. He just arrived in this country and he is now suffering from a jet lag. He unbuttons his shirt, loose his belt and throw his shirt and belt on the floor. Then, lazily walk into his room. The room air conditioner was on, he thought he had forgot to switch off before and he land on his bed. The comfort of his bed quickly drown him to sleep.

The next morning, Rosa wakeup with a sound of her babbling baby. Her baby is not on her side anymore. Afraid that her baby will fall from the bed, she turn her left side, before she can pull her baby closer to her, she saw a top naked man beside her and her baby is on top of the man. Her baby was pulling the man messy beard, the baby thought it was a new toy her mother buys for her.

Rosa shout out loud and quickly pick her baby away from the man. Her legs reflexively kick the man out from the bed.

"Ouch! What the heck!" A deep voice come from the floor. "Argh. What is this water on my beard. Its smelly!" It must be from the baby drool.

Her baby was shocked by her mother reaction and it makes her cry loudly. Rosa quickly jump out from the bed, hold her baby tightly to protect her baby and pat her gently. Rosa saw a cloth hanger near her, she pick it up and point it to the man.

"Who are you!? What are doing in my house?"

The man was still sitting on the floor, rub his bottom, pain from the fall. His face was messy with thick mustache and beard, his eyes was still blur with sleepiness.

"What do you mean? This is my house." He said with sluggish, he wipe the baby droll with his hand while his eyes look around to make sure this is his room. Yep. His room.

"No! Its my house!" Her baby had turn quiet after heard the man voice. Her toy can talk?

The man look at Rosa and the baby with sleepy eyes, then he stand up lazily and walk out from the room. Rosa follow him with a careful distance and never let go her hanger. The man smell his hand with disgust face, he wash his beard face and his hand on the kitchen sink. Then he open his fridge and take out a mineral water. He drink it until the bottle empty.

He let out a sigh of relieve and sit on the counter nearby. "Ma'am, this is my house." His voice was very deep even though he already drank a bottle of the water.

"Impossible! I have been living here for 4 days now!"

"Yep. I been away for 2 weeks I think but I had been leaving here for 3 years now." He said with a yawn. "You can check on that drawer, there are my names and this address."

"Wait! You are my housemate? You are man!" Her sister had told her that this house needs one more person to rent.

The house is very near with the café and the price was very cheap! Her sister also said, her future housemate didn't care that she had a baby. It was very rare to have a housemate that accept a mother single like her. However, her sister gave her a list of rules that she claimed it was from the housemate. At first, she think it was a fraud but when she visit the house, the house was surprising big and comfortable for her and her baby. So, she accept the rules and move in the house without investigate clearly about her housemate!

Rosa glare at him and walk towards the drawer. The man stand up, he sit on the sofa and pick his wallet to show his identity card. Rosa saw a lot of envelope with a name 'Louis' written on it. Rosa blink her eyes, she knows this name. then she walk towards the man to look at his identity card. He also named Louis however, the picture is not match with the messy beard man.

Rosa eyes glare many time to compare the picture and the still naked top man on the sofa.

"Oh. Yeah, my beard." The man touch his beard. "That is really me."

"Wait! You really Louis? Are you the owner of the 'Guilty Pleasure Café'?" She doesn't like the name of the café, but somehow it suit the café well.

Louis lift his left eyebrows and nod. "Are you the new manager and my new housemate?"

Rosa put the hanger down and nod. She feel like she had been trick by her sister! Now she feel awkward, her bis boss is her housemate? This is absurd! Feeling a little bit cold, she realize that she only wore shabby panty and tight white sleeveless shirt! She didn't wear a bra!

"CLOSE YOUR EYES!" Rosa hide her body with her chubby baby in front of her.

Louis had already saw her exposure skin from his bedroom before. He also had scanned her white sleeveless and the granny big panty on her. Never had he thought wearing like that can make woman look sexy. So he close his eyes and lean lazily on the sofa.

Rosa put down her baby on the bed and quickly change to proper cloths. Then, she search her phone to call her sister.

"Olivia! Explain to me why you had rent Big Boss house to me!?" Rosa asked after her sister answer the phone.

However, its not her sister answer the phone, but the operator voice come out from it. She dial again and again but fail to reach her sister again. Damn that sister! She planned this!? Rosa look at her daughter. Her daughter had been quietly lay down on the bed with a grimace and red in the face then a loud fart come from her bottom.

Rosa give a big sigh, "Baby, I'm stress now and you reward me with your smelly treasure?"

The baby giggled looking at her mother funny stress face. She thought her mother praising her for pooping well. After bathing her baby, she left the room and look at Louis who was sleeping deeply on the couch without shirt on! Rosa shake her head, how can this guy continue to sleep! Her phone beep, she receives a text from her sister.

'Dear sister, I am not in ABC country now. We are spending our honeymoon in AAA country for this few days. So I hope you will not disturb us. Is Louis had come back? I forgot to tell you your boss is your housemate. You had signed a rent contract for that house! Used it well and good luck on working at the café! I will always support you! XOXO'

Rosa almost vomit blood after reading the text. What forgot??? She had planned this from the start! Arghhh that sister! I should not believe her from the start! She wants to take revenge of me for sharing the same blood with different mother!

Rosa look again at the man then she look at her daughter who was also looking at the man, her new toy. She wants to play with it, she give Rosa pleading eyes but Rosa shake her head.

"No. You cannot play with him." Rosa know her baby like to play with new people a lot, so she planned to bribe her daughter with a food, before her baby throw some tantrum.

"I let you eat a lot today, ok?" Rosa walk to the kitchen and let Damia sit on the baby chair. She cut some banana on the kid bowl and give it to her baby. As soon the bowl touches the table, the baby lift her hand and grab a lot of banana and greedily bring it to her mouth. She is still almost 7 months now, so her balance on lifting things is still poor and it makes the table and her bibs messy with the squeeze banana.

"Eat slowly, Mia." Rosa laugh at her baby greedy face. Then she boil some water to boil a soup of carrots and potato. She also make a scrambled eggs with baked beans. She let the carrots and the potato warm a little bit than she try to feed her baby with a spoon. But her baby wants to hold it by herself.

"Aaaaa!" Her baby let out some frustration voice.

"Mia, you should learn to eat more like a lady like! Who wants to play with you if you mess up your food like this?" Rosa point at the table and the floor where the banana were over the place.

"I will play with this lady even she had a drool over the face." A deep voice come from her back, she look behind and saw a man with wet hair and messy beard. He already wore a simple blue t-shirt and long comfort pants.

Without any shame, Louis take a bowl from Rosa hand and sit beside the baby. Then he picks a carrot and let the baby hold it. Her baby look at Louis with shining eyes. Her new toy is her hero!

"What are you doing?" Rosa asked.

"I am serving my lady who had mark me with her drool before." Louis said casually.

This big boss is weird! "Then please serve yourself to eat. I had made a breakfast for you as apology."

"Apology?"

"My sister must had planned all of this, I'm sorry for living here for a while without your consent."

"Hmm…" Louis lean on the chair and look at Rosa.

"You know that a single mother will be your housemate?"

"Nope. I even don't know that my house had been rented but I just received an email of document about the rent and the rules."

Rosa wrinkled her eyebrows. She doesn't understand what her sister purpose. "You do not worry, I will find new rental house and move out. But, right now, can you let me stay here before I found new house?"

Louis wipe her baby mouth naturally with a nearby napkin and give potato to her baby. "I think the document is quite interesting and you had already signed the contract for a year. I don't find any problem on it."

"What? Are you serious? You letting a single mother living in your house? Besides that, I'm your worker! I don't think this is appropriate."

Louis look at her face with lazy eyes. "So, you are willing to pay a penalty for terminate the contract?"

Rosa wrinkled her eyebrows and she feel angry. "That contract are not even you doing! The contract is void!"

Louis search his phone on his pocket and give it to Rosa. "I had just signed the contract. It is now a valid contract."

"WHAT!?" Rosa saw his sign, full name and even a thumb print on the contract.
